Odd how often it works though and how genuine his words can be", he said with a hearty laugh. Elith awoke and said sleepily. Mine what is so funny? Are you talking to someone? ~I am here in the lower caverns with Akki. She is a very interesting girl~, he said to his dragon. The dragon nodded and shifted a bit, trying not to disturb his green mate.

"I am sure you have grown a great deal, just some grow faster than others and people grow differently. Akki sighed, waggled her finger and replied with a grin however, "R'dal, I don't understand logic or anything that involves me thinking so you better save yourself the time.". "He's persistent then?" Akki asked about L'sod. "Ask anyone here, I have not grown. I suppose that's okay for now though, because then I can do everything I want to do before I grow old." She said smiling even wider.

He gave a laugh to her words. He then smiled at her question, knowing it was meant about L'sod. "Yes he can be", he said to her. "I am sure you have grown some, often we don't see the changes in ourselves yet others will. I am sure there are some things that have changed sinced you impressed Ebbeth", he responded to what she said.

"Nira? She is a nice woman. Very kind and loving. Elith couldn't have picked a better mate. Nira has made me very happy and has brought great joy to my life and I hope she thinks the same. I feel very lucky to have such a beautiful and kindhearted weyrmate", he replied to her. "And no I didn't mind", he continued.

She laughed and said, "I think I noticed that you didn't mind when you answered me.". "Nira is a great friend of mine, and if you do anything to hurt her, even though I know you won't, you'll be missing a toe." Akki said with a wink as Sargon cherped an agreement to her statement.

She still had no idea what to write, and she knew she would continue procrastinating, however that didn't really bother her. Surely if K'iah wanted to talk to her, he would have found her somehow. "I'm glad she's found someone." Akki replied, truthfully.

"It's alright to be protective of your friend, I understand", he said to her. He looked at her for a moment then asked, "If you don't mind. Do you have a weyrmate or perhaps a guy you are interested in?" Why not ask? She did infact ask many questions about him, including feelings and his weyrmate Nira. He thought it justified to ask her the same. If she didn't want to answer then that would be fine, but he was curious anyway.

"I do not have a weyrmate and there was someone but he has gone now. He was a great friend to me, he actually understood me, except he has gone and now I must move on before I get stuck in the past for any longer." She replied, remembering R'dan.

He nodded and listened to her. "Well better to have loved and lost than to never loved at all right? Some would agree to that others wouldn't. I guess it depends on how you look at it. He sounded like a nice guy. Too bad he is gone now but you are right. If he is truely gone it's time to move on. That's what people do", he said to her. "So is there anyone you are interested in now? Or no?", he asked her. He was curious to learn about her. If she wanted she could ask about his past relationships but really he only had one, his current one with Nira. One that would last forever. To have loved once and it be the person you could spend forever with, R'dal could be considered a hopeless romantic. Kind and gentle at heart, R'dal was a sensitive man. Even if his appearance might say otherwise.

"R'dal, you may be too intelligent for your own good. One day something will come up where there will be no time to think at all, and I can only hope that you will be ready." Akki laughed. She thought about it and said, "I don't think there is. The people here are my friends and family, and I think that may be all I can ever think of them as. Maybe one day I'll find someone but until then, I am content with Ebbeth to be there for me. Besides, Ebbeth knows me better than anyone else so it works out well.".

Also, if I think something out then I will see all the flaws and not do it, only to regret it later on." She said with a shrug, something she did alot. She shook her head to clear it of its thoughts and replied, "There's a possibility I suppose. But you won't see me holding my breath. I'm happy with my life right now, I'm not going to be waiting for a change.".

"Well I am sure there are vast differences between you and this Jakel", he said to her. "Well atleast you know there is the possibilty but you're right it would be foolish to wait around for change. She grimaced and replied, "If I have change anything it would end up disastrous. I make too many mistakes, which is okay with me actually, because normally I can fix them.". "The only thing I can change is whether or not I shall visit some place or write to someone I suppose.". "Who have you met in all so far, other than Miya and Nike, I mean." She asked, curious. She decided right then and there that she liked R'dal.
