Mneith swam out further offshore. Dolpins appeared, excited to see so many dragons in the water.
Rhia looked at Christae. "Are you gonna open the box I gave you?"

Sh'iron rolled his eyes then smacked his hand to his forehead. Why did his dragon have to be cocky?
Well he was a bronze, but still!

Nike listened to D'ran. "Oh." She said simply. "I loved Southern Boll, I just didn't like the people. Well Paroo, my one foster-sister was nice. Same with Nakum. He was cool." The healer said more to herself than her friends.
Ruanth made some room for Aureth. She snuggled close to the two. The white could barely move. Hydrath was on her one side, and Aureth on the other. Well it was nice and warm.

D'ran looked at Nike.
"Well, I hope you have more friends now," he said.
Aureth put his head down next to Ruanth and closed his eyes.
He fell asleep but just for a quick nap.

Nike grinned.
"Yeah I do. And they are all riders! Two are the Weyrleaders. Two are Wingleaders. Two are Wingseconds.
Three are blue riders. Two are green riders, and one of the blue riders is a Harper!" Nike said counting off all the people on her fingers. The Healer looked at D'ran and gave him a wink.
Ruanth let out a small sigh then fell asleep. Not too light, or too deep. Just right.

K'dan gave a sigh. He hadn't made too many friends since he came here but he reassured himself that it was just because Nike was here longer than him and had more time to make friends.

D'ran grinned when he was mentioned.
"I have made many friends too but I don't think as many as you. Unfortunatly, at least two of them are love drunk," he said in a joking way.
The Harper pointed to Akki and Kia with a grin.

Nike grinned at Kia and Akki. "Well Ebbeth will never mate. Well mabey when T'ran's green Kalaryth mates..."
She trailed off, thinking about the pair. An odd pair. Akki was outgoing and talkitive. While T'ran, he was quite and timid.
But once you got to know T'ran(or got him drunk) he was very friendly.

Christae laughed at Sh'iron and their dragons. She was happy. She had worked hard to keep the weyr going alone for so long. Sure, the other riders had helped, but now that Sh'iron was there to help her things weren't as bad. She looked up at Rhia and smiled.
"I had forgotten." She picked up the small box and carefully opened it. Inside was a pendant with a small gold dragon rearing up. It was attached to a strong chain. "Thank you Rhia." She told the brownrider, touched. "I am suprised you remembered that it was my birthingday."

Myranenth droped his jaw in a dragonic grin. Nope. I know you can't stand being away from my side. You love having my wing over you, and my neck twined with your's! The bronze said.
Do you have to be so cocky? Sh'iron asked rolling his eyed.
The bronze turned a large eye at his rider.
We are a good pair. I look good with her, and she looks good with me. We were meant to be togeather!
Sh'iron rolled his eyes again then turned to Christae.
"Your gift is in our weyr. I didn't want to get it wet." He said with a yawn.

The brown dragon flicked some water towards his rider.
“You are unkind, Akki,” R’dan said when Akki told Kia that she was alone. He wasn’t completely serious for he grinned slightly. “Kia, you can be my sister and I your brother that way neither of us are alone.”

Kylath swam next to Ebbeth and tried to make several waves to splash Kia but they died down before they reached her.
Kia gave a laugh.
"Ok, so I am your sister, R'dan but then the other half of me is Akki's? I am confused," she said with a smile before she was completely soaked.
Tokagae, who had flown up this time, chirped happily at his bonded.
"Why I oughtta-" she said shaking her fist at Ebbeth but with a smile.

She dove in after her friend to try and catch Ebbeth.

The wave's simply covered Miya's feet, but Reinath was laying at Miya's feet and she got soaked.
Stop that!!! The queen bellowed at the others.
~Calm down, Reinath. You are too order the dragons.
You aren't even considered the Jr. Queen yet.~ Miya told her queen as she lay under the sun.
Well that will change soon. I will become large and I will be in charge. Reinath said smugly, raising her head up high.
