As Nike sang one of the higher notes, he voice cracked. The girl stoped singing, and a crimson blush could be seen
in the moonlight. She cast her green eyes downward. Ruanth was laughing in the minds of the dragons.

"Nike what's wrong?", K'dan asked. Hydrath didn't share Ruanth's laughter but didn't comment.

Nike shook her head not, not talking. "I can't sing." She said softly.
HEr blush got bigger as she glanced at K'dan. Singing was the only thing that she did that made her blush.

"Don't worry about it. There is always something that someone can't do", he said trying to comfort her. "There is no need to be embarrise. I can't sing either", he continued. Hydrath commented. Yeah you can't talk straight around girls, especially when they play around with you.

Nike nodded, but she still looked down. At Hydrath's words she threw back her head and laughed.
"Yeah that is right, Hydrath." She said looking down at the blue.

He could sing, true, but he wasn't perfect at all.
There were many things he couldn't do.
He smiled at Nike and Aureth grinned at Ruanth.

Nike dug her elbow into K'dan's side. "Don't forget that I can hear every word that a dragon says!" She said
laughing at her friend. She was way too happy to think about anything else!

K'dan turned even redder. "Y-you can. Oh great", he said embarrased. Hydrath was about to say something else but K'dan quickly silenced him before he said anything.

"No it's ok, it's not your fault. I will just have to teach Hydrath to keep his mouth shut and make sure he doesn't say anything I don't want anyone else to know", he said glaring at his dragon. He had better not say anything, he thought to himself.

"You have secrects? Like?" Nike asked grinned at her friend. She loved teasing people tp spill things that they wanted to keep hidden. Sometimes she didn't want to hear it, other times, she loved them!

"Secrets...............no I don't have secrets", he said then kept quiet. Some things he wouldn't tell anyone. It just so happened that his dragon could share his thoughts.

D'ran smiled and gently eldowed Nike.
"I think you've tortured him enough, Nike," he said, grinning.
Aureth smiled as they approached the Barracks. They were almost there and he was tired.

Ruanth crooned and raced up towards the entrance of the Barrakcs. Now she can rest!

She smiled a tight lipped smile at B'kin and said "I don't know what my brother is like. I haven't seen him for a long time now.". She then grinned wildly and snickered before saying "Maybe I'll adopt myself into your family B'kin, wouldn't you just love that?".

“I’m sorry Akki,” B’kin said. He raised an eyebrow as Akki proposed the idea of adopting herself into his family. “I don’t know, that would make my family even stranger…” he grinned.
Ronoth’s eyes whirled worriedly, ~Kylath is your mine ok?~
B’kin was about to say something more to Akki but saw Kia fall and ran over to see if she was alright. G’han had gotten there before him and he wasn’t trained as a healer so there was really nothing he could do but just stand there.

"Oh B'kin, that hurts it truly does. I am not strange, just a little odd"She replied as she too rushed over to Kia. She cursed loudly as she grabbed a goblet. She sniffed the liquid inside and found out it was water. She stuck her hand into the goblet and flicked small droplets of water at her friends face, not sure what to do next.
