When Rayn looked over at K'dan... he wasn't there. Had she just heard a 'Gah' Admin's Note:
She looked around a bit, but then heard gurgles, like someone underwater.
Realization clicked and Rayn vaulted over Llanwreth's back, landing with a splash by K'dan. She reached into the water and brought the bluerider struggling to the surface. "Are you alright? Don't scare me like that!!"
She gave him some pats on the back to help him get some air into his lungs.

When K'dan was plucked from the water, he flinched. Yup, she'd kill him before he got to do it himself. "Please don't kill me, I didn't mean to see them!", K'dan held his hands between the two of them and closed his eyes shut. He could only hope it would be quick and painless.
But...nothing? He was still alive. "What?", he looked at her with wide eyes. No killing? No death? She was making sure he was alright? "Oh, oh. I'm...fine?", K'dan questioned. Atleast he was for now. Oh dear, this just wasn't his day. It was filled with too much awkwardness for K'dan to handle properly. It was so hard to stay gentlemanly sometimes.

Rayn's face turned almost the exact color of her hair. So he had seen!!
I am so going to kill you Llanwreth!!!
No you won't. You love me to much.
Rayn's face made a comical twist as she knew her dragon was right... but... I may not kill you, but it doesn't mean I'll clean you every other day!! I will not bathe you for a whole 5 DAYS!!!
Now mine! B-be reasonable! I'll get so dirty!!
Rayn refused to answer, but knew that she would probably give in around the third day or so. She plastered a smile onto her face and patted K'dan's back a bit more. "It wasn't your fault you saw my... jiggly-bits. So I forgive you. And I'm glad your all right. Be more careful."

Now she was patting him on the back as well. K'dan found affection from females, especially the physical kind, quite awkward. Especially after having seen her...jiggly bits. If it had been any other guy, they'd probably be too thrilled or...yeah. Not K'dan, he'd get too embarrassed and shy. He was a very oddly reserved individual.
He looked back over at Rayn, doing his best not to lower his eyesight at her chest. That would just make it worse. It was such a subconscious thing to do though. He closed his eyes shut hard, then opened them again. "Phew", K'dan let out a very relieved sigh, though still was red at the term jiggly bits. He really didn't mean to see her like that.
"Right. More careful", K'dan said as he winced. That was an image that was thoroughly sketched in his mind now, though. This would just make things with her more awkward than they already were. "Um. So back to washing your dragon", K'dan said as he bit his lip and turned his attention to the brown dragon before him. Someone kill him now please. Maybe he really did want Rayn to kill him.

Faine blushed slightly and cast her gaze down at the ground.
Shards. The boy seemed to remember their first meeting. Well that was sure embarrassing. Ah, well – she better go and get it out in the open. Otherwise D’car would make assumptions of his own and who knew what the boy already was thinking about her.
“I grab things without noticing. It’s why the cooks don’t like me in the kitchens – I have the tendency to grab some of their plates and mugs.” Faine confessed in a rush, her words slurring together slightly making it sound like it was one giant sentence. “I don’t mean to do it but my hands move on their own.”

D'car watched as Faine glanced at the ground. She was blushing? He'd been staring at her chest for atleast half the conversation and she had no such reaction. Yet she blushed now, for seemingly no good reason? D'car had to wonder about that girl and how she prioritized things.
"So you're a thief without realizing it", D'car stated as he continued to wash his brown. Now he understood their first encounter with greater clarity. Maybe that also helped explain a couple other things. Like how she had no problem flashing her jiggly bits to show off her scar. D'car's words had no spite or anger in them. Infact, the tone was just as emotionless as the look on D'car's face. The boy had learned how to drain all emotion from his tones and reactions. Sometimes he didn't actively respond that way though.
The boy seemed to have two settings right now, disdain or emotionless. Too bad neither of them were really good qualities. "Sounds to me like you just need to keep your hands occupied more often", D'car suggested. Well if he was going to make conversation with this girl, he might as well have some input. Even if the answer was rather bland. Still, knowing Faine, he could have bitten off more than he could chew with that simple statement.

Rayn smiled. "Yes, back to cleaning my dragon. We should make him extra clean, because I'm not washing him for a good few days. If he wants to get clean he'll have to wash himself." She gave her dragon a meaningful glare and then went back to cleaning him.
"Besides timing it, how are things? Has anything new happened? We haven't really talked."
((sorry, failpost))

K'dan blushed, knowing why her dragon would not be washed for a few days. Because he got a look at her knockers. K'dan blinked, trying to get the thought out of his mind. Nope, her knockers were still there. K'dan would beat the side of his head, but that'd just be weird in public. He decided to act normal. Yeah, that'd work.
K'dan looked over at her, making sure to train his eyes to her face. Timing...not a subject he wanted to talk about. Not a word he wanted to hear either. He winced slightly, thinking of his dragon's coloring and how fatigued his dragon was. Not a pleasant experience.
"Um, yeah. Things are fine. Going good", he lied. Truth was, he was worried about this new ability dragons had. It was nearly the death of his dragon, or so K'dan thought. But he couldn't help but smile when Rayn said they hadn't talked lately. Had it really been so long? Wait. She actually liked talking to him? K'dan blushed slightly again. Girls liking him wasn't a concept he would understand. After all, there was only...Nike? That was like the one girl he really liked...and then stuff happened. Not a good example to go by.
"So what about you? Anything new?", K'dan changed the direction of the conversation to Rayn. He wanted the focus off of him and hoped he'd get his mind off of certain things he was thinking about. Things that would either make him sad or make him blush. Unfortunantly for K'dan, many subjects had either effect on him.

Rayn looked at him with a slight cock to her head. "Somehow, I don't quite believe you... but I won't press. I'm a listener, not a interrogator. Though, to be a good listener, sometimes you do have to ask questions."
Rayn shrugged and scrubbed at Llanwreth's wing. "New... new... WHat's new with me... Well... since I got Mint.... which you were there for.... I guess flying lessons. We're doing pretty good I think. But then, flying is kind of second nature to dragons."
Rayn bit her lip... she was faltering for a topic. Why did she feel at ease talking to K'dan, yet conversation was always hard to drive foreward? Admin's Note:
Perhaps she'd never know.
