The last egg began to rock feebly, as if it's inhabitant wanted to emerge but was hesistant to do so. Cracks appeared but then they stopped when the shards of the gold egg hit it, almost as if the dragonet inside was scared by the sound of egg shell hitting egg shell.

Christae raised her hand up to guard her face when golden egg shards flew everywhere. She cried out in pain as a piece hit her injured arm. Kaith growled as chaos erupted.

"Uh oh." Rhia told her weyrmate. "This looks like it will cause some confusion. That copper dragonet is pretty. The blue has a unique color to it as well. I feel sorry for the bronze, the copper just hit him. Our little junior Queen is mean to her brother." She commented.

Kia looked incredulously at the tiny gray egg. Was it going to hatch? She smiled, taking a step closer but then quickly stopping. She though of how odd it would be with 5 dragons on the sands. Suddenly something occurred to her. Their might be 5 dragons but there were only 4 candidates!
ooc|| I have to go soon but the does not mean that I want to Impress quickly today. I can Impress tomorrow, ^^

"Yeah I feel sorry for the little blue and he is just submissive about it too. He backs off almost apologiticly", he said to her and bent down to kiss her. When he did the firelizards were disturbed and Azure and Sharan flew around crazily and smacked into each other. They shook their heads and returned to the bronzerider when he was done. G'han couldn't help but chuckle. I think the blue will be fine and gain a bit of confidence and boldness when he claims his mine. No need to worry.

Tokagae grew tired of G'han bending over and realeased his hold of G'han's neck. Tokagae flew quickly to Rhia and wrapped his tail around her neck. He chirped happily and rubbed against her chin like he had done before.

~The little egg shakes a bit.~ Jesseth informed his rider. The little egg? R’dan had forgotten about it in the confusion of three dragons hatching one after another. The brown rider tried to watch the four dragons and the egg. He’d glance at one for a couple seconds then shift his gaze to a different dragonet on the sands; he didn’t want to miss anything.

Tayrin had stood, taking in all the new Impressions and being especially fascinated by the copper female. He had never heard of that before! And Christae and Z'nir and-- had it been Kadan?-- had all been mauled, and now the gold had hatched, along with a blue. Now the little gray egg was rocking so little. He was riveted to the spot as he longed for the huge bronze still wandering the Sands.

((ok somaya...i got the hint the first time.....i wasnt gonna impress you today anyway i just wanted to wreak havoc))
Rhia kissed G'han back and then smiled when Tokage flew to her. Gylfie chriped and tried to wrap his tail around her mistress but there was not enough room with the brown flitt for her to do so. She cocked her head to the side and gave a disappointed chirp. She snuggled against the other side of her bonded's face.
Rhia reached up and scratched both flitts' eye ridges. Then she turned her attention back to the hatching.

[glow=blue,2,300]They are all being silly![/glow]
Aureth laughed in that dragon way. D'ran couldn't help but smile at the dragons' antics and Aureth.
~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
Kia tried, also, to watch everything that was happening. The gray egg just had to hatch!
ooc|| Yay for wreaking havoc, mwahahahaha!!
The copper and bronze rolled to a stop next to a few of the candidates in a hopelessly tangled mess of wings, tails, legs and serpentine necks. They cried out piteously, trying to disentangle themselves.
Christae watched, not wanting to interfere. She did not know what would happen if she tried to help the dragonets. She only hoped that the Candidates would have enough sense to help them.
Kia wanted to walk to the dragons and untangle them. She looked at Kaith and then Christae, her face filled with panic. She shuffled closer to the dragons, constantly looking at the Queen and Weyrwoman.
Tayrin finally couldn't take it anymore and rushed over to the copper and bronze hatchlings. He carefully did his best to untangle the bronze's wingclaws from his sister's hide and straighten the two out. He was in a bit of danger of getting mauled, but he didn't care. He continued to work to separate the two dragonets. He unwrapped their necks and tails carefully, trying not to get bitten.
Kia saw Tayrin run to the two dragons and their was a faint smile on her face. She kneeled down and helped him, also beong careful not to get hurt. She Started with the two pairs of wings. The two folded with each other. She sighed, wanting to help more. She hoped she was not making a foolish mistake.
Before Kadan could react, Tayrin jumped in to help. He stepped back as his friend helped the dragons. He would be ready to help his friend if something went wrong. In all the confusion it seemed the blue was forgotten about. He drew a bit of a frown when the gold had bossed the little blue. He watched it intently.
B’kin took a step forward like he was going to help the poor dragonets that were in a tangled mess. Ronoth bit the bottom of his candidate’s robe to keep him from going. “They’re stuck together,” he said to Ronoth still trying to go onto the sands. ~Don’t go mine. Ronoth said emphasizing the word mine. ~Look, another boy has gone to help and that girl looks like she wants to help.~ Ronoth was right, he shouldn’t go out there again, he watched as Tayrin and now Kia worked to disentangle the two dragons.
The bronze dragonet was passive as Tayrin untangled him, sensing that this human wanted to help.
The copper dragoness struggled, raking her claws along the Candidate's arm. Her claws came back bloody.
The bronze creeled his hunger and met Tayrin's eyes. The rainbow colors of Impression whirled in the many-faceted eyes like jewels sparkling in the sun.
Thank you for helping me T'rin. I was not sure if you were mine or not, but now I apologize for taking so long to find you. My clutch-sister has hurt you Mine!
As Tayrin worked on the final entangled limbs of the two dragonets, he felt compelled to calm them, even after the copper one raked his arm. He bit his lip to keep from yelling.
~What is your name, brave one?~ he asked the bronze, doing his best not to tear his hide. ~I am here to help.~
Thank you for helping me T'rin. I was not sure if you were mine or not, but now I apologize for taking so long to find you. My clutch-sister has hurt you Mine!
T'rin couldn't help but grin as he Impressed the bronze he had always wanted.
~I know she has hurt me, but it will be okay. I can have a healer tend to it.~ He stroked the bronze affectionately.
Oh! How silly of me! I am Amparath. T'rin-Mine! Thank you for helping me. Will you please feed me now? The little bronze's eyes whirled red with hunger but he looked up with pure adoration at his mine.
Healer! You need to see a Healer Mine!
~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
The copper dragonet snarled as T'rin and Kia struggled to untangle her. When she was free she rolled to her feet, her eyes whirling red with hunger. She drew back from Kia and T'rin, startled by the contact with the strange two-leggers.

Kia smiled. Tayrin, or T'rin now, had done most of the wrk and he was rewarded well. "Good job," she whispered. With that she stood and walked back to her spot, applauding. Kia smiled at T'rin.
ooc|| The bronze is cute and silly but that copper is just clueless - -;
