Nira nodded. "Of course Nike." She spoke. Lina popped in quickly then popped out as the queen flew to Ruanth.

Nike smiled then looked over Rhia once more.
Ruanth looked up as the smaller queen flew to her.
Zim started to chitter at her daughter. Same with Crystal at his sister.

[Akki]

Akki smiled at Jakel and then said, "I can't stay longer. My blue is pestering to go to my weyr and tell him everything. Also my flitt is slightly confused with the commotion". She nodded a goodbye to him and headed to her weyr, where she met Ebbeth. [glow=blue,2,300]You are back? You did not stay[/glow] He asked as he raised his head off the ground to watch her. "No, Nike is there now. I have no more need."She replied as she sat on the ground, Sargon landing on her shoulder, cooing peacefully.

[Tenma]

"Wait." He called, but she was probably already gone.

[Akki]

[glow=blue,2,300]You were just rude you know[/glow] Ebbeth sniffed lazily, scolding Akki. "Pardon?" She replied, genuinely confused. [glow=blue,2,300]You left that new person there alone, he probably has no idea where to go[/glow] Ebbeth said, studying his mine's face. Akki stayed still for a moment, before cursing out of her weyr, quickly heading back to Jakel. "Sorry!" She gasped when she reached him, a small smile tugging at her lips.

[Miki]

Kylath, being herself, simply walked by the door but stayed there. Impatient eyes watched the Healer at work. Tokagae popped in and sat beside her. Kia was already past this and had gone back to her Weyr. at, swaying her tail again. 'I will not budge,' she thought to herself.

D'ran nodded, a bit relieved. "Goodbye Rhia, he said, "feel better soon." He looked back to Aureth who crooned to comfort her. [glow=blue,2,300]Goodbye.[/glow]He turned and trotted after D'ran, taking one gleeful look back. He walked out, swaying gently. He and D'ran walked out beside each other, talking through thoughts. Just as they stepped out, Suni whizzed around Nike's head and then landed on the bed beside Rhia. He hummed gently, not too loud yet.

[Tenma]

Jakel simply laughed when Akki came running back. "Don't worry. Can you just show me where the weyrling barracks are?" He asked, still laughing.

"Kylath you must leave." Nira repeated.

Niramine is right little copper. You cannot stay. Nike is barly letting Nira stay at all. Why won't you budge? Siarath said to the little dragon.

[Akki]

"I...think I can. I haven't been there for a while now" She admitted with a small smile before looking at the copper who in Rhias room still. Ebbeth, why isn't Kylath leaving? Akki asked her large blue. [glow=blue,2,300]I do not know[/glow] Ebbeth admitted before saying to Kylath, [glow=blue,2,300]Kylath, would you show Akkimine and this Jakel how to get to the candidate barracks? She does not know where to go for she has not been there for awhile but you have been there recently. Could you?[/glow]

[Spirithawk]

Rhia inhaled sharply as another contraction rippled across her extended belly. Mneith hovered protectively over his rider, his eyes whirling with flecks of red even as he joined the flitts in their soft humming.

((just waiting for G'han to arrive and for Nike to do something))

[Dragon]

G'han tossed and turned in his sleep. Gerenanth looked at his rider who seemed to be upset by a dream.

Could it be he has started having those nightmares again? Gerenanth got the message about Rhia from both Kaith and Nike.

G'han we have to go. It's Rhia.

Gerenanth bellowed waking up G'han and quite a few of the Southern riders. G'han lept out of bed and got ready. He hopped on Gerenanth.

I noticed you seemed to be upset by a dream. Care to talk about it? ~I don't know what to think of it, Gerenanth. Let's just go~, he said to his dragon.

As he went to leave many of the riders glared at him and even complained. One arrogant bronzerider decided to run his big mouth. He said a few insulting comments, including "Why can't you keep your puny little bronze quiet?" and "So what's the hurry, Southern's not good enough for you little man?"

"I will simply ignore your comment but a little suggestion next time you speak. Make sure you think first", he said to the other bronzerider with a smirk. Many of the other riders laughed at G'han's comment. "And it seems I am not the only one who thinks this. I am sorry about waking everyone up but I must go right now. It's my weyrmate, surely any of you that have a weyrmate understand. I am going to be a father." He said to them excitedly. Many nodded their head in agreement and left. The arrogant bronzerider simply walked off without word.

The Southern Weyrleaders came out to see what the fuss was all about. "Is there anything wrong?" The Weyrleader asked. G'han looked up from tightening Gerenanth's riding straps. "Something came up at my home Weyr. My weyrmate is having twins and she just went into labor. I have to go to her. Thank you for your hospitality." He leapt astride Gerenanth and the bronze launched himself. He waited until he was just high enough off of the ground not to foul up his landing at Dark Moon and went /between/. G'han just hoped the Southern Weyrleaders wouldn't be too mad at him for teaching their riders bad habits.

The two went /between/ and ended up in the weyrbowl. Why here? ~It's the only place I could think of at the moment~, he said. Gerenanth looked worriedly as his rider rushed off, noting that he was tired. More than he would let show.

"I am coming," he shouted as he was closer to his weyr. G'han rushed into their weyr, a bit out of breath. "Sorry about being late. I just got the message and got here as soon as I could, " he said to all there, still thinking about the incident before he left. At least he was able to talk to them and they understood, well all except that certain bronzerider who seemed to like to run his mouth. He walked over to Rhia and stood by her side.

[nike]

Nike looked up when G'han rushed in here.
"Oh thank Faranth!" She said getting up. "Alright, G'han, I want you to help me get Rhia up.
we need to keep the weight off her back, and we also need her to walk."
The Healer said, nodding for G'han to help Rhia stand.

Once the woman was up, Nike helped support her as she started to walk with G'han on the other side.

[Dragon]

G'han smiled and nodded. He listened to Nike and helped his weyrmate up. He held her hand as he walked with her. He brushed some hair back for her and smiled at her.

[Tenma]

Nira smiled when G'han came in. "Is there anything you need before I leave?" The greenrider asked as she stood by the door. She was going to keep her word and leave now that G'han was here, just like she said she would do.

[Miki]

To Ebbeth Kylath gave a one word reply. [shadow=red,left,300]No.[/shadow]She felt she had a duty here and for once she wanted to feel important. So what if she was a new color- she never could help out with anything. She always seemed to be a burden. Well not the Queen had asked her to do something and she refused to budge. If they moved Rhia to another room she would foolow. All she did to help was give Akki direction to the Candidate's barracks.

[Tenma]

Nira was getting frusterated. "Normally Christae would deal with you but she isstuck in bed. No hightail it out of here. You are just making things difficult, and you arn't accomplishing anything by being rude and dissobeying orders. If you have any problems you can talk to me outside the room or you can talk to Christae later, but please stop being so stubborn." Nira pleaded as she walked over to the door.

[Dragon]

G'han looked at the copper. "Kylath I hate to be rude but you really must leave my weyr. You can help out best by getting out of the way", he said to the dragon. "Nira thank you so much for being with Rhia. I appreciate it. You are a good friend", he said to her.

[Miki]

[shadow=red,left,300]I am not in the way and Kaith asked me to do this.[/shadow]The dragon, again, refused to move. She lay down and put her head on her fore legs. Kia by now was asleep. It had taken her long enough to fall asleep and now she planned to stay that way.

[Spirithawk]

Rhia had bitten her lip so much that she had drawn blood. "Nira, before you leave, could you get me a small cloth that I can bite on before I tear my lip up anymore than it already is?" She followed Nike's orders carefully, bracing herself against the other riders whenever a contraction hit her.

She had been told that they would happen quicker and be stronger the closer she was to giving birth. They had been increasing since b efore she woke up but now they seemed to stay at the same intensity and at the same time interval.

She heard them admonishing the young copper and frowned. "She isn't hurting anyone and Christae asked Kaith to keep an eye on things. Kaith can't possibly fit in here. She is too big, not to mention we have Mneith and G'han in addition to me and a gaggle of healers. So let Kylath stay. She won't be in the way. She's not big enough for that yet."

[Tenma]

Nira sighed. "All right, Kylath, stay. But can you do me a favor?" She asked. "Move from the door, I cannot get out with you there and I need to get Rhia a cloth."

Siarath laughed at this.

[Akki]

Akki nodded a quick thanks before she heard Ebbeth rumble to himself. What is it love? She asked, curious. [glow=blue,2,300]I do not know[/glow] He admitted before continuing, [glow=blue,2,300]You are not much younger than Rhia, Akkimine. What if next thing I know you are the one having birth?[/glow] Akki had to grin at this, Ebbeth had never been like this, worried about the future. Perhaps he was changing she though before saying, It won't be like that I promise you. [glow=blue,2,300]Everything is going so fast. I feel old now Akkimine, even though yesterday it seems like I was a hatchling looking for you. It seems we are diving into the future head first[/glow] Ah, but what a glorious flight it is!
