A long time it had been since G'han had stepped foot on the grounds of the weyr. This was where he first impressed. This is where the journey had started. And yet between that time there had been a transfer or two. But his heart had always remained here. It had always been with this weyr and the friends he made here.
His bronze glided gently down into the weyrbowl. It was such a familiar, yet unfamiliar site to him. Things had changed, time had passed. Even G'han found himself a different man in the turns he spent maturing at a different weyr, at Telgar. Things were certainly different there. He'd seemed a bit smaller there. But he had still found some companions, some friends, among that weyr. He'd even found himself a position in a wing. But things weren't the same. He'd asked for a transfer back. The weyr was seemingly smaller in size and G'han figured he'd be more useful here.
His dragon landed gracefully in the bowl. It seems his bronze had even filled out a little since he left. G'han was quick to dismount. How long had it been since his feet were last on these grounds? How many turns had it really been? Had it even been turns? It felt like many hundreds of turns for G'han. He sighed a bit to himself. Would any of his old friends be here? What of his former love? Surely G'han had relationships after her. But thoughts often fell to his first love and the children that were born. But that seemed so long ago and Telgar had trained him to understand that relationships didn't last very long for a dragonrider and children were given up. It all seemed so systematic there, not very personal like this weyr had been.
Thoughts also fell to a best friend of his he made here, Akki. Would she even recognize him? Would she care to? He couldn't help but think of her more often than any other he met here at this weyr. He patted his bronze's gleeming hide. The dragon was certainly bathed and well oiled and G'han dressed as decently as one could when flying from one weyr to another. G'han took a couple steps away from his bronze to look around the weyr. So many unfamiliar faces and there seemed to be other physical changes as well.

What do you think of reunions? Akki blinked, startled at the sudden question. She was happily sitting in the kitchens, tossing some food to Sargon every now and then and was thinking about random things when Ebbeth suddenly interrupted about her thought of 'I think I was supposed to be born a boy. Or a dragon. Yeah, that'd be cool.'. She frowned for a moment, and shrugged even though Ebbeth couldn't see it. I dunno. They're sappy I guess? I haven't really had a legit reunion. Why? She replied, brow furrowed as she tried to think of any reason the blue might ask such a thing. You're a curious critter. Go to the Weyr Bowl and you'll see The blue replied, mysteriousness underlining his words causing Akki to roll her eyes. Of course Ebbeth was right, she was a curious critter. And now she simply had to go to the Weyr Bowl. She tossed the last tidbit of food to her flitt before standing up, brushing off any crumbs on her and headed towards her destination.
She walked through the maze of passages, her curiousity growing within her with every step. Finally, what seemed like Turns to her, she reached the edge of the Weyr Bowl and stared in front of her. She could make out a bronze dragon, and who she was assuming was his rider. Couldn't Ebbeth have just said there were newcomers? What did this have to do with reunions? Of course then it struck her. She knew the bronze that was in front of her, and she definitely knew the man.
It was no one other than G'han himself, the infamous G'han. G'han who was quite possibly her best friend when he was there, he was more than ready to shoot a retort at her snarky comments. The same G'han who left due to a transfer and she never heard from again. The G'han who she was about to beat silly for not ever sending her a letter, a note, shards even a 'Yo' would have been satisfactory. She crossed the Bowl in long, quick and silent strides with a rather mad expression on her face. She quickly walked up behind the rider, and simply flopped onto his back.
"You. Suck." Akki said loudly, stating each word quite clearly and with meaning. "You dissapear for who knows how long and miss out on everything and you don't have the decency to send me a letter or anything? I am sooo thoroughly dissapointed in you right now, I can't even begin to say how tempted I am to smack my head into the back of yours in rage." She said with a loud huff. If G'han was expecting a sappy reunion where they ran to each other in slow motion from opposite sides and met up in the middle with a hug, he was most certainly wrong. "You couldn't even send your flitt by with a quick 'Hello' Admin's Note:[/hr] Oooo boy. You have to kiss my butt tons in order to get me to forgive you this time." She said before turning her attention to the large bronze.
"Don't think I forgot about you Gerenanth. I'm equally mad at you. You should have made him contact me. But nooo, didn't do that now did you?"

Gerenanth said nothing as Akki approached his poor, unsuspecting rider. Infact the bronze wasn't paying too much mind to what was going on. He'd noticed the familiar bluerider, paused for a moment, then looked around the bowl again. He was getting a feel for old territory.
G'han blinked as he felt someone on his back. He didn't know what to think, atleast until he heard that familiar voice. "Haha. Yeah. That's Akki alright", he chuckled a bit and spoke aloud. He didn't bother to turn around, infact he felt rather ashamed of himself at the moment. It had been so long, yet he didn't keep in contact at all. He really only had himself to blame for that one. He could have kept better of her and the others. After a moment of hanging his head, he turned around to face her.
Shards, it had been quite some time but Akki didn't seem to have changed overly much. His forehead rested against hers for a moment in silence as he thought a few things over. "Yeah. I guess wingleader duties at Telgar aren't going to cut it are they?", G'han asked a bit regretfully and gave a sad look, it all seemed genuine. "I did miss you Akki", he said as he allowed eyes to meet hers. "And everyone else, of course", he continued with a slight smile.
The two must have looked a strange sight. Two heads against one another in the middle of the weyrbowl. G'han had allowed some quiet to elapse before he spoke again. "So should I start kissing it now?", he asked with a grin. He had to admit, he'd hoped for the kind of reunion where there was slow running and embrace, but with Akki he knew it'd be something more along these lines. It wouldn't possibly be so cheesey or normal.

A loud roar from the direction of the Hatching Grounds shook the walls of the Weyr. A trio of toddlers shrieked as they ran out of the vast cavern, followed closely by a giant wedge-shaped head gleaming with gold and whirling red and oragne jewel-faceted eyes. The Queen of the Weyr roared again to make sure she got her point across and the toddlers bolted even farther away from her. The Queen gave a snort and looked up, seeing the new arrival.
Welcome back home Gerenanth. Tell your rider to keep his children away from my eggs. Their mother is out of the Weyr with the Candidates on a field trip. You watch them.
The trio of little hellions quickly lost interest when the Queen returned to care for her eggs. They turned to see what the fuss was in the Weyr Bowl. The three children looked to be about four Turns old, or at least close to four Turns. One of them bore a close resemblance to the Weyrwoman, the other two were twins. The twins had taken many of their mothers features and a few of their fathers. They would be taller than their mother but the boy had dark red hair and his father's brown eyes. The girl had her mother's grey eyes and her father's black hair. The contrast was startling.
The little redheaded boy walked up to Gerenanth. "You no Auth." He held his arms out wide. "He big big. You big too, no as big as Kith. She roar!"
Chiron, the WW's son and Giana made a beeline for Ebbeth. "Ebth, Ebth!" They began climbing over the blue. The children couldn't quite pronounce all the dragons names yet but they tried.

“You better believe it’s me.” Akki replied back with a huff. “I don’t think anyone else would jump on your back. Well, mostly because it’s probably rude and no one would want to offend you but I think I get special offending privileges since I’ve known you for so long.” She explained, or more accurately, rambled. She was fully aware of the fact she was probably making G’han either uncomfortable or feeling guilty, and she had no problem with it at all being who she was. Meanwhile Ebbeth jumped from his and Akki’s weyr and glided slowly down to the Bowl, amused by the reunion happening before his eyes. He landed on the ground, eyes whirling contently If it makes you feel better G’han, I’m glad to see you and Gerenanth back at Dark Moon
“I will not accept any Telgar related excuses, nice try though. The only excuse I will accept is that you and Gerenanth got separated and lost and only united recently and that’s why you’ve been gone for so long.” She replied, knocking her forehead lightly against his. She shook her head, “But you didn’t miss me enough to send me a note now did you?”. She snorted crinkled her nose, “Ha! If you think we’re going to be friends with benefits now, you have another thing coming.” She pulled away from G’han as a loud roar could be heard and grinned slightly. She knew why Kaith was roaring, the trio of toddlers seemed to enjoy the game of trying to get close to the Queens eggs.
Akki watched as the group of children made their way towards them and grinned as Chiron examined Gerenanth with interest before making their way for Ebbeth with obvious glee. “Ehh? I don’t get any hugs from you guys? What is this?” Akki said, crossing her arms with a fake pout watching as Ebbeth began a toy to climb on. It was a well known fact that Ebbeth had a large soft spot for the three kids. Ebbeth snaked his head close to the two kids, opening and closing his jaw slightly with a metallic clack. I’m going to eat you two up. Nom nom nom. Akki crooked an eyebrow at Ebbeth, “I can see his ‘maternal instincts’ radiating from his body”
If it makes up for anything, I think I just felt my self respect lower dramatically

"I had always been meaning to. But I guess things just got so busy. Between running drills and running errands. I guess Telgar liked me, the way they kept me so busy", G'han explained with a bit of a chuckle. The chuckle quickly died down however and a guilty look was on his face. "Well. I do intend to make up for lost times and to work on your forgiveness", he spoke honestly, then grinned a bit at his last words.
He then pulled his forehead away from hers. "I don't think friends with benefits was what I had in mind. Not at the moment anyway. I've got to work too hard at getting you to forgive me first, remember? Business before pleasure and all that", G'han's tone clearly held some amusement as he smiled at his long time friend. "And do thank your dragon for me, for his kind words. Atleast one of the pair welcomes us back warmly",he added, still holding the same amused tone.
However, the conversation was quickly interrupted by a roar and running children. Could it really be? The twins he had before leaving for Telgar. They were so big now, and he could clearly see resemblances of himself and Rhia in them. It is good to be in your presence and the presence of Dark Moon Weyr, dear Kaith. I will relate your words to my rider. Gerenanth's words sounded much of a nobler bronze. Ridermine, Kaith asks that you watch over the little ones and keep them from the eggs. We wouldn't want your offspring to cause any trouble. Gerenanth spoke to G'han and G'han only. The bronzerider turned and nodded to his dragon. "Of course, Gerenanth. As the queen desires", he responded to his dragon.
Dear mine, this child speaks in a simpler language of your own. Tell me just exactly what he said. G'han only grinned as he walked over towards the boy and his dragon. "He said you're not another dragon. He's big. You're big too but you're not as big as Kaith. I'm sure that's what it was", he answered his dragon aloud as he kneeled to the boy's level. He looked him over for a moment before smiling. "You resemble your mother in many ways. You've grown up a good bit since I last saw you", he spoke softly and with a smile. He then glanced over at Akki for a few moments before returning his eyes to the boy.

"Yeah, yeah, yeah. You were loved in Telgar while everyone here secretly sent you bad thoughts. I hope you get them by the way, my bad thoughts. I sent quite a few silent messages of 'I'm going to punch you in the throat when you return'." She said, finishing the sentence with a nod or two. She reached up and flicked his nose, "Oh yeah, you better make up for lost times." Of course since G'han had actually returned, she had already forgiven him but she was to stubborn to admit something like that. So she planned to use this to her advantage and constantly use it as a guilt trip, 'You were the one who disspeared and neeeever wrote.'.
She grinned and shrugged in reply, "Hup, fine then. I'll be friends with benefits with someone else then. You lost your chance, my dear G'han. You snooze, you lose." Akki crinkled her nose at G'hans last bit and stuck her tongue out at him, "It's not my fault that I'm the more bitter one out of us two." I am the better looking out of us two, so my opinion is all that matters Ebbeth retorted without a moments pause before returning his attention to the toddlers. "Wow, gee Ebbeth. I can feel the love." The bluerider under her breath with a snort. Akki watched as G'han knelt beside his child and couldn't help but give a small crooked smile at the image before her. Of course this also made her realize that G'han probably had better parental skills than she ever would.
It's true, he does have better parental skills. Better give your firstborn child to him if you want it to survive. Ebbeth said with a draconic grin. Akki rolled her eyes and caught the glance G'han gave her. She knelt down beside him and said with a grin, "Oi, why you looking at me for? I'm not the mother of your child, have you forgotten? If I was, chances are your kids would have a few broken bones by now if they inherited my genes."

"No. I didn't get those thoughts. Maybe Gerenanth did, but forgot. He doesn't pay attention too much", G'han said with a smirk. The bronze beast rumbled in disagreement and allowed Akki and Ebbeth to hear as well. I pay attention to important things. G'han rolled his eyes. "Oh get off it", G'han responded exasperated. "Don't pay much mind to Gerenanth. Being a bronze got to his head. He can be a royal pain now", G'han apologized to Akki for Gerenanth.
Ignoring her next part for now, G'han moved on to her next comment. "Oh. Such a shame. And here I was so willing to work for it too", G'han spoke in mock sorrow, giving Akki a wink. "And you are pretty bitter. Such hostility, I shouldn't be surprised really", he added.
G'han returned his gaze back to his child while Akki spoke. When she was done, he looked back over to her. "Oh. I know. If you were the mother then they wouldn't be here, now would they?", G'han responded with a grin. The grin faded however as he rested a hand on her shoulder. "All joking aside. I'm sorry. I should have kept in better touch. I want to make up for that. Dinner later?", G'han asked in all seriousness with a look of shame on his face.
Hrmph. So quick to get with a lady and yet you just arrived. G'han rolled his eyes as Gerenanth let everyone hear that one. "Oh shut up. You jealous beast. Do me a favor and go fill your stomach", G'han said, a bit annoyed at his dragon's words but obviously sarcastic. Besides. It's not like that at all. You should know that, you stubborn bronze. Gerenanth simply snorted, but did not leave or further respond. "Yeah. Gerenanth's got an annoying side", G'han chuckled as both hands were put awkwardly behind his head.

Akki sighed and cradled her chin with her hand, looking up at the big bronze. "Well, it was bound to happen eventually. I should have seen it coming. Oh Gerenanth, when did you notice you were a bronze?". Akki frowned slightly and flicked a piece of dust off of G'hans shoulder and shook her head, "Didn't anyone tell you you should love your dragon no matter howmuch of a royal pain they become? I have to remind myself this everyday so I don't ditch Ebbeth somewhere.". The bluerider sniffed indignantly and fluffed her hair with a stuck up air around her. "Apparently you weren't willing enough, you'll regret one day though. Almost everyone does."
Akki grinned crookedly and had to agree with G'hans statement. "It's true, and that's the sad part. They probably wouldn't be here. Let's hope I never become a mother, my kids would have some weeeird genes that they wouldn't want." She said with a shudder, imagining how her pretend kids would be like. Hopefully if she did ever have kids, they would take after their father more than her. She drummed her fingers against her jawline for a moment and then nodded, "Sure, you know I can't turn down an invite to anything that has to do food. I plan to grow big and fat, don't you know."
"Ha! Gerenanth, I'm more man than woman." She said before crinkling her nose and sticking out her tongue for a second. "Wait, that came out wrong. I meant to say I'm not very ladylike? I dunno what I was trying to say actually. You know what I mean though, right?" She said, rambling as she tried to correct herself. She sighed and looked down at the rest of her, "At least, I don't think I'm a man."

I noticed I was a bronze when in weyrlinghood. Gerenanth answered with an arrogant sniff. G'han simply shook his head. "I love him and all, but he's become a pain now. He's more bronze dragon than I am bronzerider", G'han chuckled.
"Yeah. Well when you do have kids, let's hope the children take after the father more than their mother. They wouldn't survive otherwise. Heck, I don't see how you survive", G'han said with a grin. He could only laugh as Akki rambled to correct herself. "You're every bit woman. You're just not a typical lady", G'han spoke over his laughter.
He was quick to compose himself and stand. "Well do meet me later on, when I get settled in a weyr. I'll send Azure for you", G'han said as he smiled warmly. Then a confused look crossed his face. "Just where is that little blue guy. I know I sent him ahead of me", G'han spoke confused as he held a finger to his chin and looked around. There was a puffing sound and Azure whirled above Akki's head before settling down on her head and chirping happily. "Oh. I see. He was re-aquainting himself", G'han said as he shook his head at the blue flitt, who had increased a bit in size and weight over the turns. The flitt responded with another happy chirp, aimed at his bonded. This earned a smile from G'han.

Chiron and Giana screamed and then giggled before they ran to Akki. "Ki! Ebth get mad if we don't hug him. He eats us. We hug you too!" The Giana babbled as she tried to climb up Akki's leg.
Rehan looked solemly at G'han. "Mama gone. She take dandidate on trip. Mama don't take us. We too bad. You think we bad? Auth lets me climb on his tail. What you name?"
Chiron ran to Akki and hugged her before running back to Ebbeth and darting under his forelegs. "I tickle Ebth!" He shouted.
OOC: Sorry for shortness. Its hard thinking toddler even though I deal with a lot of children including my 4 year old Godchild.

G'han could only smile slightly at his son's words. He had been gone for so long. How long had he been in their lives? A turn, at best? And these were around four or so. He had been absent most of their life. Many turns spent away at Telgar, away from his children.
G'han had to ponder for a moment, as he left the little boy hanging. Should he tell him? The boy was bound to find out eventually. Rhia had taken to raising the two kids personally. They weren't ordinary weyrbrats. They were raised by their dragonrider mom. But hadn't G'han been around for that decision? It seemed an easy decision to make in a weyr like Dark Moon. Were they too young to understand? Would it be better to tell them when they were older? There may have been some damage done by then. So maybe it was best to go ahead and tell him.
Mind made up, G'han answered his son. "Rehan, my name is G'han. You could say I'm half your namesake", he answered him as he looked him in the eye, now bent to his level. "Or more accurately, you could say I'm your father", the bronzerider added with a slight smile. Best to let them know now than later, or so he thought. There was no real easy or clear decision, but G'han went with his gut feeling. "And this dragon here is Gerenanth", G'han introduced. "Gerenanth, say hello to Rehan", he added as he glanced over to his bronze, who was now looking at G'han and Rehan. Greetings little one. I am Gerenanth. The bronze lowered his head to get a better look at the little boy.

"Mamma says our fader went bye bye. He go to 'nother Weyr far away from here." Rehan said. He had a short attention span when it came to all things not pertaining to dragons. "Ger-nath? I scratch you!" He reached chubby little fingers upwards, wanting to scratch Gerenanth's eye ridges.
~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
A greenrider emerged from the Lower Caverns, looking around as if looking for someone. She spotted Akki, G'han and the little ones and made her way over there.
"There you three are! Christae asked me to check in on them from time to time today. She said she thinks there is someone here who will watch them but she just wanted to make sure. I'm weyrbound until Priath rises to mate. She should be close and we don't want to be out of the Weyr when she does decide to rise." She smiled at Akki. "Hello Akki, how is Ebbeth today?" She turned to the new bronzerider. "Hello, I'm guessing you are a transfer. Welcome to Dark Moon. I'm Anassa, rider of green Priath."
A dark green dragon marbled with black glided down from one of the smaller ledges and landed gracefully a few feet away. She made her way to where the other two dragons were. Good day to you both and my regards to your riders.
Akki sighed with a slight lopsided grin, “Dear Gerenanth, now you are the typical bronze. But we love you nonetheless. Or, well, at least I love you nonetheless.”
Her lopsided grin turned into a grimace as she crinkled her nose. “I’m hard to kill G’han, otherwise I’d definitely be dead by now. I bet if I was missing my head, I could still live for a few more days.” She explained as she pictured herself headless only to stick out her tongue slightly in disgust. The image of her being headless was not a very pretty one, that was for sure. Akki snorted slightly in agreement, “I am most definitely not the typical lady. That would be horrifying if I was. Can you even imagine that?”.
“What the…” Akki trailed off as she felt something land on her head. “I think I found him.” She grinned as she reached up and stroked the blue flitt. She sighed, “I wish Sargon was as obedient as you Azure. The silly green has something wrong with his brain, I’m sure. All he does is sit around and ask to be fed, he’s almost identical to Ebbeth actually.”. Ebbeth made a huffing noise, silently protesting against this fact. He and the little dragon were no way alike in his mind.
The bluerider bent down and slid her hands underneath Giana’s arms as she picked her up and spun her around for a moment. “Hey now, who said I won’t take a few nibbles at you also? And since when did you get so big? Soon you’ll be as big as Ebbeth and you can gobble him all up.”. Akki grinned down at Chiron and ruffled his hair for a moment before the small boy darted back towards Ebbeth. She watched with an amused smile as Ebbeth snaked his head towards Chiron, blowing air at the boy I’ll tickle you right back. You better watch out!
Akki watched, shifting from foot to foot as G’han reintroduced himself to his son. She felt vaguely awkward now, like she was intruding in on some very personal moment. She wasn’t able to hold back a snort as Rehan replied to the man. “Now what you should do Rehan? Make your father feel real guilty about it for the next few turns so you can make him spoil you.” Akki said with a nod or two. “Meanwhile, I’ll just kidnap Giana here. Does that sound good to you?” She said, eyeing the small girl with a crooked grin.
She watched as Anassa spotted and walked towards their group. She crinkled her nose slightly, “Ooo, weyrbound? I’m sorry for you. Makes sense though. I keep forgetting that Priath will be rising soon.”. She had also forgotten that this probably meant that Ebbeth would chase Priath if he was in the proximity. “He’s been made into a big old toy Anassa. You can also hear his self esteem plunging quickly. And what about Priath, is she doing well?”.
Ebbeth lifted his head and watched as Priath came gliding downwards. And my regards to your rider Priath. He looked back down at Chiron and grinned draconically. There you go Chiron, you have another toy to play with now.
G'han glanced away for a moment. It had been so long and they had been so young that they didn't recognize him. His son's words didn't exactly make him feel any better either. "Yes, that's true", G'han answered him as he watched him walk over to Gerenanth. The father followed his son's lead and leaned against his dragon. "But I transferred back here. I returned", G'han added as he found just the right spot to lean on his dragon.
"Ol' Gerenanth, here, recognizes you", G'han smiled as he patted his dragon's hide. "And Gerenanth needs a bath soon, unfortunantly", G'han commented with a frown. The dragon snorted in protest but looked over Rehan. The bronze gave his rider's son a playful nudge with his nose. Boastful and full of pride Gerenanth may be, but he still had a soft spot.
G'han flashed a smile as a greenrider came to greet them. "Hi. I'm G'han, rider of bronze Gerenanth", he spoke curtiously. "Transfer back actually", he added to her comment with a smile. G'han nodded to Akki then called his blue flitt over. Azure was quick to respond and sit on his shoulder.
I should be loved and adored. Gerenanth commented back to Akki, pride ever showing as his actions dictated otherwise.
"I suspect Giana will make Priath a toy soon when she sees her since Chiron has Ebbeth and it looks like Rehan has the new bronze. Priath has been a handful, far more demanding than usual." There was amused affection in the greenrider's tone. "She's more concerned with her looks now than she ever was and she makes me oil her daily. She nodded at G'han's introduction. "A pleasure. Welcome home then."
Are you having trouble with the litte hatchling? Is he too much for you Ebbeth? Priath's eyes flashed blue and green with amusement. She snaked her nose towards Giana as she laughed in Akki's arms and blew gently on the girl's hair much like the blue had done to Chiron.
Rehan giggled. "Bath? Me help. Get wet!"
I would like a bath as well. Anassa rolled her eyes. "You had to mention a bath didn't you? Now she wants one as well. We might as well bathe them together if you plan to bathe him anytime soon. I suppose you would want to get settled in first though. I can watch after the little hellions if you need time to settle in."
G'han chuckled. "Nah", he answered with a wave forward of his hand. "I've got it covered. Besides, I could stand to spend some time with them. Goodness knows I have turns to make up for that", G'han said with a smile that would take away any sting in his words. But he also added, "You're free to help. Both in settling me in and keeping an eye on them. If you're free, that is." Ah, the tone was so polite, not nearly the brute he was last time he was here. Had G'han actually changed to some degree?
From appearance he actually looked a bit rough since the last time he was here. There was obvious facial hair growing and his clothes, though made for flying Gerenanth and going between, seemed a bit ragged. His hair wasn't as short and spikey as it use to be. He had let it grow out, so now it was thick and took a more rounded shape. Certainly G'han could clean up better than this? Perhaps he'd gotten so busy with work and other things that he didn't have much time for social things or worrying over appearance. Though it was still obvious G'han had a defined tone of body, atleast that was something he kept over the turns. Even under those layers of clothes, some healing tactics had been tried on his scars and they'd managed to fade, if only slightly. But beyond physical appearance, how much more had G'han changed? There were issues he'd had before. There were other aspects about him that defined his character so strongly before. What remained of G'han and what had changed? It was still a slight mystery.
The blue flitt chirped happily, Azure always seemed to be in good spirits. But as though that had been his cue, G'han looked at all present. "Well. Speaking of getting settled. I should probably go ahead", G'han finally spoke up. "Otherwise I sleep in the weyrbowl and Gerenanth get's used as a bed", G'han chuckled and nudged his dragon. I will not be used in such a demeaning manner. It's unbecoming of a dragon such as myself. Gerenanth was quick to argue with his bonded. "Oh hush it up Gerenanth. Nobody's buying the High-and-Mighty-Bronze act. Atleast not here", G'han spoke up with a smirk. His dragon could be so full of himself sometimes. Mingling with those Telgarian bronzes didn't help him one bit.
Ooc|| Gosh, wow. This only took me forever to like, reply too :/
“Don’t worry Gerenanth. I love and adore you at the same time.” Akki said with a grin, as if reassuring the bronze’s seemingly large ego. She could have sworn it had tripled since she last saw him, he was definitely now a typical bronze. But she loved him nonetheless. Akki snickered at Anassa’s comment, “It’s a girls duty to stay pretty for everyday.”. Akki frowned slightly, her own hair had a bed head look at the moment. “I guess I’m not a real girl then, eh? Wouldn’t my mother have been surprised to find out she actually had two sons!”
Don’t look at me right now Priath! I don’t want your opinion of me being quite handsome and strong being destroyed because a small hatchling has managed to foil my defenses. Ebbeth said, a whine could be found in his voice which was followed by a dragonic grin towards the green dragon.
Akki looked down at Giana and made an exaggerated frown. “You don’t want to leave me, right Giana? You want to stay with me and we can harass everyone together? We can help G’han get settled in, and steal some of his stuff when he’s not looking. Sound good?” It was quite obvious that Akki was nothing more than a big kid herself. Even without Giana, she probably would have stolen some of G’hans stuff. It was what she did.
"Since Christae sent me to help with them anyway and there are three of them and three of us I think that's even odds. That is if there ever could be even odds with toddlers. Did you get your weyr placement yet?"
What opinion? The green's voice was sugary sweet as she batted her lids at the blue.
Anassa chuckled. "Poor Ebbeth." She turned to G'han. "As I said, I'm Weyrbound until Priath rises and Christae already asked me to give you a hand since they were harassing Kaith. Those little guys are in that Hatching Cavern every chance they get. With all the drudges that are around you'd think they'd be able to keep an eye on them but they are slippery little rascals."
"Akki, I gave up on worrying about how I look since Priath grew too large for me to take more than a few minutes to oil her." Her eyes sparkled with affectionate amusement as she glanced at her dragon.
G'han looked at Akki questioningly. "You're not trying to teach my kids how to steal, are you?", he asked Akki. "I can see you're such a positive influence", he said sarcastically.
He looked at Annassa, considering her for a moment. "Yeah, the more the merrier. I've got placement. I just need to get placed in it", G'han replied to her. He then crooked his head and pointed it at Akki while his arms were folded. "Watch on her too, while you're at it. Can't have her stealing half my stuff from my weyr", he spoke with a grin.
(OOC: Bleh. I manage post, though uninspired.)
