Chilling at the beach

Nike screamed a bit when D'ran threw her under.
When she surfaced she glared at them, her arms across her chest.
"How dare you harm the White Rider and Master of Firelizards!" She said pointing at D'ran.

Rhia watched the three fussing and fighting in the water. Gylfie flew over to Nike and landed on her shoulder.

Christae was roused by all the shouts. She sat up and rubbed sleep out of her eyes. She brushed the sand off of her arms and walked to the shore to stand next to Rhia. Birinj joined Gylfie on Nike's shoulders, chirping excitedly. The little flitts seemed to be berating the male weyrlings for messing with the Master Healer.

[Dragon]

K'dan went back in the water after catching his breath. He went under water and grabbed D'ran's legs and drug him under. He twisted and flung him deeper in the water. He popped up next to Nike as Sharan flew to her.

[Miki]

D'ran allowed himself to be pulled underwater.
He shot back up and slicked his hair back.
Just as he got the water from his eyes, Hoku flew to Nike and landed on her head.
"Traitor," he yelled.
He sunk under the water.
With all the flitts on Nike's arm she might not move so easily.
He popped up and pinched the sides of her stomach.
He had never met someone not ticklish there.

Nike grinned as all the firelizards joined her. Zim and Crystal made their way to their bonded.
Ruanth was ready to call some wild firelizards to her Mine's aid.
A smug smiled was on her lips.
"They are not traitors! They are my friends!" She said, before letting out a scream/laugh at D'ran's action.

[Dragon]

K'dan stood back, looking undecidedly at what to do. He could help D'ran and tickle Nike or he could help Nike and dunk D'ran. He sat back as he decided what to do.

Azure got up lazily from G'han and flew over to Nike, landing on her head and chirped.

Nike turned to look at K'dan.
"Help me K'dan!" She squeeled as D'ran tickled her.
"I'm girl! You should help me!" The healer added, and tried to get back at D'ran, but the firelizards were
too heavy.

[Miki]

"Ha! Now your fire lizard army is to your diadvantage," he yelled.
The Harper was about to dunk Nike but wasn't about to disrupt all of the flitts.
He splashed a bit of water at Nike instead.

[Dragon]

K'dan gave a smile and swam over to D'ran and Nike and grabbed D'ran and dove under, dragging D'ran under water with him. He sprung back up to Nike and said, "There. Better?".

[Akki]

"I am glad that you admit that Nike. It takes a big person to do so."She said with a wild grin on her face as she lazily opened one eye. Ebbeth slinked beside her, his tail twitching as he grew bored. He lowered his nose and nudged the green flitt who awoke startled, before scolding the large blue for waking him. Ebbeth smiled slyly as Sargon flew up off Akki, flying around the dragon making sure his scolding cherps were heard.

[Miki]

D'ran swam up to the surface and gasped a bit for air.
He mock glared at the two.
"Two against one, that doesn't seem fair," then he raised his voice, "Is anyone going to help me?!"

[Dragon]

"Nike asked for help before you did. It was only polite to oblige", he said to D'ran. Hydrath stirred a bit at the ruckous going on but didn't wake. K'dan nodded and said, "What a lazy blue I must have".

[nike]

Nike smiled at K'dan.
"Thank you, K'dan." She said, giving a smug look to D'ran.
"Oh, and it is fair, and no one wants to help you!" Adding to D'ran, then turned to K'dan.
"Yes, Hydrath is lazy. Ruanth is not." She nodded to the little white who was watching the three of them closely.

[Dragon]

"I knew it. I need to get him out of that lazy state. I was hoping maybe it was because of his small size that he slept so much. I guess I was just kidding myself so I wouldn't believe I had a lazy blue", K'dan said. He stayed next to Nike and waited to see what D'ran would do next. Though he had to wonder to himself, how is it that he went from watching from the sidelines to becoming Nike's defender so quickly. Hydrath had awoken and heard this thought. It is because you do pretty much whatever she tells you and she knows that. K'dan glared at his dragon who was laying on the shore. ~Go back to sleep you lazy blue. You are awake at the most inoppurtune times~, he snapped.

Nike smiled as she caught Hydrath's words.
"Hydrath's right." She said without looking at K'dan.
"Your blue is smarter than you think. You should listen to him."
Grinning she turned to K'dan, her green eyes twinkling.

[Dragon]

K'dan turned a bit red and mumbled to himself about his dragon. ~Hydrath you realize she can hear everything you say. From now on choose your words more carefully~, he said to his dragon. Why? She already knew that. Nike knows more than you give her credit for. It's you who is the oblivious one, not her. K'dan clinched his fist at his dragon's words. He sank slowly underwater, red with embarrisment at his dragon's words.

Nike laughed and patted K'dan's shoulder.
"Don't worry, I can act that I didn't hear any of this is you want me too."
She said with a comforting smile.

[Miki]

Aureth had been watching for quite a while.
He smiled a bit smugly at Nike's words.
He was becoming pretty smart, especially considering he wasn't any color praised for intelligence.

[glow=blue,2,300]And I am the least lazy.[/glow]He went into the deep water where he was almost invisable.
Aureth popped out and splashed Nike and K;dan.
[glow=blue,2,300]I am on your side, Mine.[/glow]"Thanks, Aureth, I was feeling so alone," he said with a bit of drama.

[Dragon]

"No a certain blue needs to learn what to say and what not to say. You have already heard it and I know you heard it, so that wouldn't work. I think I'll just have to change that about me", he said to her. Hydrath layed next to Ruanth and watched the others. K'dan splashed the blue and his rider.

Rhia just chuckled as she listened to the conversation in the water. Mneith splashed his rider.
