“So Akki was lying, eh?” R’dan asked Ebbeth aloud. “As for sneezing, I think that if you sneeze or get sick from hanging out in this cold air, in cold wet clothes, that you should be pestered for Turns.” R’dan said with another grin.

Akki made a low whining sound and said "Fine, but I won't sneeze! And if I do I'll make sure you won't hear me", finishing her statement with a mimic of R'dans plan. [glow=teal,2,300]I'll tell, they'll know you sneezed[/glow] Ebbeth replied smugly. "Ebbeth, are you trying not to be oiled?"Akki asked, jabbing her blue on the side.

Akki blinked furiously for a moment, stopped and did it again crying "Of all the worst luck!". Quickly she ran over to the water, sticking her face in as Ebbeth watched bubbles float to the surface before she lifted her head of the water, coughing. She of course sneezed, the worst timing of all and in attempt to get rid of it she decided to drown it, which only gave her a lungful of water.

R’dan raised an eyebrow. “You know there’s probably better water down in the Lower Caverns, you don’t have to drink from the lake… or… was that a sneeze that I just witnessed? Are you alright.” He asked as Akki continued to cough.

She whacked herself on the chest and looked at R'dan and said flatly "Yes, I do so love to drink the water people SWIM in and no it wasn't a sneeze you saw, I had a...uncontrollable urge to drown my face in water." And with that said she crossed her arms and looked at him defiantly.

“Uh…” R’dan said stupidly. Akki’s reaction caused him to stare in disbelief, what had he done. He hadn’t thought he’d done anything wrong. Jesseth nudged him in the back, ~Say you’re sorry.~ R’dan blinked, ~What did I do?~ ~Just say you’re sorry alright, say you didn’t mean to stare, anything!~ The brown dragon pushed R’dan a bit closer to Akki. He cleared his throat trying to give himself a bit more time to think of something to say. “Erm… Akki? I didn’t mean to stare… I didn’t realize it…” He trailed off. ~Say, sorry.~ “Sorry.” he said a bit louder than he meant to.

She once again tossed back her head and laughed saying "O R'dan, I'm joking! Don't take me seriously! I'm a silly and non-sensible addict, I can't get enough of it". That was true enough, she did love to be silly at times, it made her life easier but at times she did feel weird when stared at, but this was no one of those times. [glow=teal,2,300]Jesseth, did you take her seriously?[/glow]Ebbeth asked, the amusement in his voice very obvious despite the fact he was trying to hide it.

R’dan ran a hand through his hair and smiled weakly. He’d truly been scared that Akki had been mad at him. ~Sorry~ said Jesseth sheepishly. “Sorry,” R’dan repeated absentmindedly. After he realized that he’d apologized again, after Akki said she wasn’t mad, he blushed slightly. ~ I did think that she was serious… I’m sure R’dan is going to blame me, I’m the one that made him apologize.~ Jesseth said to Ebbeth as he tried to hide his head in embarassment.

Kia laughed. "I could say the same thing," she said, giggling a little. She stared threateningly yet playfully at Akki. Kia felt a sneeze coming, though. She wondered if dunking he rhead in would be conspicuous. Kia decided she would pretend to make fun of Akki and quickly rushed to the water. She dunked her head in and sneezed. Then she lifted her head, laughing.

~ Well, she has to be serious sometime. And I think it’s better that he show he is worried or sorry for her even if she is joking. What would she have done if she was serious and he laughed or did nothing? ~ Jesseth replied.
R’dan heard a splash as Kia shoved her head into the water. “I think some one has copied your idea for hiding a sneeze, Akki.” He waited for Kia to bring her head back above the water before saying, “If you are sick Kia, it’s probably not a good idea to be putting your head into cold lake water.”
