Akki grinned and said, "Sure I will K'dan. Sure.". She turned to the sound of flappings wings, only to be hit with a flitt, one that wasn't Sargon. Akki rubbed her arm where she was hit and said, "Know what? Flitt's don't like me. It's quite obvious now.". "Sh'iron got mad because he wanted to go to the beach but the new candidate, what's his name? Slicer? Gicer? Klah? Well, he's being a real stuck-up person and K'dan won't let me go down there and cut off a toe of his or punch him, you know as either a welcoming gesture or to see if I can knock some sense into him." Akki explained, all in one breath. She wrinkled her nose and waved her hand in front of her face and said, "G'han? Get new clothes. You're all sweaty and smelly. No offense of course. If you want I can say it's K'dan who smells and not you.".

G'han smiled, "Well K'dan seems to have good enough sense", he said to her then continued about the comment on his smell, "Well I was in the middle of training when my flitt decided he would have some fun with me and wanted me to chase him". He then turned to Sh'iron. "Hey you go have some fun at the beach. I can take care of this one for you after i bathe and such", he said to the weyrleader and slapped him on the back. Azure tried to escape G'han and flew on Akki's head. G'han grabbed the flitt and headed to his weyr.

"Phew. You really do need to bathe." Akki commented as he left. She turned to K'dan and said, "You don't have sense. Or at least good sense. Like never stick a flitt up your nose. You have common sense, and who needs that?". She left a not-so-dramatic pause, as if waiting for the answer before saying, "Not me. I should abandon all sense and go out there anyways. I never met someone who didn't like me. Well I did, but they aren't living anymore. Oh, and my brother. He didn't like me but that's sibling rivalry so that doesn't count.".

"No Akki please let things be", he paused realizing she wasn't going to listen, "or at any rate wait and go with G'han and me. If you really want to confront him that badly". Sharan popped from between and landed on K'dan's shoulder and chirped happily, not realizing what was going on and that most of the people here weren't in a good mood.

Akki looked at K'dan, cocked her head to the side and said, "You do know that I don't listen to good advice. If I did, then would I really be standing here right now?". She grinned as another flitt popped in, she loved having them around as long as they were calm. "Wait will you and G'han do? Some really crazy moves you trained on? I would love to see that." She said as she cooed to Sharan happily.

"G'han is already going down there, you're going to go down there despite anything and I might as well go along to make sure you are ok. Like I said before I am not a good fighter and I don't wish to fight. I only trained with him so I wouldn't look as scruffy and small as I did when I came here", he said with a sigh. "At any rate if your not going to wait for G'han then I am still coming along with you. you aren't going to deal with him alone", he said to her. Sharan chirped back happily and flew over to Akki and perched himself on her shoulder as he nudged her cheek slightly.

"Aw. You're not scruffy. At least I don't think so." She said as she narrowed her eyes, scrutinizing K'dan and then declared, "No. You're not. Anywyas, you're right I am going down no matter what. Because I'm bored and I need something to cheer me up.". She scratched Sharan's eye ridges and then said, "Shall we go? Besides I want to actually learn Klah's anme. Don't tell me it! I want it to be a surprise.".

K'dan gave a sigh and said,"Sure let's go and get this over with and don't worry he didn't tell me his name". He looked over to his bronzen flitt, who seemed content with Akki, "I hope your not planning on stealing my flitt from me Akki".

"Me? I never steal. I only borrow. For a long time." She said, grinning ear to ear as she headed to where Dicer was. Where was he anyways? She bit her lip and thought. Oh wait, there. Wait is that him? "Is that him? In the tree? Is that Klah?" Akki asked K'dan, pointing to where a figure was, obviously in the tree like she said before.

K'dan looked up in the tree and gave a frown. "Yeah that's him....unfortunantly", K'dan said to her the last part under his breath. Sharan gave a hiss to the figure and wrapped his tail around Akki's neck in a protective manner. Oh great. I can just tell this isn't going to go well. Even Sharan is getting agitated around this guy. He put a hand behind his back and clenched his fist.

Akki grinned and headed towards the tree, while trying to calm Sharan with soothing coo's. She stopped under the tree, looked up and squinted into the brances. Yeah, that was him all right. She didn't want to climb, she would probably fall out. Instead she shouted, "Hey! I can't remember you're name. Is it Slicer? Or Klah. I think it's Klah. It seems like it would fit you. Not that I'm saying you're a tasty liquid.".

Dicer looked down on the two forms that were beneath him. Why can't these people just leave me in peace. Dicer jumped down from where he was and as he did his cloak fell off of him onto the ground revealing the knife he had at his side. When he landed he went to put his hands by his side to rest them.
K'dan took this the wrong way. When he saw the blade and his hand go towards it he immediatily thought he was going for the knife. K'dan as usual didn't think before he acted. "Akki look out", he said as he tackled the guy to the ground and pinned him down.
"The name's Dice......", he couldn't complete the sentence as K'dan had launched at him and had him on the ground. "You fool what do you think you're doing", he said angrily at the bluerider. He knocked K'dan off of him and stood back up. "You picked the wrong person to fight with", he said to K'dan and punched him in the face when he went to stand up.
K'dan was knocked down and the moment he got back up he was down on the ground again. He flipped back and dashed at him and knocked him down again. The two rolled on the ground exchanging blows. The two were fighting for false reasons. K'dan thinking Dicer was going to attack Akki and Dicer thinking K'dan was trying to get back at him for knocking him down, though unintentional.
The two finally flung off of each other and glared at the other. "You sharding deadglow. I don't know what your problem is but if you keep it up you will find yourself in more pain than you want", Dicer said, really ticked off now.
"Me? You were the one going for the knife at your side"l, he said to the candidate.
"Your a fool. I always keep this thing at my side. If I were going to use it you would know. Honestly try thinking for a change, you will have a longer life in the long run", he said as he spat at the ground. He then turned to Akki, "You wanted to know my name. It's Dicer. Now the two of you can leave me alone", he said and walked off again, grabbing his cloak in the process.
Sharan eased his grip on Akki and cooed softly at her. Then flew over worried about K'dan.

Akki stood, her eyebrows raised as she watch them to scuffle on the ground, hitting and punching each other, or anything else that could and would cause bodily harm. She of course couldn't stop them, even if she wanted too. She would either end up with something missing or making it worse.
When it finally stopped, she whistled long and slowly before saying, "Shards K'dan! You thought I was going to do something stupid? Ha! Well, at least I know never to get on your bad side. You would kill me no doubt in a second!". She wasn't trying to be funny, it was a statement, a fact. She looked at K'dan and said, "K'dan. He wasn't going to attack me. Besides, believe it or not he's not the only one with a knife. Go look in my weyr and you should find one there. Where? I won't tell you. You'll steal it and go hunt him down no doubt. Now stay here, if you follow me I'll have to cut your toe off.".
She was the one who started this, okay, not completely. It was actually no one's fault but she felt like she started it. She turned, and took off after Dicer. Whoa, Dicer? What a suitable name it seemed. It took her a moment or two to catch up to him, after her she chatted with K'dan. She was going to fix this, or at least try. She ran to his side and said, "You should change your name to Klah.". Whoops, so much for getting straight to the problem. Where did that come from anyways? That was at the back of her mind, or so she thought.
"It's not his fault, you know. Not your's either of course. It wasn't really anyones fault. Except mine, I think. He thought you were going to attack me, he already clarified that, but he just jumped to a conclusion." She said, before she took in a air and said, "I don't care if you like me or not. I really don't think I do. Okay, I might slightly but I'll just kill you then, or cut off a toe. Not literally. But here's advice. You know the people in this weyr? Yah, they will become eventually the only thing you have whether you like it or not. You really can't stop it. This will become your home if you Impress, maybe if you don't. Better get used to the people here before you have nothing at all.".

K'dan slumped to the ground and looked at Akki, "I'm sorry Akki. I really wasn't thinking". He laid on the ground when she left and he gave a sigh of exhaustion. Sharan landed on his stomach and curled up.
Dicer turned to Akki, "You people really don't get the picture do you. I made it very clear I wanted my space but you all constantly have to be in my face. Your friend should think before he jumps to another conclusion, next time he might not be so lucky and as far as your statement about the only thing I got. I have nothing left, the blade you see at my side is the only thing of value I have left. When it comes right down to duty and pulling my own weight I can do that. I have no problem with doing whatever is required of my position, but as far as trying to change the type of person I am forget it". He looked up, his green eye looking into hers, did he just open up to someone. Pah look these people are already doing weird things to me. He broke the gaze and left her.

She smiled softly as she watched his back before saying, "You may have nothing left, but you can gain things. Believe it or not.". She wondered if he actually heard the last part, or who's benefit she said that for?
She turned and headed towards the tree, where K'dan was slumped. She sat down beside him and said, "You know K'dan? I think this Weyr just got interesting. I don't think I will leave on a journey now, at least for a while. I want to stick around and see how this all turns out. You know, see how everything turns out.". It was odd, just days before her and Ebbeth were talking about going somewhere, doing something, now she didn't know if she want to or not. She looked at K'dan and said, "Very chivalrious of you by the way. For attacking him for my benefit.".

"Oh come now Akki, the weyr would get too boring if you left", he said to her as he sat up beside her. He cringed a bit in pain, Dicer seemed to have left his mark actually quite a few. He blushed a bit and said to her, "I couldn't have him hurt you. I coulcn't stand the thought of you getting hurt", he said to her and spat out a little blood that was coming from the corner of his mouth. "Heh, told you I wasn't a good fighter", he said a bit exhausted. He wiped the corner of his mouth and said to Akki, "I don't think I want to head back to the weyr just yet. Looking like this will just cause more problems than I want". He laid back down and looked up at Akki and said, "Well today was certainly interesting enough". He closed his eyes for a moment then opened them again and looked into Akki's eyes. Sharan once again flew to Akki and nudged her cheek.

"Would it? I see peace reigning over everything. And you not bleeding." Akki said, dreaming about it for a moment or at least trying too. She notice him cringe from the pain, but decided not to say anything for she was sure his dignity might have been bruised all ready. "Like I said, chivalrious and besides, you're a better fighter then I would ever be. All though, that might not be saying much.". She looked at K'dan and said, "I'll wait with you until you are, Sargon is somewhere in there zooming around waiting for me.". She smiled at Sharan and asked, "Now why can't Sargon be like you Sharan? You should teach him some lessons on behaviour.".

"Oh come now, you honestly don't blame yourself for this do you. I was the one who jumped to a conclusion, falsely protecting you", he said to her. "Perhaps your right but still, I think he won that time. I seem to have more bruises and cuts than he does, he continued. "Akki thank you for waiting with me, you know you really don't have to", he said to her with a soft voice and a smile. Sharan chirped happily at her then flew on K'dan's stomach and chirped worriedly at him. K'dan wouldn't show it but he was a bit more in pain than he would let off. He sat up to shoo Sharan off of his stomach then laid back down and closed his eyes. Exaustion took over and he fell asleep, as he laid back down his hand landed on Akki. Sharan flew to it and nudged it as he gave a worried chirp, perching himself in her lap.

"I know. But what kind of person would I be if I just left you bruised? Not a very good one." She said, truthfully. Notice how she avoided his question about if she blamed herself or not. Subtle, right? She raised her eyebrow as K'dan fell asleep right then and there, but she didn't stir. He looked peaceful and he was probably really tired, she didn't want to wake him. She raised her finger to her mouth when Sharan chirped, soothing the small flitt.

Sharan gave his hand one last slight nudge and returned to Akki's shoulder and wrapped his tail gently around her neck. He chirped happily at her but looked down at his bonded, still worried. K'dan didn't stir, he was exhausted from the fight with Dicer and now he needed to sleep it off, he felt comfortable and at peace with Akki there with him.
(ok well im tired and im goin to bed. so goodbye and goodnight and ill post in the mornin)
