Faine almost screamed, stifling it at the last minute, as a blue hatching burst from his egg. They were hatching! And no one was ready. No one was in their candidate robes and no one was prepared. She threw a desperate look at Rhia, trying to catch the words that flew from the womens mouth. No time to change into the robes, gotcha. She didn’t even have time to gently touch the eggs in front of her and quickly bowed to Kaith, nervous.
This hatching was happening so suddenly that it seemed no one was really prepared. Faine stared at the eggs as dragons burst from the shells, searching for their mines. Was this really it? Could this be her time to Impress?
----
Khael had traveled to Dark Moon for one reason and one reason only, to meet the new Master Healer of the Weyr. He thought it would be the polite thing to do since Caspian Hold tithed to Dark Moon. He had arrived a day before but still had not met Ragule – instead spending his time chatting to some of the drudges and various other people. He was truly enjoyed his time here – It was so lively compared to Caspian! Almost like an entirely different world.
When the deep humming of the dragons reached his ears, he knew. Oh, how he knew! The transfer clutch on the sands were hatching right now, the dragons humming was a greeting to the newly hatched. He practically ran to the stands, wanting to catch every minute of this. He could record it; memorize it, everything and anything. This hatching was an ideal opportunity to see what was possible. As a Journeyman Healer he wanted to be prepared for a clutch if he ever was needed for one. Maulings were often frequent and experience as such as this was quite the golden opportunity.
Plus he noted, rather happily, that no bronzes were hatched so far. He couldn’t help it of course, Khael held a slight bitter attitude to the haughty dragons and their riders.

Ooc|| Lee asked me to type up a quick post for him. So I’ll try my best to do so (Under certain tipsy circumstances) but let it be known he owes me one, hurr
Dicar was also traveling late to the Candidate lesson. He had been content with staying in the barracks by himself when it dawned on him that the lessons were in fact happening today. Oh shards! How could he have forgotten? He felt as silly as the other candidates and he could not allow that. In his mind, he was better than the typical candidate. He was worthy of Impressing a mighty dragon and in order to do so he must attend the necessary lessons.
He walked swiftly to the hatching cavern. Running was unlike him; if he bolted it would immediately inform everyone that he was late. He could not permit that. Of course, when he arrived at the hatching cavern dragons were cracking through their egg containers. What? This was a lesson not the actual hatching! Could Dicar really have been late for the hatching of the Istan clutch? The thought was completely unfathomable.
Unfathomable but true it seemed. There was no time to waste. He entered the cavern and quickly bowed to the Senior Queen as he took a spot away from the other candidates. He didn’t want to waste time with them when there were new dragons afoot. Especially when one of them could be his new dragon.

Rhia had sent a drudge for her own medical kit. She had been training as a runner healer back before the plague had struck her home and killed her family. Once she reached the Weyr and Impressed Mneith, she and Christae learned about dragon healing. It was only fitting, especially since Rhia was WLM and many of her charges came back with small nicks and cuts, or, like Rodhaketh's wing, torn membrane. She would leave the human Healing to their new Master Healer. She hadn't had the time to meet him but she could see his shoulder knots. She waved a greeting to him as she went to Dh'nen's side.
"Easy now, you're doing fine." She encouraged. "Keep feeding him. I need to clean that tear in his membrane and see if it needs stitching. A torn membrane can cause trouble in the air. What's his name lad?"
~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
Christae wasn't at all upset about the fact that a bronze hadn't hatched first. None of the eggs really looked large enough to hold a bronze. Ista hadn't sent the largest eggs. They would have been harder to transport, and besides, Dark Moon didn't really need bronzes at the moment, they needed colors like this beautiful little blue and the brown and two greens that followed in quick succession. She saw that the blue had been injured and started twoards him. She stopped briefly to talk to Ragule.
"Chiron's head is healing well, thanks to you. I am a Dragon Healer, as all Weyrwomen are, but I don't think I could have handled stitching my own child's head. It seems as if both our expertise will be needed this day. The blue tore his wing and the brown's egg cut that lad. I'm going to see if Rhia needs help with the wing. Do you wish to meet her?"
[Kyaa, I love her Hawk xD when I was scrolling up the page I saw the impression, then when I was reading descriptions I was worried (minorly) that she'd get the sassy one. Then I saw that she did not. Vessayith is such a lovely balance to her personality <3 So cute, too.]
Vaelryn looked around to the different eggs as each of them burst apart. A brown was on the sands, as well as two greens now. It was a bit overwhelming, in a way, because he wasn't sure at all where he should look! The vintyr had never heard much about hatchings before he came to the Weyr so he hadn't known what to expect, all the action around him was a good amount of confusing. Out of the corner of his eye he caught sight of Dicar, and when the boy stepped over to stand with he and the other male candidates Vaelryn flashed him a friendly and encouraging smile and threw him a quick wave. Then he looked back to the eggs. Vaelryn supposed that was the best place to look; maybe he'd be able to keep up with which dragon was hatching when. but only briefly enough to see which - - -
Tanwen shifted her gaze to each egg as it burst open, watching the brown dragonet wander for a moment before looking towards the eggs, and then towards the two that were breaking apart, back towards where she'd been standing before the hatching had begun. Two greens, practically at the same time, both very healthy looking. Sure, the two greens and the blue weren't, as some people would say, "great" colors for signs of how the clutch would do, but they were healthy. In Tanwen's opinion, that's what really mattered.
Her thoughts had brought her eyes to wander back towards the unhatched eggs, and so when another mind suddenly flooded into her own it caught her - as it probably did to everyone who impressed - rather off guard.
Tanwen, your Vessayith is a little upset that you ran from her. I had to chase you all the way across the cavern. I'm hungry now. Will you feed me?
Tanwen stared at the green sitting nearby with a torrent of rainbow in her eyes. Her mind was buzzing with the new voice in her head and all the emotions that weren't hers, but she could almost hardly believe that the dragon was truly staring at her. Part of her, after being left at the last hatching, had probably expected the same to happen this time around.
You didn't think I would leave you here on the sands did you? I have been waiting for you for a long time Tanwen.
The question snapped Tanwen out of the mild shock she'd gone into, and she stepped quickly towards the green. Not you, Vessayith! she assured the dragon, surprised by how easily the mental speech came now that she'd impressed. I was left standing last time, so I had to hope it wouldn't happen today. Of course now I can see why I had to be left at that one.
I wasn't there.
Exactly right. Tanwen said, running her fingers gently over Vessayith's head and knobs. Her stomach twisted a bit, even moreso than just because she had never grabbed any of the food offered earlier, and she noticed the rainbow now gone from the green's eyes. You're hungry. She said, quickly looking around the cavern for where Rhia was standing.
I am! Vessayith said, bouncing a bit on her feet. Are you going to feed me now, Mine? Tanwen nodded and nudged behind Vessayith's knobs to lead her towards Rhia. Great! The green happily followed her. I could eat everything there! I'm soooo hungry.
Tanwen rolled her eyes a bit in her usual gesture, but there was a distinct difference this time around. She had a large smile spread across her face, even more-so than she did when she hung around with Z'ayr, and he'd been the only one able to make her smile for quite some time now. I think I'll have to make sure you don't, she said.
Despite Rodhaketh's continuing words of 'more, more, I'm hungry', Dh'nen kept the meat coming slow, waiting until each piece had been chewed and swallowed before he offered another. The blue's injured wing was kept tucked close, though the movement had dislodged some of the congealed ooze, and a bit of the mucus-like fluid had started seeping out over the bones in his wing. Dh'nen kept him close, his eyes were only for the blue before him. Rhia's words drew him out of his reverie briefly, and he stared, as if just waking up.
"Rodhaketh." He answered, as though he spoke through a haze. "He says his wing can wait." Dh'nen's eyes nearly crossed as he kept hearing another voice and another presence nestled in his thoughts. "And that.." Dh'nen blinked and looked to Rodhaketh with a slight grin as he fed another hunk of meat into the waiting mouth. "Now that's just rude, I'm not telling her that!" He said to the blue, but could not help a small laugh.
Relina rose up from her bow and turned her head back toward the sands. More and more of the eggs were hatching and yet none of the hatchlings were hers. She closed her eyes and breathed in deeply. Well, I shall wait as long as I need. My dragon is here Somewhere I just need to be patient. Ugh, and what if I don't Impress? What will I do? I don't really know anyone here, what if they turn out to be the same way as everyone at home was? Oh, I can't take this alone. Zorn, come. She asked her Blue flit telepathically. Zorn came as commanded and hovered in front of her so she could grab him and hold him close.
She could hear his partial thoughts in her mind, she could feel him prodding her for information. In his thoughts he showed her pictures that seemed to be asking her if she was sad. She nuzzled him and shook her head. "Confused my little friend, and lonely. I am unsure of what to do." She said, her true feelings coming to light.
Kalyr looked flabberghasted. He’d been concentrating on leathers. Then he’d heard the weyrling master come candidate mistress calling to the candidates, and a few noises of shock, and applause. He’d been astounded at the sight he beheld. Amazed, floored, and perplexed by the occurrences! The eggs were hatching!
Shards!
He put the straps to the side, eyes almost popping from his skull, as one blue impressed, a brown hatched, shell shards scratched a candidate, two more hatched, both greens, one impressed, the other remained searching, with her brown brother. He stood, behind the candidates that was forming, he wanted to watch, eyes transfixed on the eggs that were hatching. He looked amazed, eyes gleaming with wonder as he watched, innocent as a child.
Here he was! At a hatching! Impromptu as it was! And it was fantastic! He hadn’t seen the first one hatch, but he wanted the proceeding ones. The odd brown, and the greens! How they varied! He grinned like a feline who’d stolen cream form the kitchens and got away with it. A fool he was, but this was the first hatching he had seen, and shells but his excitement was barely able to be contained!
ooc|| I know i shouldn't be asking questions, but - are we meant to bring in the other riders now? Get dragons humming and shiz? or... not bother?))
Ooc|| Okay, I am sober and ready! I can hopefully type out a much better post now.
In a span of mere minutes there were already cuts on people and dragons. Were all hatchings this messy? Faine eavesdropped slightly, catching the fact that the small blue and managed to rip a wing membrane. The poor creature! Just seconds into this world and he was already injured. Was it a sign of misfortune to come?
Faine’s hands twisted the cloth of her shirt as she watched the hatching continue. Tanwen had Impressed a green it had seemed and Faine quickly clapped for the girl. She didn’t know Tanwen very well but she had seen Dicar conversing with her which meant she couldn’t have been a bad person. Faine turned her head slightly, eyes wide as she flashed Relina a huge smile. “This is so exciting. I can’t believe it!” She breathed.
----
Others quickly joined Khael in the stands now. Hasima, Z’ayr and V’ian entered as soon as their dragons flew into the tiers with deep hums vibrating from them. No one had really expected the hatching to be so sudden so all three of them had bolted (Well, Hasima walked as quickly as she could) to the stands so they could view the Istan clutch as the dragonets inside climbed out.
The Journeyman and three riders clapped loudly as the Impressions began; two greens, a brown and a blue were already on the sand looking or already finding their mine.
Z’ayr cupped his hands to his mouth, “Yeah! Go Vaelryn!” The boy hoped his candidate friend would Impress and Impress a dragon that suited him perfectly. Okay maybe it wasn’t all for friendship that Z’ayr was cheering for him. The weyrling had found himself developing a small crush on the lad but he was going to keep that to himself. He tore his gaze away from Vaelryn just in time to see a pretty green find her mine - her mine being Tanwen! He placed two fingers into his mouth and whistled as loudly as he could before clapping and whooping for the girl.
Salina had listened to the flood of information that came with avid and attentive eyes. This was information about what was to come, about what would be, should Faranth will it. It was information about glorious little dragons that would begin to re-populate Dark Moon. A wondorous thing to be sure. She made sure to remember all the information, not wanting to forget anything because it could come to ruin. Food came, which she was grateful for. She ate quietly, watching as a few of the candidates, Ez included, left to touch the eggs. Salina was intent on joining them, but she wanted to eat first, having not had the chance given the early hour. She watched with idle interest, wondering what the eggs felt like, what the occupants were doing inside. As a weyrbrat, she and the others had tried, on ocassion, to touch the eggs before they hatched, but there'd always been a proddy Queen to contend with and she would rather have not touched the shell of an egg than be mauled by a Queen or discovered. Idle interest turned to a sharp shock and amazement when an egg that Dhunen was touching, she believed, hatched on the spot and a blue came tumbling out. Salina felt a heady mixture of emotions hit her all at once in that moment. Shock was still reigning supreme, as was the amazement, the wonder, that a Hatching prescribed, impromptu even as this one was. The blonde girl listened to instructions as they came, hurried but informative. And then she was off, standing moments later on the sands, wide-eyed and breathless from the excitement, from the heat, from everything that had happened. She approached the shining Queen slowly and bowed, not wanting to rush that, though she dashed off to the side once formalities were over. She wanted desperately to go to Ez's side, but had arrived in time to see him sliced by the egg shards made by an explosive hatching. Eyes widened as she saw the blood decorate his pale face. Desire to be with her friend only rose tenfold but she couldn't, not yet. He was among the eggs now and no matter how muched Salina loved her companion, she wasn't going to risk being mauled by anoverzealous hatchling when he was, clearly, fine. She stood, watching, waiting, nerves stretched to the breaking. This was so completely unexpected and that was dragons for you. You never knew what to expect. So Salina watched, waiting, realizing a green had impressed as well as the blue and that the flying shards that had sliced at Ez had revealed an oddly colored brown that looked absolutely gorgeous. The Hatching had indeed begun. ---------- Zigana had smiled uncertainly as a greeting was fielded her way. She'd melded farther back among the tide of candidates and listened attentively, storing the information away, dark eyes quiet but bright. This was information on dragons, after all. You didn't hear about that every day. As far as the shy girl could tell, the dragons were much like other creatures. They had basic needs, basic instincts. They were just able to convey them better. They were also much more intelligent than the average creature, though she still contended from an earlier conversation that runners could give them a run for their money. Ha ha. Zigana started as food arrived and the informal, or so they said, lesson was broken off for food and drink. She took juice, murmuring a shy thank you to the drudge and sipped it, thoughts wandering as her mind idly turned over the idea that maybe she really was dreaming. But when she heard the gasps and calls of shock, she knew it was no dream. The Hatching had started. Zigana froze, dimly hearing words of instruction. Shock and acute fear arrowed through her, gluing her in place to the floor. The Hatching had started. Dragons. Maybe her dragon. But probably not. She knew that. She knew she wasn't worthy of this, knew that this couldn't happen. She was a nothing. A no one. A dirty girl who worked with goats. Who was she to Impress? She followed the tide of candidates to the sands, only realizing when she felt the heat that she was there. Zigana gulped, dark hair immediately hanging forward. She pulled back, hiding behind it, watching to see what the others did and then mimicked them, bowing to the Queen and moving away, off to the side and away from the eggs. Her thoughts were in an uproar and she was panicking. She couldn't do this. She really couldn't do this. The anticipation for a letdown she knew was coming was insidious. She felt nauseous, absolutely sick. She thought she might retch at any moment and that only intensified when she saw one of the candidates, an older boy, was bleeding. She didn't know how but she did. Zigana was freaking.
The next to hatch took its sweet time hatching. The bright blue egg slowly moved side to side, taking its own sweet time. It tumbled over onto the side and rested there for a moment before thin spider web-like cracks began to appear all over the surface. The dragon instead broke through the egg and slowly climbed out. When fully escaped, he stood at his full height and opened his wings to stretch. The hide in this dragonet was a soft powder blue, almost an icy blue like the colour ice becomes when it has frozen through a few feet of water. Though, as his colouring tends down his feet, it gets paler, reaching a much lighter colour there than the rest of his hide. Most of the blues at Dark Moon had a generally darker hide so he would stand out against them. The tip of his tail was a steel blue color, standing out against his light hide as he surveyed the candidates looking for his certain someone. is a bold looking creature, though perhaps a little small for a blue, lithe muscles, quite stocky though. His legs are quite stout, and he is already giving the impression that he’s a strong blue. Facially, he is quite long, an over flat nose gives the impression that he could be a either a little slow, or a little bit self concerned. His tail’s quite long too, as is his neck, making him look quite serpent-like. He looked around, his eyes whirling swiftly with the red of hunger as he sought the one that he sensed was waiting for him. He saw his sassy green sister stalking off in his rider's direction and charged her, bellowing for her to stay away from his rider. The sassy green looked up, startled as her blue brother crashed into her and sent her sprawling on the sands. The blue didn't even stop. He blundered into Faine and then kept on going. Zigana! I will not let her take you. She is unworthy of you. Come feed your Calormieth! I will not let anyone harm you!OOC: Color code is 99ccff
The olive green egg began to shiver, picking up speed with every second passed. Soon a large crack appeared around the top of the egg. The egg fell to its side as the dragonet pushed at the crack, releasing itself from its container. The green tumbled out, staring up at the crowd with whirling, curious eyes. She was a sturdy looking green and would be a decently large dragon for her color. Her hide was a beautiful olive green, the color slowly getting lighter as it crawled up her neck. The yellow that speckled her egg was also making an appearance on this dragon. At the tip of her snout was a small deep yellow spot, the shape comparable to an ink splot of some sort. She pushed herself up and took a few steps before stumbling and falling back into the sands. Her tail swished as she looked upwards at the candidates, joy and interest almost radiating off of her. She would be a happy, not quite as flirtatious as her sisters, but a green when it came down to flights nonetheless. She would be the biggest sweetheart. She looked around for long moments, emerging from her shell sparse moments after her blue brother hatched and Impressed his chosen. She saw her brown brother but she was unconcerned. He wouldn't go after her bonded and she knew that her chosen was here...somewhere.
Yet another brown hatched, before its brother even moved to Impress. This brown was a creamy brown, almost the color of milk chocolate, with lighter shading around his belly, the color that chocolate turns when it is ageing and exposed to air. All along his neck ridges is a darker color. The edges of his wings are that same darker color and his wings are in between the shades of his hide and his belly. He is a handsome brown, a little on the lean side for a brown but with the characteristic sturdiness that most browns have.
His egg was one of those that basically crumbled around him because he had been tapping and working against it so long. He would be one of the most tenacious dragons in the weyr and once he put his mind to something, no one but the Queen would stop him, and even then, it would chaffe against him because he wanted to do what he set out to do. He had this sort of attitude now as he picked his way cafefully out of his egg shards and made his way along the line of Candidates. He studied each one, passing by the fallen Faine and giving her a curious look. He would not be hurried.
Another one of the larger eggs began to quake as cracks slowly ran across the right side of the egg. The cracks steadily grew in both size and width until the egg neatly split into two. No egg shards were going to cut anyone this time. The dragon that was inside took a step out and neatly unfurled himself, allowing his wings to spread as he stretched from the cramp container. This brown was very much unlike his brown brother. He had nothing like the rich chocolate hide the other one had. Instead his hide was a soft fallow hue making him seem so much different then the other browns at Dark Moon. However, like his brother he too would grow to be of a decent size and his build was stocky. It was clear that he would be a good flier with a reasonable stamina and strength.
His wings flapped slightly as they dried out before he folded them back against his body. The wing membranes were the same color of his hide but near the ends of them they turned into a darker umber color. The same burnt umber look was found on his snout, making a rather nice clash of browns that somehow managed to compliment the sturdy looking dragon. He looked around rather boredly, studying the candidates. His mine was among them but he was going to take his time to find them.
The next to hatch, was, surprisingly enough, a bronze. Most of the eggs hadn't looked large enough to contain a bronze, but here one was. He looked like he had been VERY cramped in his egg even though he would be a medium-to-small sized bronze according to the others of his color. He had the look of an old antique bronze sculpture that has aged and become slightly discolored in some places. He had darker spots and lighter spots that all seemed to meld together subtly. His belly and wings were slightly lighter than the rest of his hide, but not dramatically so. He lifted his regal head imperiously. This boy would know he was a bronze and act like it. He would never be as vain and egotistical as P'rin's Kilzanth, but he would know he's a good looking bronze with a well-muscled body that comes, not just from hard work, but from his thick frame. He would sacrifice agility for his frame but that wouldn't bother him. He would have a lot of stamina to make up for it. He would be a steady worker, the kind that would be great as a leader. Faine was about excitedly grasp Relina’s arm (The girl would have appreciated it, surely) when she felt something collide into the leg. If felt like a boulder had smashed into her but when there was a blue of light blue. Faine’s legs crumbled underneath her and a ‘Yelp!’ escaped from her mouth as she fell. She fell right onto her back, blinking slowly as she tried to comprehend what exactly had just happened. Did a dragon just take her down? She looked herself over carefully. Not cuts or anything, just sand sticking to her clothes desperately. She closed her eyes and took a deep breath, counting to fifteen. She was afraid that she would wind up trying to count the grains of sand on her if she stared at them. Nothing would be worse then being stuck counting to a high number when she could be admiring dragons!
She slowly opened her eyes, making sure not to stare at the sand. There was no need too because when she sat up, her eyes immediately make contact with churning eyes that were staring at her. Faine cocked her head to the side slightly, staring back at the brown that was staring at her. “Staring isn’t nice.” She mumbled softly, unsure of what else to say. A rather ironic thing since she was staring right back at him. She looked away for a split second as another brown, a lighter colored one, and a might bronze made their appearance. She found her eyes moving back to the browns whirling ones.
Kavar watched in amazement as the dragons hatched around him. First was a blue, then a brown, two greens were next, another green, a blue, brown then bronze. All so magnificent but he had not impressed yet. He was beginning to wonder if he would have to wait until the next hatching. This being his first day in the Wery, he did not expect too. "But anything could happen" he said to himself.
Vaelryn followed suite with some of the other candidates and gave a quick applaud for each impression. He heard his name shouted and looked around towards the stands, catching sight of his friend Z'ayr shouting down to him. Vaelryn waved, but did feel his face get a bit warm (it's not red, for you readers. it just feels warm), probably because he wasn't quite used to having attention called directly to him - wouldn't other people in the stands look to where Z'ayr was shouting to, anyway?
His attention turned towards Faine's direction when she was barreled over by a blue, feeling a bit of worry bubble up at the sight. But she sat up and seemed fine, after checking herself over, and so Vaelryn calmed down a bit. Odd, though, how the little brown was staring so directly at her. Vaelryn looked back towards the eggs, spotting another green, a second brown, and even a bronze! The hatching was in full swing now, and only a few minutes had gone by. How quickly would it be over? And, he found himself wondering, would he be left to stand?
- - -
On her way into the feeding area Tanwen heard the sound of Z'ayr's voice, looking up just as he started whistling and whooping in her direction. She smiled a bit wider and lifted a hand to wave to him in acknowledgment of his cheers, then stepped towards the bowls of meat and scooped some up to begin feeding Vessayith.
[Short for Tanwen, just kinda throwing one out for her quickly to keep up.]
Relina gasped as Faine grabbed her arm and pulled her down with her. Relina sighed but was internally grateful for the distraction from her thoughts. Zorn had screeched in surprise and flew Between to re-appear at the ceiling, chittering excitedly.
Relina sat up and was prepared to scold the girl who had knocked her down and startled Zorn but stopped when she saw a brown hatchling staring at Faine. Relina quickly shut her mouth and said nothing, her eyes solemn. Even the girl with endless energy has Impressed. What was I thinking, I cannot Impress, I just do not have what it takes.
Relina sighed as she stood up and brushed off her dress. I would like to see who else Impresses, then I'll decide on what to do next. Zorn, come, calm down and come to me, I need you right now. Zorn came as he was called and landed on her shoulder as she began walking to the edge of sands so that she could watch the rest of the Impressions. This was her very first one and she loved watching the dragons find their life partners. True, it wasn't as flashy as when she had Impressed Zorn, but it still felt right to her to watch these people have their lives changed forever.
(OOC: Do not take this part as impatience or anything, I just want to have a little character development and I felt this would be the perfect way to do it. This way, I can go either way with Relina whether she Impresses this time around or not. I am not trying to rush Relina's Impression by any means.)
Kaith lifted her giant head, getting annoyed with some of the flitts flying about in her cavern. She gave them a mental order to land in the tiers or leave the cavern. The sassy green finally stopped sulking when she realized that her siblings were Impressing fast. She saw her chosen fall and hurried over but the girl was already walking away. Her voice was demanding as she half ran, half stumbled on her rapidly drying wings and pushed at her bonded, knocking her down to the sands again in her haste to make sure she didn't get away. Her voice was a mixture of cross love and annoyance as she spoke. Her eyes flashed the rainbows of Impression as Relina finally looked at her. Relina, your Soranith wants you to stop feeling sorry for yourself, get off your bum and feed her! Boy was she sassy! OOC: font color = 669933
As she walked Relina was knocked down from behind and Zorn, yet again, squeeked his discomfort and went Between again, this time appearing just a little ways away from Relina due to the Queen Dragon's command. Relina looked behind her and saw a little green hatchling staring at her, Her eyes flashed Impression and she heard a sound in her head.
Relina, your Soranith wants you to stop feeling sorry for yourself, get off your bum and feed her!
Relina stared in amazment and smirked at the little green. "Well, well, fiesty aren't we?" She said, trying to conceil her joy at Impressing a dragon, but with no success.
You can't hide your feelings from Soranith, no more then you can hide them from Zorn, and she's glad you feel that way, now get up and feed Soranith!
Relina chuckled at the little dragon. "Very well, help me up. She said as the dragon hatchling laid her neck close to Relina, who grabbed it gently and pulled herself up. She looked at Faine and, for the first time, gave a big grin to her before leading her new partner to get some food for her.
