He cringed at the thought of having to work with Dicer, he sincerely hoped that Christae wouldn't make them work together. Knowing him he will try to kill me. He gave a sigh at the thought, but he would deal with it no matter if he had to work with Dicer or not. "Something tells me this Dicer fellow will be worse than Miya", he said with another sigh.

She scrutinized him for a moment and then said, "Good because you should not be disrespectful to your elders.". She walked in silence for a moment, contemplating what to say. "I don't know. The Weyr needs excitement, besides I like Miya. She may not like me, but I like her. Don't sak me to explain why because even I do not know the answer to that.".

"You like Miya? Why does that not suprise me? I think you would like a herdbeast that was trying to trample you, Akki", he said the last part with a smile. "Yeah I think the weyr might get interesting with him around. Perhaps a little too interesting though", he said.

Nike came running up to the two.
"What did I miss?" She was here for Dicer arriving, but had to go fix up a dragon, and now since that was done, she had to know what she had missed. She pulled the leather thong from her hair to let it out.
Zim was on her shoulder, Crystal was with Ruanth.

"Now you have something against herdbeasts?"Akki said, throwing her hands up in the air in mock disgust. "Besides, if it's trying to trample me I must have done something to provoke it. So it's my fault and not its." She said with a shrug. "It will. I need help keeping it interesting anyways." She said with a wink and a grin.

"Ugh. I am not saying that either. You love twisting my words around don't you", he said to Akki then looked over at Nike who came up to the two. "Akki and me went to ask Dicer his name because Akki forgot. He was in a tree and Akki called to him and he jumped down, when he did his cloak fell off and revealed he had a blade on him. As he landed I saw his hand go towards the knife and I thought the worst and acted before thinking, so we had gotten in a fight, if you can't already tell that by looking at me", he said to her. He was so ashamed of the incident he couldn't even look at Nike, fearing she may think the worst of him now.

"I do actually." She said simply. "Oh, hullo Nike." Akki said, smiling gleefully as her friend came into view. "K'dan basically explained what happened. My version is better though. In it he fights off a dragon." She said to her, winking happily.

"You got in a fight? Just to save Akki?" Nike asked her eyes wide.
"I find that very brave. I don't know why anyone would like to save Akki, but hey, it was still brave,"
she said with a proud smile.
"Now, as a Healer, I have to make sure you are okay. Does anything hurt?" She asked with a smile on her face.

"Yes I don't know why I did it myself. I mean because she keeps turning my words around on me", he said to her but looked at Akki and stuck his tongue out. He turned his eyes towards Nike and said to her with a half smile, "Where doesn't it hurt is the question". To look at him you would see many cuts and bruises though by now the bleeding had stopped. He ran his hand through his hair to try and straighten it up a little.

Nike rolled her eyes.
"Fine," She said grabing K'dan's wrist and pulled him towards the Lower caverens.
"I'm going to look you over, then tend to your cuts," The white rider said with a smile.
((I have a plot, thing, but I doubt it wouldn't go over well with the Weyr.))

Akki left her mouth hanging open and said, "That was uncalled for Nike. I'm sure you would save me. Right?.". She rolled her eyes as K'dan tried to clean himself up a bit before saying, "You're hair probably doesn't hurt. Or your toes. There's places that don't hurt.".

K'dan gave a suprised look then winced in pain as Nike grabbed his wrist. He looked worriedly at Akki and grabbed her hand as Nike drug him off. "You can't leave me alone with her", he pleaded with her then continued, "Afterall I walked with you so you wouldn't be alone". Sharan flew around the three, chirping worriedly at his bonded.
(oh boy. Nike and her plots. I can only imagine what this one intails. speaking of which i remember that i have a plot of my own i thought of way back when.)

Nike grinned back at Akki.
"Well it depends on what I had to save you from," She said with a laugh.
"But I know you would all risk your lives to save me. No one would like to see such an amazing Master healer, who is also a white rider die. Plus, I don't think you want to hear the death keen of the dragons for Ruanth's and my own death."
Turning back to K'dan, Nike rolled her eyes.
"I don't think Akki would like to see you half-naked, and getting fixed up. Plus, I'm not that bad," She said pulling the three into the Caverens.

Akki followed and said, "I could do without the naked part, no offence K'dan. I like people, but with clothes. But he did walk with me so I didn't have to be alone so it's only fair.". She thought for a moment and said, "Would you save me from a group of herdbeast's trying to trample me down?". "Besides, I'm sure the death keen for Ebbeth and I would be massive." She said before adding, "No. It really wouldn't be would it? At least not for Ebbeth, no one likes him.". She grinned as Ebbeth voiced his protests to her, saying that he's more liked than her.

Now he regretted asking Akki to come along and telling Nike what happened in the first place. He blushed at the thought of being without clothes infront of them, Nike especially. Hydrath gave a big dragonic laugh at his mine.

Nike turned to K'dan.
"You will still have your under pants on. Gosh K'dan! It's not like you are having surgery. If you were, then I would see you fully naked," She said pulling him into the infirmary. "Calm down or I'll get Ruanth to call firelizards to attack you and your wounds will be worse."
She smiled as she turned her face from him.
Ruanth joined in with Hydrath and h is laughter.

K'dan slapped his forehead and thought to himself, why me? "You wouldn't really do that would you?", he asked her, responding to the firelizard comment. He knew she was probably just joking but he wouldn't put it over her. He gave a bit of a sigh of relief, still not liking the idea fully but atleast he would have something on. Now he would just have to make sure he didn't have to have any surgery.

Nike pushed him into a cot, then walked over to the shelves to gather the things she needed.
"Mabey," She said putting the things in her arms.
"Now take off your shirt and pants," She said turned around and walking to a table and placing the things on a tray.
"Or I will call apon my firelizard friends," The Healer added with a smile as she sat down on the cot next to him, the tray next to her.

K'dan took off his shirt with a cringe and flung it on the cot. He slipped out of his pants and sat back on the cot. This is just plain embarrising. How do I get myself in these things? AS one could see, he had changed some since he first arrived. His once skinny, scruffy frame was now filled out with muscle. Though there wasn't much, he had some chest hair. The past couple of turns at the weyr had caused him to change. But as you could plainly tell he was covered with bruises and cuts and underneath his clothes he had been bleeding some, though now the blood was dried and the bleeding had stopped. He gritted his teeth. Dicer had really done him in, he had won their fight and it was more obvious to him now. Sharan sat on the cot next to him and gave out another chirp.

Nike smiled at K'dan.
"There, it's not that bad now is it?" She asked as she started to clean his wounds.
As she did so, her hands lingered on him longer than that was needed.
Ruanth snorted. You don't think that he won't notice?
I don't know, and I think you should keep your mouth shut.
Why? I know how you feel, and I'm the only one who could really understand how you feel. I do know.

Nike smiled then looked up at K'dan.
"Just tell me if I am hurting you," She said.
