Caspian Hold is the third major Hold tithing to Dark Moon. Here people make a living by fishing and gaining bounty from the lake, as well as a small amount of farming. All people there are a hearty bunch who love the water and being out in it on boats. Caspian Hold is located just West of Dark Moon, on the other side of Caspian Lake. The Hold supplies the Weyr with fresh fish and other sea bounty foods, and cloth. There is a small Weaver Craft Hall to work with the cotton that is farmed in the nearby fields.
