"Yea but now poor Kadan isn't the center of yours or Kia's attention anymore", he said to her. He patted his friend on the back, "It's ok. I am sure other girls will have an undying passion for you", he paused and glanced at the two girls then back to him, "and only you". He sat back next to Rhia and watched his friends joking around and himself taking part in it.

Akki whacked her head on the table repeatedly saying "I can't win, can I?" It was a rhetorical question of course, she was basically positive she knew the answer, not that she really cared if she could win or not, she was just having fun.

Kadan finally spoke up as he saw Akki distressed that she couldn't win, "Enough. Akki does win". He looked to her, "See you can win, you just won". But what did she win, he was confused on that part.

G'han looked a bit bewildered. What did she win, he thought to himself. He gave a snicker as he came up with his own idea.

"Oh nothing, just thinking that's all", he said to her. He glanced over to Kadan then to Akki. "But if I am not mistaken he told you that you won him. It seems Kadan has an undying passion for you as well", he said to her.

"I didn't.................I mean I.......................I don't................I................I don't know", Kadan said flustered and sat down confused. "I think I will just shut my mouth for the remainder of the dinner", he said. He looked over to notice G'han laughing at him being so flustered and glared at him then soon let his gaze go.

Akki tipped back her head and laughed before saying to Kia "Oh Kia, it seems you have lost the competition for Kadan. Don't feel too badly though, we can surely share!". "Kadan, don't keep quiet, otherwise this is no fun at all"

"Oh G'han, when will you learn everyone adores me?"Akki asked as she tossed a piece of meat to her flitt, who ate it hungrily. She raised her eyebrow wondering if the flitt would ever stop eating, or would he combust from being so full?

Rhia gave up on trying to remain in the conversation and speared a piece of roast wherry. She began to pick at it, giving Gylfie some of it when she demanded that she be fed.

"Sorry but I adore Rhia more Akki", he said as he held Rhia's hand. Azure flew around G'han's head then began flying around everywhere. When he was done flying he landed on G'han's shoulder and chirped happily. G'han scratched the flitt and gave him a piece of meat.

Rhia smiled. Her ploy to make her weyrmate jealous hadn't work so she completely abandoned it. She rested her head on his shoulder for a bit and then returned to her food, only using one hand.

When Rhia rested her head on his shoulder G'han kissed her on the cheek and said, "I love you. I really do adore you". When she started on her food again he grabbed a roll and ate it.

Daran was flustered when Akki announced her undying passion for him "I- uuh- now I know how you feel, Kadan," he whispered to the boy.

Kia smiled at everyone, choosing her next victim. "There must be at least 20 people whom I have an undying passion for," she said with a giggle. Then she looked at Akki with mock anger. "I have a greater undying passion for Daran as do I have one for Kadan," she said and stuck her tongue out at Akki. She once again moved to her fake pouting position.

Daran looked unsurely at Kia, his cheeks becoming a little pink. "Well... I /like/ you both," he said. If you can't beat 'em, join 'em. Suni chirped happily.

Kia frowned, pretending to not be satisfied with Daran's answer. As Akki looked at Daran, or in that direction, she grabbed a piece of roast wherry, a little large but not very, and flicked it at Akki's cheek.

G'han laughed at Kia, "I am sorry Kia but I think Kadan whether intentional or not chose Akki over you. He just said she won so apparently he likes her". He pushed Kadan over to Akki and said, "Go sit by her then".

Kadan's words seemed to escape him, "But I...........I........um........". When G'han pushed him to sit next to Akki he tried to push back but it wasn't working, the bronzerider was just to strong and sturdy. He finally reluctantly agreed and sat in the nearest seat to her. He looked down and blushed a little, he didn't know what to do.

Akki narrowed her eyes and slowly turned her head towards Kia and said slowly "Flick another peice of meat at me and your fork will somehow end up in your mouth". She smiled though at the end, giving away that she was kidding before she wiped off some residue the meat left on her cheek.
"Kia, you have an undying passion for R'dan as do I"Akki declared, as she too chose a next victim. "See Kia? Kadan choooose meeeee"Akki taunted as she stuck her tongue out at her friend before placing one hand over her eyes and said "G'han? Rhia? Get a room."
"Gee Daran, way to be loved!'

R’dan listened in to the conversation and kept an amused grin on his face, glancing up whenever he heard his name. Since Rhia had stopped trying to make G’han jealous he picked up a fork and began picking at his food. He /had/ been hungry but for some reason he was all that hungry now. He glanced down the table and suppressed a laugh as he saw Breckin trying to hide himself so that he wouldn’t be put on the spot by Akki and Kia.
((Arg, sorry I didn't post yesterday. The midterm exams are coming up @_@))
