"I just want to know because it seems odd to me that you would want it so badly. People don't eat raw meat infact animals do. So what do you have with you that you need to feed it to? A flitt perhaps?", he asked. He knew the ways of impressing a flitt and how to feed it, raw meat was required as it was apart of their diet. Even though it was apart of most any carnivorous animal's diet a flitt was one of the smaller things you could fit in such a small room. He didn't bother to move, it would just move her around which he didn't want to do and besides she would be asking for the raw meat soon enough.

Sorcha looked at him for a few moments then sighed. She should have known that the answer to the meat question would have been obvious enough, she supposed her fevery mind had just hidden it from her. She then nodded,"Yeah I need to make sure that I will be able to feed my flitt"

"As i thought. Seeing as how i don't see one flying around in here i presume you have an egg. You seem to be interested in eggs", he said to her sarcastically and plain at the same time. He stretched and leaned back a bit so he would be leaning against the wall with her head still in his lap, not wanting to jostle her to get up.

Sorcha giggled a little, "I just happen to have found one on my way to getting an egg from this weyr. Its not my fault it was laying there practically begging me to take it. 'Sides it gave me something to do when....Just gave me something to do." She turned a little and traced patterns on his knee trying to get control of her emotions again.

"Sounds to me that you are a regular theif", he said to her. He wouldn't press the matter of her broken sentence. It was something she obviously didn't want to think about. He watched her as she traced patterns on his knee. "Enjoying yourself?", he asked in a sarcastic yet dry tone.

She huffed, "I am not a thief. I just found it. No one was claiming it at all. And you can only steal something when it belongs to someone else." She shrugged and stopped a little embarrassed. She had always been one of the active children of the family always wanting to move and work. It was always a struggle to stay still so her hands always tried to find something to do.

"Isn't that what most theives say when they are caught. I never said I had anything against theives", he said to her. His comment seemed to embarrass her and make her stop, oh well. Though he had to admit he didn't mind, not even Dicer was above the normaly typical guy things such as infatuation, lust, and anything else that involved girls and guys that were typical. She seemed to appeal to him more thinking she was a theif for some reason too, perhaps because she wouldn't be like the rest of the do gooders of the world that sickened him.

She chuckled a little, "Nothing against theives? I suppose thats right considering you are helping me steal an egg from a dragon. I just hope that I can be there when the queen is gone and I have a good chance of getting away unscathed." She took a moment to think of what color she would steal if she could get in there at the right time and moment. She definately couldn't steal the queen egg if there was one because the Queen guarded that egg more than any other. She might get away with a bronze egg but it was said that bronzes Never attached themselves to female. Only a few girls had impressed a brown or blue. And of course there was green that females always got. She wondered if a green would be big enough for what she needed. It being the smallest might help with the feeding but....She sighed and her fingers absently went back to their tracing as she mused over what color would be the best to try for. She had already ruled out two...then again she just might only be able to get the one that was closest and not even have to worry about the color. She would be happy for any color but maybe she should aim for a brown. It still didn't sound right, maybe it was too big. Fine, she told her devil advocate of a mind, she would get blue or green, whichever was closer at the time.

"And as I have said. My help is not for free. Consider it you being in my debt", he said to her. With one of his hands he carrassed the back of her neck softly as she traced at his knees idly. The girl's previous statement seemed to contradict what she said before that about not being a theif. "You're timing will have to be of the utmost importance", he said to her continueing to stroke the back of her neck.

Sorcha shrugged deciding not to ask what exactly she would be able to do to help him. It's not like he could ever know what trouble he might get into. She didn't exactly see herself getting into this mess a year ago but here she was. In this tiny room on a bed plotting with this dark guy how to steal an egg that might possible end up killing her. Her eyes closed as he he started stroking her neck. She relaxed more and laid, letting the thoughts swim through her head. Hopefully when the time was right she would be able to do what she needed to do despite the fear. Yes there was fear that she might not make it because queens were reknown for their possessiveness of the eggs. They even had trouble getting Candidates near them and those were the people who were supposed to be there.
"Lets just hope I will have time." She was worried that the queen wouldn't leave the eggs. Worried that she wouldn't get her chance.

He felt her relax under his hand as he carrassed the back of her neck. He watched her as she thought to herself. "You will have time, but the timing has to be perfect and a good distraction should help you", Dicer said to her. With his hand he took her gently by the chin and so she could face him when he talked to her. Not only to make sure his words got through but just so he could see her face. He stroked the side of it gently with the back of his hand. Was Dicer falling for this girl, was he simply playing on her, or what? The actions of this dark character would confuse anyone, even himself.

Sorcha drew in a short breath as she stared into his penetrating green eyes. As he stroked her face she looked into his eyes. He was certainly confusing her mind and heart at this time if that was what he aimed for. Her mind screamed at her to look at him and acknowledge his dark and mean demeanor while her heart told her that he was, for some reason, irresistable.
She took another breath, a deeper one this time, and tried for light banter to take her mind off the track it was going on. One that she wasn't sure she didn't entirely want, "And are you going to be the one to provide that distraction?"

"Let's just say I have my ways and not only that there is a certain blue rider weyrling who seems to be itching to do something against me and perhaps he might just bust at that point in time and do something foolish enough to be a large enough distraction. Atleast that wimp could serve some purpose anyway", he said to her. He could tell she was starting to tense up by her actions, her deep breaths and what not. He knew she was attracted to him, apparently his mysterious look was going for him, though unintentional it was. He looked her in the eyes, beautiful blue eyes they were, was Dicer truely starting to fall for this girl? The answer to that question would be answered sometime or another.

Sorcha smiled, "You would start a fight and risk being thrown out? I suppose I will really owe you that favor then." She chuckled, "Perhaps it will be Me getting You in here and hidden." She shook her head and sighed. From laying in his lap so long she knew the thing concealed beneath his cloak had to be a knife or dagger and knew that the fight wouldn't be an idle threat to the weyrling. She wondered if she might be the reason the guy died. She shuddered not really liking that idea. She really wanted the egg but wasn't sure yet if she wanted someone to die for it, other than her stepmom, and she wasn't even sure she wanted her dead.

"No. That wherry head would start one with me. All I would have to do was press the right buttons at the right time is all. Besides that another beating might teach him a lesson on where his place is", Dicer said with a bit of a smirk to that comment. He knew K'dan's weaknesses as it was with anyone like Dicer knowing an opponent's weakness was key. "I wouldn't get thrown out either all it would be is more chores", he said to her. He allowed his hand to venture a little further down her neck and to her shoulders, going from her neck to her shoulders then back to her neck in a gentle carrassing manner.

Sorcha raised an eyebrow, "Another beating?" She noted the movement of his hands but said nothing enjoying the massage, every so often her eyes would close and a light smile touched her face. Sorcha loved having massages although technically this wasn't one, more of a carress. She gave a mental shrug, she didn't mind. He wasn't being mean to her and was acting like he liked her which made her happy for the moment. "What type of chores do you have to do here?"

"Yes like I said he is nothing but a mindless wherry. The fool started a fight with me. As far as the chores, what ever the Weyrwoman gives me to do. His hand went from her shoulders now to her back and then up to her neck again in a repeating manner. She seemed to be enjoying it as well, perhaps making her feel a bit better too.

"Ummmhmmm" She said responding to his words. She sighed and flipped over completely so that he could rub her back. She pillowed her head on her arms which where on his lap. She wasn't going to let him move yet without dislodging her from her spot. She stayed in that a few minutes then, "So who is the weyrwoman? What exactly is she like?" Sorcha, even though enjoying right now, like to at least pretend to stay on track with her mission. She wondered if she would get sidetracked in the time it took to raise the dragon. While she wondered her fingers traced little curly cues on his leg.

He gave a bit of a smirk when she flipped over, realizing what she wanted. "I'm guessing you want a back massage then", he said to her. He started from carrasing her neck to now massaging her back. Though a dark character who would seem to have this rough exterior he had a gentle, pleasing touch. He worked from her neck to her lower back then back up again, repeating this. "The Weyrwoman is a rather busy person but likes her weyr to be just perfect and anything that would shake that she would much rather throw out of her weyr. If you aren't some do gooder like the rest around here then you are automatically sent away basically. Unfortunante for her I am not stupid and won't be rid of so easily", he said to her as he continued to massage her.

Sorcha murmured positively when he asked about a massage then listened as he described the weyrwoman. It was much as she expected her to be. Most people in power fell into four categories in Sorcha's experience. You had the caring, everyone is part of a family one. The stern, everything is militaristic. The just and distant, but still loved and last was the tyrant everyone hated.
She absorbed the information for a few moments luxuriating in the massage then sighed, "I suppose I was right to not try to announce myself. That type of person the type of air they cultivate brings questions. I'd rather not have a whole weyr knowing about me."
