Aneres' lip curled. "I seriously doubt you'd know what I've gone through." He hissed, then buried his face back in his hands, until Akki made her comment. At her words he lifted his head ever-so-slightly, fixing his barely-sane stare on Akki. "Just leave me alone. I don't need or want any second chances. It's not the same..." He said, voice almost choked, before he rested his forehead back on his arms.

Shino jumped off and sat in the sand, away from most of the group... He needed to be alone for a little bit to think of everything that victim Aneres had said. As he stared into the lake, he sighed, closing his eyes as he did so. "Two choices... be a victim, or do something about it... I choose the one where I can take action." He told himself softly.
Hirako looked over at Rhiyo. "Hello. My name is Hirako." She said calmly. "You are?" She asked him politely. Her olive green eyes seemed to sparkle a little bit in the sunlight, reflecting light this way and that. A grin parted her lips and she looked over at Aneres. "Look, you can choose to be a victim, or you can do something about it... The choice is yours." She told him after she heard what he said.

OOC| So sorry that this reply has come so late people. D: I've just been struggling with some of my own inner-personal stuffz annnnd I've been kind of to-myself-only lately.
Again the boy was left blushing, and all because of Ebbeth's comment. Nevertheless he moved on as if it hadn't even been said. He assumed that Ersith was laughing it up over there. R'xis smiled at Rhiyo in a friendly manner, looking over at Ersith when she was greeted by the other boy. Yes, well, I can't always control him now can I? Ersith rumbled, floating a top the water's surface while her faceted eyes were fixed up on Ebbeth. She was always amused by his way of greeting her-he was very much so like his Rider, in more ways then one. Ersith turned to look to the Candidate boy, saying aloud: Its nice to meet you also. There's no need to be afraid of me; I don't bite... Well, actually... There was a shimmer of playfulness reflected in her eyes while they whirred a green.
R'xis walked closer to Rhiyo, finding himself chuckling at what Ersith had said. "Don't mind Ersith, what a real joker that one is." No one knew that Ersith was, in fact, a she; except for those that R'xis had told: the Weyrling Master and Akki. Wolf knew too of course, it wasn't something he was entitled to keep from his only sibling. "You aren't afraid of dragons, are you?" he asked, though he expected that one who couldn't remember much of anything would be afraid of there own shadow. "Its all right, there really harmless, mostly. It’s rare to find a dragon ever attacking a human, they think a lot like us you know," he told Rhiyo. He hoped to perhaps reassure him, or at least make him feel less nervous. He flashed the boy another warm smile, trying to come across as friendly as possible. He didn't want Rhiyo to feel that there wasn't any one here that he could trust. If the boy allowed him he'd gladly be a mentor to him-for as long as he needed one of course. Perhaps 'friend' was the more accurate term.
R'xis looked over at where Akki sat, every few minutes; wondering if she was planning on coming over or not. His hair was sticking up in some places, but it was apparent that he wasn't all that concerned about it. He clothes were wet in some places, while in other places they were perfectly dry. He was glad that Ebbeth was here; it always made Ersith one hundred percent. He bet that the blue could teach her a lot, and pass on a lot of his wisdom. He couldn't help but smirk at the thought that Akki may argue that point.

She turned her head and fixed her gaze on Aneres, a small, what could be comforting, smile on her face. "She Impressed again, a white. Crazy, huh? Ebbeth didn't fall for the white though, and I'm kinda glad that he didn't." She confided, she hated seeing Ebbeth like that. It was the first time the blue had ever felt feelings like that, and suddenly they had to be cut off. "Last time I saw Nike, she was pregnant!" Akki said with disbelief, shaking her head as she pretended to wipe away a tear. "They sure grow up fast. My maternal instincts are kicking in now." Now of course there was equal possibilities that she had made the situation worse, better, or pretty much the same but she wanted to take the plunge anyways.
Akki blinked a few times as she looked over at Ebbeth, who seemed to be immersing himself in conversation. She grinned slightly to herself, she was glad that the creature was over his initial 'heart break'. Back then, he was still pretty young and now, even though he still had the same sense of humor, he was smarter. The big blue had definitely grown. She shook her head, throwing away the rather sentimental thoughts before glancing over at R'xis. Ever since the entire feast, it seemed like things had been awkward between them, even though they had tried to start all over again. Perhaps it would be easier to tell him to get over her, to go find someone else. Of course she didn't think she could bring herself to say those words, awkward situations were not her thing, she avoided them as much as possible.
Ah, yes, I suppose. You should train him better next time though, seems like I have much to teach you still. Ebbeth said, pretending that he was enlightened with mass amounts of information. He put his head under the water, and blew bubbles to the surface of the water. I'm good at avoiding awkward starts to conversations, aren't I?

Rhiyo was a bit surprised when R'xis dragon spoke to him, and a little unsure what to think. It wasn't so much what the dragon said-it was that the dragon sounded...well...almost girly! As soon as he had the thought, he wished he hadn't. How insulting would that be, if R'xis or his dragon-whom the boy seconds later named as Ersith-knew he'd thought that his dragon's voice was rather feminine? He had to choke back a bit of a laugh, and feigned a sneeze to cover it up. It was kind of funny, but not at all polite, nor something he was ever going to bring up. Instead, he smiled at Ersith, as best he could considering that the dragons, for all that they seemed friendly, still set him ill at ease. He figured from her mental tones in his head that she was 'joking', but nonetheless he couldn't help but steal a glance at her from the corner of his eyes, before turning his attention to R'xis. He was glad that the boy didn't really seem to be upset-maybe it was just a brief discomfort, not brought on by the 'hugging' issue, but something else? His mind tried to go back to what had happened between Akki and R'xis when R'xis had first arrived. Could it be what had transpired before the whole 'friendly hug' incident? Maybe she'd bruised R'xis feelings or something? Yes-that might very well have been it, she had teased him in front of the group, even if only lightheartedly. Maybe R'xis had been embarrassed, or felt 'brushed off' by her? He wasn't sure, he was just going to count himself lucky that R'xis was being friendly with him despite whatever his reasons were.
Rhiyo reddened slightly when R'xis asked if he was 'scared of dragons'. Would it make him cowardly in the other boy's eyes if he admitted that he was a little intimidated by them? He wasn't about to lie, however. So, he shrugged, and held a finger and a thumb apart, and admitted with a half-smile, "maybe a bit. I can't particularly say why, though. Perhaps because they're so big?" He laughed, then, and shot an apologetic glance at Ersith, and added, "I'm sure I must be the only one here who feels that way, though. I just don't remember ever seeing one before I came here. Hearing of, yes. Seeing...I feel I may have, but I'm not sure...I don't remember." He knew he was just going to go in circles if he tried to explain, and so, "like us, hmm? Well, that makes it easier, I guess. I'm sure they are harmless-though they look like they could be pretty dangerous if they wanted to be," he added as an afterthought. How could they not be? Huge talons, huge teeth...but they didn't seem like they'd attack anyone. He then motioned to Ersith, "I bet he wouldn't attack anyone unless you guys were in danger, though." He grinned lopsidedly, then ran a hand through his hair, mulling over if he own dragon would be bigger or smaller-did everyone who was a Candidate get one? He couldn't remember if anyone had told him that or no. So, with that in mind, he asked, feeling a bit tentative because he didn't know something like this, "R'xis? Urm...do all Candidates get a dragon?" He wondered, then, if he wanted one or not. They seemed neat, and all, but what did one do with them? Where would something that big even sleep? And judging by the size of Akki's dragon, what on earth did they eat? So many questions...he knew the term 'impression'. He knew it meant to bond to someone-but how did it work with dragons and humans? He wondered if he'd ever have all the answers, and if he wouldn't pester people too much in getting them.

R'xis chuckled at Rhiyo, never having had to answer these types of questions for some one before. It was refreshing, to be the one with the knowledge rather then the one seeking it. This subject was a bit touchy. It was overwhelming enough for the boy to have to imagine attending a Hatching at this present time, never mind the thought of not impressing. "Well..." he started, trying to find a way to be careful in his wording. "Not every one," he replied. 'Smooth,' he thought to himself. "Every one's partner is out there some where so if your partner isn't in one clutch they're bound to be in another. So either way, no worries" he added-in his desperate attempt to fix his wrongs. He hoped the boy accepted what he said with little worry of whether or not the upcoming hatching would hold his chosen partner. Perhaps Rhiyo wouldn't give it that much thought? Who was he fooling, of course he would! It would seem that way, Ersith snorted, splashing Ebbeth with her left wing while swimming past. She knew that he could probably create a tidal wave over her if he really wanted to but she doubted that he'd do such a thing. She kept a safe distance from him, despite what she thought she knew. How is yours? Ersith asked suddenly...
R'xis bet that things with him and Akki could be rekindled, seeing as they had never really been fighting in the first place... Not at all, it was more the awkward tension that had knocked the both of them off balance. He too agreed that things had gone astray at the feast, when Akki had told him that she couldn’t be with him. He shook the thought from his head, not wanting to go back there-ever. He'd always only ever remember that day because he had received his Weyrling knot and partied with his friends, and Ersith. He had learned from that day to be more awake when ever rules were being sounded off to him. He looked back at Akki for a longer period of time now, smiling at her in hopes that she'd see.

Rhiyo's didn't know whether or not he even cared if he impressed. The idea of having his own dragon was kind of neat, granted, but he still didn't have a proper grasp on exactly what an honor and exciting thing it was to actually impress. So when R'xis at first said 'not everyone', he had mixed feelings on that. However, when R'xis said that 'everyone's partner was out there somewhere', he accepted that with about as much of a mixed feeling as the prior statement. Well, he would just have to see if he actually had a partner. It wasn't a matter of 'if' now to him, it was a matter of when, and where, his dragon would be. It was likely better for him to think this way, because though he had made it a goal to impress, he hadn't specified to himself when that would happen. He wasn't aware, now, that there were some who never impressed at all...those left standing on the sands, time after time, until they grew too old to impress a dragon. It was certainly better that he didn't know this, as it would have been just one more cause for wonderment and concern. So, in truth, R'xis was doing him a favor.
However, as R'xis had predicted, he commented, "well, then-maybe this hatching will hold a dragon for me, huh?" He grinned again, and then gave a small 'shrugging it off' shrug, and added, "though if it doesn't, perhaps another one will." With that said, he motioned to Ersith, asking, "when did you impress Ersith there? He's a really nice looking dragon," and he meant this, Ersith was rather nice looking, or so he thought, and then, "what's it like to impress, anyhow?" He was suddenly eager to know more about impressing a dragon, as it seemed to be what he'd come here for, after all.
Rhiyo couldn't help but notice when R'xis suddenly turned his head to stare directly at Akki, and couldn't suppress a grin, asking quietly, "you really like her, huh?" He couldn't have possibly understood any of what Akki and R'xis were going through, since he didn't even know the term 'Weyrling' or any of what it meant to be one. So, he didn't feel that the Akki and R'xis situation was anything he wasn't supposed to mention, perhaps. After all, Akki herself had mentioned it outright in front of all the group back there. His was therefore just an open, honest question, a question any boy might ask another in a friendly manner where no one else is listening.
Rhiyo would have a lot to learn, however, about things and how they worked. Chances were he might never be able to fully understand just why things worked the way they did, or even fully appreciate how they did. Not unless he regained at least some memories of himself. As it was, he was a newcomer to Pern, in a sense of thew word. He knew nothing about their society, he knew nothing about their creatures beyond that they were 'there', and their names. Dragon, wherry, firelizard...those he knew, and had only base knowledge of them, scant though it was. Examples as such were dragon and rider. Firelizard, impressible. Wherry, food. Not enough to be sound knowledge, but enough to get by on, if only minutely. Therefore, he was glad when R'xis answered the first of his questions, hoping that there was much the boy would be able to teach him before he looked like a total wherry-headed fool...sure people would know why he didn't know, but there would be those who didn't, and it was up to him to make sure he found a way to educate him before that happened.

Shino sighed, standing up and walking over, seeing R'xis and Rhiyo talking. He knew that he had a point to be here. He was a candidate, and he was proud of it. If someone would try to pull him down, he wouldn't let them. He walked up to the two and smiled. "Hey there." He greeted cheerfully.
Hirako saw Shino's mood swing and sighed. "I will never understand boys." She said sighing. "So emotional." She smiled and looked up at Akki. "I see you've seen quite a bit of emotional distubances between dragons..." She stated with a wide grin as she heard what Akki had said. "In a way, dragons are just like humans, they have intelligence. And while they can't speak, they definitely have a form of communication. Not only that but they develop through experiencing."

She's being her usual clueless self basically. She's not exactly the quickest person out there, which I'm sure you have realized. Ebbeth replied with a snort as he shook off the water Ersith sprayed at him. He lifted one wing, and skimmed it across the waters surface, sending a wave towards the small brown. She's not very good with keeping hands to herself and watching her mouth The blues eyes churned with curiousity as he noticed that R'xis was staring at his rider, he couldn't help but wonder what would happen in the end. Would the girl find someone else, or decide that it just wasn't worth it anymore? Or would the boy give up, not wanting to wait? All very interesting. He said to no one in particular.
Akki didn't, in fact, see the smile that R'xis had just given her. Her head was turning when the boy smiled, so she could look up at Hirako. "Haha, at least I know I'm not alone then. They need to come with some sort of manual. It would make things way easier." Akki said, shaking her head slightly as if she couldn't believe that there was no manual. She snorted, "Just the usual stuff here at Dark Moon.". It seemed like new events happened here all the time, whether it concerned dragons or people. The rider stood up from her sitting position, brushing herself off, "I think dragons are smarter than humans, but I'm sure there's someone out these with a different opinion.". She stretched her arms above her head, "Well then, shall we go join Rhiyo and them over there? Come on Aneres, I can't leave you here all alone.". The blue rider hooked arms with Hasima, who was walking over with Rimith to go see her and waited to see who else would join them.

R'xis felt a bit embarrassed by his Rhiyo's comment; not because it hadn't been a nice thing for the boy to say but it was just... complex. He was glad Ersith hadn't heard, or else she would have been downright insulted-all the while keeping her feelings to herself. R'xis nodded, looking at Ersith from a far, just in time to spot a wave that Ebbeth had created coming right at her. R'xis started laughing, wondering how she'd escape that one. "Yeah, I guess he is, isn't he?" he grinned-finding it hard to call his 'female' dragon a 'male.' He shrugged it off, knowing that he knew (obviously) that Ersith wasn't a male. He clasped Rhiyo's shoulder in a friendly manner, smirking, a shimmer of humour in his eyes. "That, you will have to find out for yourself. I remember asking that very question when I was a Candidate. I'll tell you one thing, it’s the most amazing feeling you'll ever experience in your entire life. Nothing can top it," he said truthfully. He let go of the boy's shoulder and his arm dropped back to his side, looking back to Ersith to see if she'd struggled through Ebbeth's obstacle.
When the wave came hurdling toward her she couldn't conceal a look of panic, though she bet she looked hilarious just sitting there in shock while Ebbeth was being all 'I rock'. She did the only thing she figured would keep her from swallowing the wave. She dove down underneath it as it came, coming back up on the other side-closer to Ebbeth. She made a face at him, and snorted, clearly defeated. She hated that-quite a competitive little dragonet. She merely floated there, not admitting her defeat, or mustering up enough courage to say anything else. What is? Ersith asked Ebbeth, having picked up on his words-glad for the change of subject.
When Rhiyo whispered something to him he just about choked on the air, looking at the boy in surprise. "What?" he whispered back, as if to reaffirm what the boy had said. He stood there, silently, just staring at Rhiyo as if he was crazy. "Well... No, no," he lied. He forced himself to look anywhere but Akki's general direction. He didn't want a Candidate having that sort-of information in hand... Okay, well, probably every one had that information (except the new people of course). And the new people included Rhiyo. "Well, yeah," he finally admitted. He didn't like to lie and even though he didn't know the boy all that well he assumed that he would be trustworthy enough not to go ranting and raving about it.

Hirako just nodded and listened to Akki. "It would be a lot easier if they were too." She replied to the first statement, moving on quickly to the next statement. "On the other hand, I think dragons are smarter than humans as well. If at all, they should be as respected as a human would be."
Shino looked between Rhiyo and R'xis and blinked, then sighed and rubbed his head, looking into the water. (*is running out of ideas for Shino.*)

Rhiyo listened to R'xis description of impression, and his curiosity greatened as the other boy described it as being 'the best feeling in the world'. He could tell by the look on the boy's face that the other was not exaggerating this by any means, and he let his gaze wander over to Ersith and Ebbeth, eyes full of wonder and a small smile forming on his face. Well, if it was truly that good of a thing, he should be more excited, right? He looked back at R'xis, and said with a new eagerness, "well, then I'm hoping I impress when I stand, if it's that good a thing to have happen. Maybe I'll be lucky and get a dragon of my own," he finished, and then, "what color do you think I'd get? I noticed that all the colors here are different-do they mean anything or tell you anything about your dragon? Akki and you have boy dragons, and they're brown and blue-but Hasima's is yellow. So are the brown and blues boys, and the yellows girls?" He was growing more enthusiastic with this topic, and so, "and I guess it doesn't matter if you're a boy or girl, you can still get a boy or girl dragon-because Hasima's is a girl's but Akki's is a boy, and you have a boy too." He grinned, thinking that perhaps he had figured some of this out. Maybe he'd get a brown, like R'xis. Yeah-he'd like that, Ersith was a neat looking dragon!
When R'xis at first started looking around and said 'no' Rhiyo was a tad disappointed, but figured maybe he'd not wanted anyone to know-despite how obvious it was-or wanted to keep those who did know limited, even if Akki didn't seem to care who knew. Then, when he admitted he did, a smile broke out across Rhiyo's face once more, and he said with a definitive nod, "I thought as much. Is it a supposed to be a secret?" He asked this last with sincere curiosity-not that he had any intention of speaking about it, which is why he'd asked quietly to begin with-just that he wanted to know exactly how circumspect he should be on that matter. Rhiyo was not a lover of gossip or idle chatter about others, so R'xis would not have to worry anyone would hear anything...at least not from him. He believed that a person's business was their own, not to be told by anyone but them.

This entire situation. Ebbeth replied rather vaguely, not saying which situation he was talking about. Ebbeth gave a silent laugh as the brown made a face at him, and slipped underneath the waters surface as he moved closer to the shore. Popping his head out, he watching as Akki and Hasima seemed to be walking towards R'xis and Rhiyo. He faintly knew that the two were discussing the supposed relationship that were happening between the two riders, and couldn't help but wonder what his rider would say if she knew. He closed his eyes, thoughts churning and whirling inside of his head. He opened his eyes as he watched Rimith left her rider and joined the other two dragons in the lake, standing out clearly against the blue water. You're looking quite lovely today dear Rimith. Coming to join us for a swim? The blue sent to the small yellow who crooned, You're also looking quite handsome Ebbeth. Yes, I have, the water is at the perfect temperature.
"We should make up our own guy, the perfect guy. He would be easy to understand, wouldn't come with any glitches and would be an amazing dancer." Akki laughed, imagining a faceless person spinning someone around a dance floor. "Dragons should get more respect, they could do more damage than a human could." She snorted with a grin, as she spun Hasima towards the waters edge, tossing a look back at Aneres and Hirako, "You guys coming?". Hasima clutched tightly onto the blue riders arm, not wanting to fall onto the ground as they became closer and closer to the shore. The blue rider spun past Rhiyo and R'xis and said, "Hope you guys aren't telling secrets about me and Hasima here.". The two girls finally stopped spinning, right at the waters edge and Akki grinned at Shino. "Are you going to come for a swim, or just sit there?" She asked the boy as she waded into the water, Hasima following a bit behind.

R'xis laughed, so many questions, and he had so few satisfying answers (or so he thought). "No one can know what colour they'll impress," he explained to the Candidate boy. "So don't lose any sleep over it," he added teasingly. He liked how attentive Rhiyo was; the boy was a good listener, just like R'xis. The Weyrling saw a possible friendship growing here. He then stopped to ponder over the boy's next question. Well, he supposed it was a secret. Its not like he wanted it to be broadcasted everywhere. Thing was, Akki didn't seem as if she cared about it getting out-seeing as how openly she announced it to others. He frowned, knowing that was just Akki being Akki, most often she didn't realize the truth of her words. Things just flew out of that girl’s mouth, its part of what made her so amusing to be around. His voice lowered to a whisper once more and he looked back to Rhiyo, no longer spaced out.
"Yeah, I guess you could say it’s a secret. I don't exactly want other people knowing, so definitely." Just the fact that the Candidate boy had bothered to ask made R'xis trust him all the more, reassured that he wouldn't say anything to any one else about the “secret.” He looked over to the water, keeping a watchful eye on his smaller brown. Ersith's size would also be a bit of a giveaway since most males were larger then she.
Ersith gave up on trying to figure out what Ebbeth was talking about. Rather she just shrugged the matter off and watched him dive down beneath the waters depths. Since he was so much larger he was clear to see underneath the shimmering water. She was staring the entire time, even when he popped up closer to the shore. Her gaze then diverted to her newest friend, Rimith, and she too then dived beneath the water to get closer to the shore; so that she could be with her friends. Ersith popped-up out of the water next to Rimith and then splashed the other dragonet with her right wing. She assumed that the Yellow would take it a whole lot better then Ebbeth had. Its good to see you again clutch-sister. I'm glad that you've decided to join us in the pleasant water. She crooned cheerily, shooting a glance at Ebbeth before her focus returned to Hasima's mutation dragonet.
R'xis smirked once again, all due to the commotion in the lake (caused by the dragons). He saw Ebbeth looking to him every now and then and wondered why. 'Did I do something wrong?' he wondered curiously. When Akki and Hasima unexpectedly passed by them, and Akki made her comment, R'xis' face reddened. "Why would we be talking about either of you?" he asked, winking an eye at Akki. Now, this could be perceived in one of two ways. Number one, as a playful gesture and number two, as a flirtatious one. R'xis was betting that most would take it as a flirtatious means when he actually had meant it to be playful and teasing. He stared after Akki as she headed down to the waters edge. 'She won't think anything of it,' he knew. He was beginning to realize that Akki didn't notice most things beyond friendly mannerisms. "Hey, Rhiyo, care to go for a swim?" he asked. R'xis had just come out of the water but he didn't really care. All he could think about was the last time he had been swimming about at the same time as Akki. If and when he did go in he'd have to resist the urge-or not-to be tackling her and pulling her under the water with him. It had been so much fun last time, regardless of the fact that she'd totally pawned him. He looked from Akki to Rhiyo, not wanting to be impolite by pulling his focus away from the other boy.

Shino responded with a wide grin and waded into the water along with Hirako, Hasima and Akki. "Sure. I don't mind." He replied as his grin parted his solemn face. He looked back and R'xis and Rhiyo, then back at Akki and Hasima. As he looked around, his gaze finally fell onto Hirako, who just grinned and shook her head as she closed her eyes. Shino sighed slightly and continued wading into the water.

Rhiyo's smile widened when R'xis said he wouldn't know what color he would get, liking that idea very much indeed. He seemingly liked surprises, and this was an interesting one indeed-like guessing what color you would get, and then seeing what you actually did get, whether it was what you guessed or something different. So, with a nod and a large grin, he commented, "well, then it's sort of a guessing game!" He nodded towards Ersith, and then went on, "I kind of like the brown one. So, I'm just going to guess that I'll get brown, and see what I actually do get-that'll make it that much more interesting," he explained. He thought it would be neat to have the same color as R'xis anyhow, and wondered if his would be bigger or smaller, or somewhere in between. He pondered this, and then asked, "these dragons-yours and Hasima's, they seem to be younger, if I'm not wrong about it?" He then looked towards Ebbeth, and continued, "and Ebbeth there, he seems to be older-not just that he's bigger but he kind of sounded older, y'know?" Did he know? Or was Rhiyo's assumptions wrong? Well, he'd find out, he supposed, and so went with the thought. "Well, thing is-Ebbeth is pretty big...I mean, really big. Do dragons get any bigger than him?" He didn't mention it was because he was still nervous, and that maybe a smaller dragon would be best for him.
When R'xis looked towards Akki once more, and taunted her back, Rhiyo threw in, "actually, we were talking about you-Hasima." He grinned at the girl, and winked. Then, to Akki, "why would we be talking about you? I think Hasima's cute." He shot Akki a teasing grin, to let her know his words were all in good fun. However, he didn't know how shy Hasima was, or else he might've been a tad more careful with his wording!
Rhiyo nodded enthusiastically when R'xis asked him if he wanted to go for a swim, then, he started laughing out loud, until he had to hold his sides for it, before he managed to stop long enough to ask, "do I even know how to swim?" In all honesty, he had no clue! He'd just agreed to go for a swim, and only seconds later realized he might not even know how! For some reason, this seemed funny to him, unbearably funny, and he kept laughing as he continued thinking about his predicament.

Rimith shook her head as the water spray reached her, enjoying the coolness of the water on her hide. I'm glad I did too, it's a perfect day to be swimming. The yellow confided as Ebbeth shook his head in disdain, Now, Ersith. Don't splash Rimith, pick on dragons your own size. I sincerely apologize on her behalf Rimith, she can't control herself. Both yellow and blue dragon snickered slightly at the comment, all in good fun of course.
Akki tossed a look towards where R'xis was, the water halfway up her thighs at this point. "Who wouldn't want to talk about me? Aren't I one of the best things to talk about?" She asked, pretending to be ever so sincere as she said this statement. She stuck her tongue out at him as she saw his wink. She looked over to where Shino and Hirako were and exclaimed, "However, I make no promises that I won't accidently splash you. This is your warning, so you can't get mad. Deal?". She walked farther out, the cold water rising up to her waist as Hasima followed as she soon found herself at the same depth.
Hasima knew that Rhiyo was joking around, she knew that no one would find her even vaguely cute. She was gangly and awkward, and there was almost always someone asking her if she was feeling alright due to her remarkably pale complexion. Even then though, the girl's face turned into a vibrant shade of red as a heat rushed up to her face. She pressed her large hands to her face, wanting the blush to go away as fast as possible. Akki grimaced slightly at Rhiyo's words, she knew how shy the yellow rider was and how she would react. She came up behind Hasima, and wrapped her arms around the girls shoulders as she hugged her from behind. "Too bad Rhiyo, I'm not sharing Hasima. She's mine and you can't have her." Akki said with a nod as she planted a kiss on the girls cheek with a loud 'Mwah!'. She laid her chin on the girls shoulder and said, "Now Hasima, stop blushing. You're going to have to deal with the fact that you're adorable."

Shino smiled. "That means that I can't promise that I won't do it back." He replied to Akki. "All in fairness." At that Hirako nodded with a devious grin at Shino. He looked at her warilly.
"Wait... wait... what are you going to do?" He asked her as she began closing in on him. Suddenly she pushed him over, knocking him over into the water. At that she laughed, maniacly happy. Shino didn't stand up fully, but brought his hands up right behind her in a cupped formation. He then brought them down right on top of the water, creating a splash that looked more like a shell had hit the water than a splash. Hirako was so startled by it that she fell over forwards into the water. Because of that, Shino stood up and laughed triumphantly.

Ersith rumbled her acknowledgment of the other two dragons' snickers. She sunk her head down a bit, her neck craned. Her gaze shifted from the blue to the yellow, clearly embarrassed. Her eyes then whirled a green; thankfully this one was good-humored. She didn't mind teasing among friends, not at all, and knew how to take it. She was soon crooning, fanning her wings out to lightly dip in to the water beneath her. We've already clarified that your size exceeds mine great Blue, she commented, a glint in her faceted eyes.
R'xis made a face at Akki when she stuck her tongue out, though the fact that she had looked to him when having said what she did got him over analyzing things again. He flashed her a smirk, his insinuations causing his lips to form the expression. He felt proud of Rhiyo's comment that he liked the brown. "Yes, he's quite magnificent isn't he?" he replied. He knew that he couldn't be happier with the pairing. He laughed, snickering a bit there after when Rhiyo asked him if dragons got bigger then Ebbeth. "Yes, indeed, dragons do get much larger then Ebbeth. Ersith and Rimith are younger, you're correct." He smiled at the boy, glad that he was figuring things out on his own little by little.
"Well, we'll just have to see now won't we?" He grabbed the boy’s arm, dragging him toward the water, releasing him once they were at the water's edge. Akki and Hasima were a few feet ahead of them. "My sister can't swim very well," he explained to Rhiyo, trying to comfort the boy. "She's all right though when I'm with her, I've had a lot of practice in the water." He brushed his bangs back, eyes alight at the many memories that he had of the beaches back home. "In any case, I'll save you," he teased. He ran after Hasima and Akki. Seeing as Akki was behind Hasima it was her legs that were getting splashed while he came toward the two girls. "So, lets go for a swim then. Are you hoping for the water to come to you?" he asked Akki, seeing how slowly it seemed that she was wading in to it. With a short laugh he gave the girl a gentle push and then ran ahead of them. Before he knew it the water was over his head. He treaded water, turning around to look from his newfound friend Rhiyo to Akki and Hasima. A look of defiance appeared up on his face, meaning that he was counting on having some fun...

"Now, now Shino. You can't push a girl. It's morally wrong." Akki said with a shake of her head, blonde hair flying as Hasima laughed quietly, her blush starting to fade slightly. But see, since I'm bigger and older, I can do whatever I want and get away with it. Isn't that right, Rimith? The blue said, asking the dainty yellow, who laughed and nodded in agreement.
Akki shivered slightly as splashes of water hit her legs, and she looked behind her, "Oi, watch where you're kicking R'xis. It's cold.". She unwrapped her arms from Hasima, who stepped to the side just in case, and knelt down to the water. "Of course I'm expecting it to come to me." She said, making cooing noises, "Come here water, water, waaa-ter.". When she stood back up, she felt two hands on her back and the next thing she knew, she was under water. Of course, the water was pretty shallow, after all she was only slowly going deeper and deeper. So when she went under, she happened to hit her head on the bottom below. She pushed herself up in to a sitting position, coughing slightly as she reached the surface, lightly touching her forehead, "Haha, oww. I clunked my head. What a graceful, and lady-like thing to do, I'm sure.". Ebbeth, who watched with slight amusement as his rider was pushed, sent a wave crashing towards R'xis.
Consider it revenge on her behalf. He said with a nod, eyes whirling a green. He surveyed his rider for a second, making sure that she wasn't badly hurt or anything before snorting, Good thing she doesn't have a brain too damage
