"I think Kilzanth meant it's about time that I flirted. I wish we COULD muzzle our dragons at time. He certainly picks the wrong time to speak to other riders." A slight blush tainted his tan cheeks. He would have glared at the bronze if he were present.
"It seems Falarn needs to relearn manners. He is normaly better behaved. I apologize for him tangling up your hair." He looked skeptical. "I think Falarn could try the patience of even the most docile of dragons." He only hoped that the bad behavior of his dragon and his flitt didn't discourage the young goldrider from speaking to him in the future. Both dragon and flitt had caused enough embarrassment for him to last for quite a while.
"I would certainly hope you love your dragon." He winked at Wolf. "Kil is a pest but I still love him, same as Falarn." He broke off a piece of roast wherry and offered it to the flitt, who was still tucked under Wolf's hair. The flitt raised his head enough to accept the offering and then settled back onto his new friend's shoulders. "You lazy wherry." He told the flitt.
"Congratulations Weyrling." He said when Sh'no joined the group. "I am P'rin, rider of bronze Kilzanth, and Master Tanner. He certainly is a fine looking brown. Kilzanth was quite a handful as a Weyrling and he isn't much better as an adult." He gave a wry smile.
He exaggerates. Kilzanth commented shortly to the group.
"I do not."

L’der gave the impression that he didn’t even perceive where his hand had been. “Oh, what, I’m sorry. Must have a mind of its own,” he apologized, his brows furrowing in fake disappointment. He was staring downward, but it wasn’t long before his eyes found hers again. “What, someone who doesn’t know I can dance? Oh well now, I thought everyone knew I could dance. I’m more than capable if that’s what you’re hoping for, but here, I’ll just show you.” Her slipping an invitation past him to have a bit of his “perusing fun” at a later time had been picked up quite clearly, he was practically purring with delight. He always got so giddy whenever an opportunity of value was presented to him. He moved a bit away from her, holding on to her hand. He spun her out gently, leading her into another spin that’d bring her back in to him. He pulled Kira’s body in closer to his then last time, and he leaned forward to whisper in her ear: “Let’s get started then shall we?”
When she made mention of another girl he waved a hand at her. “She was just a waiter--, yes; let’s not have a repeat of that incident. Of course, she simply wanted a break from going about offering food; meanwhile I was gentleman enough to give her a break by dancing with the poor girl. Then, to top it all off, I asked her if she had any extra of those splendid meatrolls and before I knew it I was on the ground. I guess meatrolls must mean something else entirely to women; you’re a hard species to peg. Why thank you, I don’t rush by when I pass a looking glass...” he trailed off, his boyish smirk playing across his lips when her hand caressed the side of his face. He shook off the jelly feeling, wanting to-well, no, he very well couldn’t do that. “I’ll be a good boy, promise, but I can’t guarantee I won’t have a few slip-ups. After all, I’m only human, though some could argue that point.” He pulled back to gaze into her eyes like your standard Romeo, his face closer to hers than she may have liked. “Really think I’m pretty, huh? I’m not really sure if pretty is the right word to use, but handsome is more or less fine until you find a better word,” L’der teased; or so it would be assumed he was teasing, with him one never really knew. He kept his voice relatively low while speaking to her, not holding back from using the seductive tone he kept reserved for ‘special’ occasions.

Wolf nodded simply when he decided to answer her flirting topic question. She didn’t let her mind dawdle over it for long, focusing more on what he said after about Kilzanth’s improper timing. Wolf’s elbow rested on the table, her hand supporting her face. She was getting comfy, thinking she might be here a while longer. “Yah, Serinth’s exactly like,” she began to say; pausing abruptly in her speaking when she saw that he was blushing. In an effort to have him not think she’d noticed she quickly spoke the rest of her sentence, “that. Which, um, is never, you know, particularly... good?” She laughed at her jumble of words, feeling like a fool. At this point in time she wondered who was embarrassing her more: Serinth or herself. She’d put that tally at an even tie.
Rarely did Wolf worry about appearances, so tangled hair with a good cause was of no concern to her. “Don’t even worry about it; I give him full permission to tangle my hair when he’s afraid. As long as it makes him feel better,” she smiled, quite sincere about the offer. Wolf went to comment on Serinth’s patience but she beat her to it, He is most welcome here, I assure you. I do love to make new friends, even tiny ones. “Well there you have it,” Wolf said, her smile enlarged, “right from the dragons mouth.”
Wolf blushed now too, feeling silly for having even made the comment, he was right. Of course she’d love her dragon. When he winked at her she felt more at ease. She remained still when he decided to move to take the food offering, and then settle back into place. “There, there Falarn, do you not trust my word that we’re all peaceable here?”
Wolf‘s laughter rang out when P’rin gave an explanation of his Bronze to the new Weyrling boy. The bronzerider and his dragon had quite the amusing relationship. She appreciated any strong bond these days.

Kira smirked at L'der's cover story. "I'm afraid I'm not that dumb, dear L'der. I may not know the girl personally, but she was no waiter", she smiled sweetly, but her lips twisted to a smirk. She was no fool. "Lies won't get you very far with me", she told him bluntly, but with a smile that softened it. Not that she was a woman who demanded honesty, she just wasn't going to be fooled so easily.
She ceased conversation for a moment, allowing him to lead her, He was good, that was for sure. She allowed his face to narrow the gap between his and hers. "I think pretty will be satisfying enough for now. Weren't you taught to take a compliment without asking for more? My dear L'der, compliments are earned", she mock chastised him. "And I do prefer my men earn what they get from me", she practically purred as she winked at him. She may have allowed him to lead in dance, but this game she was making it clear what the rules were, her rules were. This type of dance was one she wanted to lead, with each step allowed after the proper step was made before it.

“My hands in your hair were not supposed to be relaxing!” She complained loudly. She didn’t even play around with R’xis’ hair. To be honest, she had a quirk about hair. She couldn’t stand touching it for long if it wasn’t her own. She didn’t know how often people washed it! She shook her head and lifted her pinky finger – waggling it. “Why, G’han, would I have to go after you when I have so many people wrapped around my finger as it is. Why need one more?” She questioned, winking at him as she let her hand fall back to the table.
She snorted loudly. “Of course I have an edge. I wouldn’t expect anything less.” She wasn’t bragging or anything, she was just boasting her fake pride. Truth be told, she never thought she had an edge over anyone. She always pictured herself as dead last until someone outright told her that she wasn’t and even that took a long time of convincing. She fluttered her eyelashes innocently, “Why G’han! How can you suggest little old me corrupting anyone?” She didn’t corrupt people, she just…made them a bit less innocent from what they started off with.
Your bronze is confused G’han. He thinks he is attractive. Correct him please. Ebbeth said with dignity to Gerenanths rider. I can beat you any day Gerenanth.
Ebbeth turned his attention back to Ersith, who was far more attractive than Gerenanth no matter what the bronze said. Why Ersith! Are you hitting on me? Are you saying that I am your type? Ebbeth replied with mock surprise. He enjoyed teasing his ‘gender confused’ friend.
The blue made some noise that clearly signified that he thought what Ersith said was disturbing. Do you think I would want to risk that? Can you even imagine what I would be stuck seeing? I will never, eeever want to know what is going on in that head of hers. Very few people would want to see actually. Akki had a very perverted side to her, it showed through too but only a minimum amount.

"Well too bad, because it was", G'han told her matter-of-factly. "But don't worry, my hair's clean. Why do you think it took so long to get here?", G'han explained to her. However, the night was getting to G'han and he felt a bit sleepy now. Though he raised an eyebrow as Akki waggled her finger.
"My dear Akki, the answer is simple. Because I cannot be wrapped around anyone's finger, certainly not yours. The elusive ones are always the more desirable", he explained to her. It was true, G'han wasn't going to be wrapped around anyone's finger for awhile, not with everything that had happened.
"Because I can name off a dozen others, excluding me", G'han told her as he rested an elbow on the table and rested his head in his hand. G'han snorted when he heard Ebbeth and looked over at Akki. "Akki darling, tell your dragon he'll just have to get use to Gerenanth. Not even I can convince him out of anything. He's just far too arrogant", he spoke to Akki a bit tiredly.
