Kia coughed as she swallowed water and then rose from the water. Now was when she needed a dragon, to be a flotation device. Kia was now thoroughly pooped. She swam to the shore and called out, "I am going to go change and maybe rest a little. With that she got out of the water and experienced a severe cold as the breeze blew. She hopped from one foot to the other. As she hopped to her barracks she said to Akki, "I guess what you did is a new dance craze." At that she went to her barracks and changed into comfortable clothing. She fell to her bed and took a quick nap.

R’dan came back up to the surface spluttering. Jesseth turned to Ebbeth, [glow=brown,2,300]~Yes it is a lot of fun, you should try it Ebbeth.~[/glow] R’dan wiped the water from his eyes and began to tread water.

R’dan put up his arms to avoid getting splashed in the face. “I think Jesseth turned Ebbeth against us.” [glow=brown,2,300]~I did not~[/glow] replied Jesseth, his multi-faceted eyes could be seen glowing beneath the surface.

"I think Ebbeth has always been against me"Akki laughed before saying "At least I have a human shield, thanks R'dan." With that said she slipped under the water, again for the millionth time, watching Ebbeth stare at her.

“Same with Jesseth he told me he needed a bath so that I would get in the water.” He heard a splash and turned around thinking that Jesseth had sent another wave of water toward them but it had just been Akki going beneath the water. Now that he thought of it… the trip to the lake had provided more of a distraction than he thought it would. He hated to admit it but he had begun to forget why they had come here in the first place, to well… be a distraction from the recent tragedy. R’dan swam to the shore, thankfully Jesseth was nice enough not to splash him again. He sat down on the shore and checked to see if his boots had dried at all. “I know what you mean, Akki, the places that I lived at before I came to this weyr never felt much like a place I’d like to call home.”
((I keep getting distracted by people on aim and I should be working on my english paper... hehe but I'm not))

ic|| Kia suddenly woke up. She rubbed her eyes and sat up. She twisted her back and streached her arms, trying to wake up the rest of her body, as well. She stood up and changed into a new pair of clothes, she hadn't realized she fell asleep in her wet ones. She was shocked at how careless she could be, well, not really. She was pretty forgetful and pretty careless with some things. Kia sneezed a little quiet sneeze and scolded herself. Now people might be worried. She planned to make sure she didn't look sick. With that thought Kia changed into dry clothes and went to the lake. She sat on the sand and said to Christae, R'dan, and Akki, "Perhaps you all should change too." She felt a sneeze coming and held her nose so she wouldn't make a sound, then sat up and smiled.

Daran looked suspicioussly at Kia. Her actions were a little odd. He went to his Weyr to see if Nike had found a place to stay.

Rhia excused herself from G'han and ran up to her weyr, thoughts running through her head at a furious rate. She met Christae in the Weyr bowl and the young Queenrider told her that she was trying to get everyone to eat dinner together. Rhia promised to tell G'han and went on to change into warm clothing.

G'han was shocked when Rhia excused herself and left him. He fell back on a nearby chair and said to Gerananth, ~I blew it didn't I~. He placed his head on his hands and stared at his feet. He didn't know what to think. He sat there with a blank stare wondering if Rhia would ever talk to him again.

Rhia walked towards the lake but didn't see G'han there. She turned back and went to the empty room where they had talked. "Hey...I thought you were going to go change into something dry. Christae is trying to get us all together to go eat as a group." She smiled at the bronzerider.

See you worry for nothing. G'han ran to change out of his wet clothes. He brought his shirt with him but it wasn't on him. He threw it on the floor as he rushed to put some dry clothes on. As he bagan putting on another shirt he rubbed his fingers, tracing his scar on his back. Memories of the fight came back to him. He shook away the thought. He threw the shirt on and ran back to Rhia.
He held her hand as they walked to dinner together. He looked over to her and said, "You think the others will be suprised when they find out?" Gerenanth laughed. I doubt it.

G'han busted out in laughter. "Gerenanth told me the same thing", sometimes that dragon can suprise you. He's wiser than you can realize. He walked in where everyone was still holding her hand and sat with everyone next to Rhia.
