If the new shoutmix box doesn't work for you please let us know! One of the reasons why we are trying a new one is because chatango isn't working for everyone and we hate to exclude any of our members

After looking around the shoutmix site....i dunno xD I mean if we cant use chatango can we just go back to the regular c-box?

C-box was worse than the shoutmix to deal with and it doesn't auto refresh unless you pay to have service.
It seems like everyone can now use chatango though.
