The sunlight was so comforting, wishing she had gotten more time to simply stand there and admire Pern's sky. The dirt up on her was more visible in the daylight, it increasing her embarrassment.
Wolf nodded slowly each time before getting pulled along. She looked to the bathing-area, her thankfulness showing from her expression. She headed-in, glad to be away from the infirmary. "Thanks Jakel," she called after him. She seemed to watch him walk-off ponderously, wondering how some people could be so amazing and others just... not. She took in a deep breath, letting it out before racing in the bathing room (not one to waste time.) The girl looked this way and that to make sure no one was already there or about to come-in.
After having stripped herself of clothing she got-in and ran the water to a warm temperature. "Man, I've been wanting to do this for such a sharding long time," she said to herself aloud. She filled up the bath, soon cringing in disgust as she let the dirt drain out, refilling it with cleaner water. She then took some of the sweet sand and scrubbed her skin good, watching as more dirt seemed to cloud the water surrounding her. "Ewww..." she grumbled. Finally one could see her pale skin, the blond hairs on her arms visible. She washed out her hair thoroughly, watching as some sand was now making its way to the bottom of the tub. Once again, as formerly, she emptied the dirty water and re-filled it almost as quickly. Oh, the glorious feeling of being clean, my how good it felt. She had nearly scrubbed her skin-off in attempt to be as clean as possible. The girl had soon confirmed that no more dirt could possibly be hidden anywhere on her.

Dicer was in the lounging area. A place he was rarely caught at but then again Dicer was never the one to stay in one place permanently as he was always eventually found and bugged. He had a book in one hand, reading was something he liked to do. Dicer was smart and loved to read books, to him he was gaining knowledge, that seemed somewhat of a hobby of his. He went by the old saying, knowledge is power. No one was in to bother him, which he preffered. He didn't want someone in his face about something, not today not anyday.

Jakel ran to the girl's side of the barracks. He saw one girl candidate (npc) sitting on her bed. "Do you think I can have a set of girl clothes?" He asked, not realizing how strange that sounded.
"What would you need girl clothes for?" She asked curiously, glaring at him.
He then rubbed his shaggy hair. "Oh. Well there is this new girl candidate and she needs a pair of clothes. She is bathing right now so I came to get clothes for her." Jakel explained.
The girl got up and rustled through some trunks. She then walked back, holding a ball of clothing, all wrapped in a top so that he couldn't see the clothing beneath. "That has everything she will need. Go give that to her, and keep your eyes where they belong." The girl explained.
Jakel blushed, understanding what she meant. "Thanks." He added as he ran back to the bathing pools. He slipped his hand in, keeping his eyes closed even though he couldn't see even if his eyes were open. He made sure the ground was dry and placed the clothes in a bundle before completely getting out. "The girl that gave me those said that that will have everything you need." Jakel explained, calling from where he was. Outside the bathing pools he sat on the ground, his back against the wall waiting for her.

(( *Has the book Dragonflight and has read it.* xD ))
Wolf waited until the clothes had been set up on the ground, feeling a blush rise to her cheeks at the mentioning of there being 'everything' she needs. "Thanks," she chuckled, getting out as she took the clothes, examining them before dressing. Finally comfortable, finding the clothes to be enough to her liking, she came out. Her gaze immediately went to Jakel, smirking shyly. "Thanks, again." She looked down at him, wondering what would become of now... Did they go there separate ways? In a way, she hoped not. She crossed her arms, soon uncrossing them to let them hang limply at her sides. She then shuffled her feet, quite an easily nervous as well as restless girl.
Jakel made her feel comfortable in the sense that he was a fine-mannered as well as respectable boy that seemed to bare energy like she did, although at times Wolf would exert herself when she was on a high. Often, when on a high, her lows would be severe. Fortunately she had not yet experienced either an unsettling high or low.

Jakel laughed. "No problem." He said simply and stood up, brushing off his backside. He noticed she kept moving her arms and feet. "Is everything ok?" He asked, wondering if she had done more than was supposed to after the surgery, or whatever they had done to her.

"Mm, yeah... thanks." She looked this way and that, seeming to be figuring out where the boys candidate barracks was and the girls candidate barracks. She shrugged her shoulders, knowing she'd likely be brought there sooner or later. "So... where do you stay?" she asked him curiously, not wanting to seem peculiar by asking to be shown around the Weyr so soon. 'The chances of Roxis being here are really unlikely although maybe... just maybe...' She knew dwelling up on the situation would do her no good so instead she tried to focus all the more up on Jakel.

Jakel laughed. "I suppose you would like to know where everything is, on account you will be living here, huh?" He stood up and grabbed her hand, pulling her, once again, down the hallway. He walked to the area that was between the two barracks. He then turned. "This is the boy barracks." He said, motioning toward the entrance. He would bring her in but he didn't know who was inside.
Jakel turned and walked the other way. "This is the girl barracks, and where you will be staying." Jakel explained, motioning toward the door.

Wolf smirked, seeming embarrassed enough, though she hadn't received a reply from him. Once having been grabbed by the hand once more, and led, she gave an innocent look as they stopped at the boys barracks. "O-oh, your here... I'm guessing," she stuttered, pausing in the middle of her sentence out of obvious nervousness.
Wolf there after came to the girls barracks, nodding slowly, "cool enough. Thanks," she chuckled, entering. She looked to the right and then to the left as to see if she spotted any one. Nope, all clear. "So... coming in?" she then asked, shrugging her shoulders lightly. She didn't feel like being alone... 'Wait, can I take any bed I want?' she then thought to herself, eager to get back in there and see which beds weren't already taken.

Dicer heard some noise nearby. One voice sounded familiar, he soon matched it to the boy he met when he first came. Jakel, yes he knew of him. Dicer knew alot of people at the weyr and knew about them. He found the boy to be annoying like the others. He hoped no one would come in and bug him, he was caught up in a good book and did not want to be disturbed. He would just have to leave if someone came in and annoyed him. He turned his back to the entrance as he sat in the chair, atleast if someone came in they probably wouldn't notice him so quickly.

"Yep. That is where I sleep." Jakel replied, realizing that she had asked a question that he hadn't answered. "Unfortuantly, so does Decir." He burst out laughing. "I can go in if you invite me." Jakel explained, and taking that as an invitation he led her in. "I suppose you can take any one that isn't taken. There weren't any male candidates when I came so I took the one I wanted. I suppose you can take one that doesn't have anything near it." Jakel shrugged, not really sure.

Wolf smiled, choosing a top bunk on the left side of the Girls barracks, folding her dirty clothes as she placed them beneath the bottom bunk. "So then... Admin's Note:[/hr]" not knowing who had occupied the bottom bunk, although she sat down. She knew it must've been uncomfortable for him, being a guy... in the girls barracks. She herself had always hated uncomfortable situations and did her best to avoid them.
"Is there like a beach or anything of the sort near by plus... who's this Dicer? It seems like the two of you don't get along from how you talk about him, huh?" she asked, eyes lighting-up just at the mere thought of there being the possibility of a near by beach. She wasn't a huge fan of swimming, though she enjoyed it, more a fan of the scenery. She hadn't meant to be prying when having asked about Dicer, she simply was curious, though often she wasn't so outward in asking. She figured he wouldn't mind answering the question considering he brought the guy up a couple times already.

"Well, Decir is a candidate who no one really likes or gets along with." Jakel laughed. "We can see if he is in the male candidate barracks but I doubt you want to. There isn't a beach but there is a lake. You want to go there?" Jakel asked.

(( OOC| I would agree to role playing with Dicer but dragonic isn't going to be on for a bit (as every one knows...) D= ))
Wolf figured that if other's didn't like him he couldn't have been some one worth meeting. She sighed, disappointed that there wasn't a beach around here. "Yeah, sure, that'll suffice" Wolf replied to Jakel. A lake was the closest thing to the ocean around here, from what she knew, so it was the most likely place Roxis would be if any. She looked down at her feet, seeming to fall in to another daydream... (Daydream mode...) "Why do you always hang around here Roxis?" the small girl asked, sitting next to her brother up on the warm sands, turning every once and awhile to admire the waves as well as the setting sunset. "Its the only thing that keeps me feeling alive...other then you..." the boy replied with a smirk, a few moments passing-by before he grabbed her hand. "This is my favorite place," the younger Wolf smiled, used to coming here each and every day with the older boy.

"Hello?" Jakel laughed, waving his hand in her face as he noticed she drifted off.
"I have an idea. I will see if I can arrange a candidate gathering at the lake tomorrow, ok?" He asked her and yawned. He was exauhsted.

Wolf looked up, "what?" she questioned. She then chuckled to herself, putting both arms behind her head as she added, "sorry."
She listened to what he had to say, although did her best to hide her own wants. "Yeah, that's fine." She could see he was tired, he'd done a lot for her today by showing her around a bit and keeping her company. 'I want to go 'now',' she thought to herself. All she could seem to think about was Roxis being there and then having decided to leave because she hadn't showed-up...

"What are you thinking about?" He asked curiously. He noticed that she kept losing focus. "Come on, you can tell me." He said, emphasizing the word me. He put on a big smiled and stuck his thumbs in his chest.

She, having stood up, sat back down up on the bottom bunk. "I don't know... a lot of things I guess..." she told him, it having been the truth... somewhat. "There's no need to worry," she paused, "or anything." She took in a deep breath, letting it out coolly. She didn't know if she should tell him, about her past, about her brother. Shouldn't she just seize this opportunity at having a clean slate? No one here knew her so there wasn't anything personal she should feel obligated to tell any of them...

Jakel sat next to Wolf and put his arm around her. "Fine, be that way." He laughed and almost fell off the bed. "That happens to much. One of these days I am going to fall off and land flat on my face." Jakel laughed then sighed. "I can't wait for the hatching." He added randomly.

Wolf seemed to tense some as his arm went around her, feeling her face redden some. She then began to laugh as the boy nearly fell off the bed, adoring the subject he there after started-up.
"I can't wait either you know... It'll be the best day of my life." Her second sentence was said more softly, as if she was actually imagining what it was going to be like (which she was). In reality, she had no clue what it was going to be like, she'd never actually attended a hatching before. "It'll be great, that's all I know," she smirked.

"Shard and shells. If you don't think it will be the best day in your life then you are a wherry-head." He laughed. "I mean, just by what I hear, nothing can be better. Knowing that there is always someone there for you. I don't know how someone could not be excited or how someone could dread it." Jakel sighed. "Someone who will always love you, and could never hate you."
