"I think we should just trip you now Kadan, so you won't feel left out"Akki said before leaning back into her chair, this time making sure it would not tip back on her.

Gerenanth roared with laughter. At times he can be quite boastful. Gerenanth spoke to Akki pointing out the particular trait G'han normally supressed. G'han rubbed the back of his neck and said to her, "I guess I tend to get a little proud at times".

Kadan looked a bit worriedly at Akki, "You wouldn't". He noticed Akki lean back in her chair. He could trip her up but then again she might hurt herself. He decided against it, fearing that his joke may turn for the worst. He gave a watchful eye to Akki making sure she wouldn't trip him up.

(Myself for G'han: Rhia, Kadan, Nira, and Akki are the closest ones to him and for Kadan I would say G'han and Tayrin. Just my thinking though)
Kadan looked to Kia. It seemed people would be after him to trip him up next. He grew a bit worried but decided to shove off the the feeling.

Kadan gave a worried half smile to Akki and Kia. What to do now. He looked worriedly to his friend G'han hoping he would maybe take up for him.

G'han laughed, "Sorry I can't help you. With girls, especially these girls, you are all on your on". He looked to Kadan, Akki, and Kia pondering in thought. He soon made out his theory and stopped his gaze he listened to the others as it seemed everyone was ganging up on poor Kadan.

“Don't worry, Kadan, I’ll watch your back.” Breckin said as he saw Akki and Kia gang up on his fellow candidate. He wondered if by backing up Kadan he’d too be a target for Kia and Akki.

Kadan sighed in relief, "Thanks it's good to know someone will watchout for me". He glared at G'han then gave a watchful eye to Akki and Kia. Worried they might trip him up. "Why are they after me", he mumbled to himself.

G'han laughed as his friend glared at him. He nodded his head now knowing that the new candidate that offered to help him would be just as big a target now. He heard Kadan mumble something under his breath. "Oh but Kadan don't you see Akki and Kia really like you. That is why they are after you", he said though not under his breath but in his normal speaking tone. He looked over to notice Kadan turn a bit red after he had said that and he laughed. ~Well Gerenanth it seems Akki likes you now. I wonder what you told her for her to all of a sudden say that?~, G'han said to his dragon, though he knew what Gerenanth said. The bronze forgot to hide his thought from his rider. I just told her that you tend to be boastful at times. I was only pointing out the truth to her. ~Well maybe I should tell her a few truths about you then. It works both ways~, he said to his dragon. I am not worried. There isn't as much to tell about me that everybody doesn't know about unlike you. ~We will see about that~, he said.

"O yes, G'han has read me like a book! Oh, Kadan, I have an undying passion for you!"Akki wailed dramatically before pointing to Kia and saying "I also apparently have competition! Scandals! Blasphemy!". She knew she was being very dramatic but it was fun to be. "Why are you studying me?"Akki asked G'han when she noticed that he was watching her and Kia.

Kia saw Kadan's discomfort and smiled. "Don't worry Kadan," she said, "We are only joking. There is no reason to be so serious at this time. You are amoung strange, maybe even crazy, friends." Tokagae happily chirped and flew towards Kadan, landing on his shoulder and quickly wrapping his tail around the poor candidates neck. Kia looked at G'han when Akki said he was studying them. "I am no specimin," she dramatically cried out.

Daran watched as everyone had fun, playing around. He didn't have many friends at the Weyr who were here because he was neither a candidate nor rider. His "friends' were the harpers and healers, those he stayed with all the time. The problem was he never seemed to be similar to them, have the same intrests. They were normally unadventorous, boring if you will. Sure, every once in a while you would get one who loved the smell of adventure but then those just never seemed to warm up to Daran. He took out his quill and played with suni, who had finished eating.

"Hey," Kia complained about Akki's comment, "...and I do looooove Kadan so hmph." She crossed her arms at her chest and turned her back to Akki, jokingly. Then she looked at her and stuck out her tongue.

Daran looked as Kia started the mock fight with Akki. It could be fun to participate but it was funny to watch their antics.

Akki stuck her tongue out in turn and crossed her eyes before saying, "Content now Kadan? Or do you need more proof that Kia loves you so she won't attack you?". She rubbed her eyes before laughing quietly. Ah, how crazy things get when everyone is together.

(Nira is friends with anyone, shedoesn't really have very close friends except for Siarath. Miya has no friends.)
At first Nira was afraid that Akki and Kia would really hurt Kadan and she let out a sgih when the said they were only joking. Nira could be quite seious at times but she was just looking out for her friends.
You are a worrying fool. Siarath joked.
~I am going to pretend you never said that.~ Nira said unhappily.
Sorry mine. Siarath said sulkfully.

Kadan turned a bit red when the two said they loved him. He rubbed the back of his neck and smiled. Sharan flew around Tokage studying the brown but when he wrapped his tail around his bonded he grew angry and chased the flitt away. He landed on the shoulder that Tokage was on and chirped worriedly at Kadan. Kadan was relieaved when the flitt unraveled his tail but didn't like that Sharan chased him off. He looked back at Kia and Akki not sure what to say.

"Oh I am just watching the spectecale you all are creating over poor Kadan", he said to Akki. He looked over to Kadan and nudged him, "You got two girls liking you, not bad".

Rhia smiled in amusement and then turned to R'dan. "If I didn't know better I would be quite offended by my weyrmate." She told him in an undertone. "He is paying more attention to our bluerider friend and our dear little candidate than to me." Her smile had a wicked gleam to it.
"How has Jesseth been R'dan? I haven't really seen you two since you returned to the Weyr. With one thing and another I was just able to greet you. A lot of things have happened since you left after we graduated from Weyrling Class."

Tokagae bellowed, mad about being pushed away by the higher ranking bronze. He wished he was the highest, though he didn't want to be a queen because he was happy as a boy. Kia sighed when she watched Tokagae, she always wanted to know what he was thinking, the words he thought. Then she looked back at G'han and smiled broadly. "Admit it, you were looking because you think Akki is so beautifuuuulllllll," she said, giggling here and there.
