"No. That wasn't it. I wouldn't have time to write all those letters as well ride Gerenanth, stopping for supplies and things. Really. There's quite a few I tried writing but some I never even finished", he said to her. This time he downed the rest of his glass, there wasn't too much left in it anyway so why not. He then looked at her and said, "Um nothing. Just how great it is being with you again, nothing other than that". Clearly he was hiding something, a mistake perhaps the wine showed. Though G'han still wasn't drunk and he wasn't going to let go of what he hid from people easily. He mentally shook off these thoughts to not give himself away further.

Akki laughed happily, ignoring the fact she was probably intruding in on her friends personal life at the moment. "Now how do I know that you're not making these things up on the spot? It's very easy to lie when your under pressure, so I don't know if you're telling the truth or not." She said with her crooked grin as she sipped at the drink again. Akki's crooked grin turned into a larger one as she heard his words. "Gee G'han. You sure know how to make an Akki feel special. Oops. That sounds sarcastic doesn't it? I don't mean for it to sound like that. Honest." She said as she watched him finish off the glass of wine.

"I guess you won't know. You know me Akki. If I did hide something I wouldn't tell it easily and you're right it did sound sarcastic but its ok. You are special though'', he said to her and poured himself another glass.

"G'han, I have amazing sleuthing skills. I have a dragon that loves gossip and mysteries as much as his rider. One way or another, I'll find out eventually." Akki vowed, a plan blossoming in her head that involved a rainbow colored dragon, a sweet roll and a net of flitts. "I hope you mean good special." Akki said with a smile as she watched him pour himself another glass. "You know. Soon enough you'll be drunk, then you'll tell me your secret."

"Like I said. I'm not a lightweight. Even if this Wine is stronger than most. And I definently don't loosen my lips easily. Even after I'm drunk", he said to her, crossing his arms, confident of what he had said. G'han did have his fair share of secrets, and he didn't loosen easily.

"Puh-lease." Akki said with a roll of her eyes, dragging out the word so it had more than one syllable. "You're going to keep drinking the wine, oblivious to the fact that each time you do you lose a bit more of yourself. Eventually, you'll figure you have nothing to lose and blurt everything out. Common sense you know." The blue rider said as she waved her hand around the air, aimlessly, as if it would exaggerate what she was saying.

"If I blurted out everything that would prove to be my disadvantage, espescially if I was drunk. No Akki, you won't find out any secrets I keep. They could prove damaging", he said to her. Then gave a thought and said, "And what of you? You're going to tell me you're not going to get drunk if you continue to drink?", he asked her.

"Well duh it would prove to your disadvantage. That's what secrets do, they make things either complicated or better. But you don't know which one." She said with a roll of her eyes and an exaggerated sigh. She lifted a finger and pointed it sharply to her glass. "Look at it G'han. I'm not even done my first glass. I doubt I'll be getting drunk if I finish it off.".

"Trust me. Mine is the complicated type. Complex is always in my life", he said to her. He then smirked and added, "You do know that's your second right? I poured your second glass for you. And if you think I'm gonna get drunk after two glasses then what does that say for you? Though trust me. It would take a few more before I start getting drunk". He said, then took another bite of his food.

She shrugged once again. "I never finished my first glass actually, it was half full when you put some more in. So if you want to get really technical, I've only had around one a half cups. You on the other hand..." She said trailing off, with one raised eyebrow as she stared questionably at the glass in front of the bronze rider. She waved her hand in the air, as if fending off some invisible creature. "Enough of this subject now, I mean. We're arguing over how much each person has drunk. Let's move onto a more interesting subject. About...Oh, I don't know. Those letters?"

"You mean all those half finished ones? Those don't even matter now that I'm here", he said to her. "And this is only my third glass. As strong as the stuff is, it would probably take another 3-4 for me to get drunk", he added. He took another bite and leaned back in his chair.

Akki said, bobbing her head up and down as she prepared to conspire against G'han. "Clearly you missed the part where I said we should move off that topic. And stop pretending you have a high tolerance, knowing you you'll be out in two more glasses, if even. But moving on..."

"Why are you so worried about them? You act as though I'm trying to hide love letters or something. They are simply letters I wrote, when I had the spare time, to try and get a hold of you and keep in contact. See how things have been and stuff....that's all", he explained to her. "And you don't want to seem to get off the subject either or you wouldn't have said anything. I never said I have a high tolerance. I'm just not a lightweight. I know the limit and it should be around 3 more glasses. Why you want to have some kind of contest to see how many glasses it takes to get drunk?", he continued the topic and asked.

"You should know me better than that." Akki said, in a fake whiny voice. "You've made me curious by not telling me. Curiousity is like, my weakness or something. Since you're hiding it from me, you've made me want to know even more. It's quite simple actually." Akki explained as she slowly chewed on a piece of food. "You should know this by now though G'han, otherwise I'd be deeply ashamed of you." She said with a small frown, which was then accompanied by a wink.
She picked up a meat roll and tossed it lightly back and forth between her hands. "G'han, don't make me want to throw this at you. That probably wouldn't be a nice way to have supper with a friend whom I haven't seen for a while. You're going to make me want to lob this at you soon enough.".

Akki sighed, almost ready to give up, "Fine. Fine, I give. I won't pester you about the letters anymore. Content?". Of course in her mind, she knew it was a lie. She was happily going to go on some investigation to find out the contents of those letters. She looked at the piece of food that laid in her hands, waiting to see if it would be thrown or not. "Well, they might have important stuff in them. But I'd never know since you won't show me what they say." She said, talking into her glass as she paused before taking another sip. She had placed the piece of food beside her on the table at that point, and was happily patting the top of it, as if it was a childs head when she heard G'hans comment. "What do you mean?" She asked, eyebrows furrowed as a look of confusion took over her face.

He took another sip. "Well it's nothing to worry about...nothing at all", he said to her. He then gave her a look and said, "Akki, you are saying a food item is going to be like a son to you. Honestly do you want children that badly that you have to resort to food?". The last part he gave a chuckle to.
