Rhia sat when Nike told her to. She had learned that defying Nike didn't work.

Nike smiled and started testing Rhia. Once she was finshed she looked down at the brownrider.
"Have you been feeling dizzy?" The healer asked. Zim took her spot on Nike's shoudler, her tail rapped around the girl's neck.

Rhia refused to meet Nike's eyes. "Yeah." She said softly. "I...missed my monthly bleeding too, but that happens when I am stressed out. Things have been kind of hectic here. Christae had me going on a lot of errands." Gylfie popped out of /between/ and landed on Rhia's outstretched arm.

Kia took a step back when she heard the words and tripped over herself.
She gave a small yelp as she tumbled to the floor as the Weyrwoman had before.
"Ouw," she whispered when she recovered from the slight shock.
The Weyrling rubbed her back gently and sat up.
She folded her legs in and sat criss-cross and took a deep breath.
She brushed her pants, which like most were ripped below her knee, of the bits of things that had gotten on it.
Tokagae popped from /between/ but Kylath was still asleep.
All the little dragon did was eat a lot, say she itched, and then sleep.

"Really? Well if you ever miss it tell me as soon as it happens." The Healer said glaring at the rider. Then her hands went down to Rhia's stomach and moved a round a bit. "Yep, just as I thought. You are also with child." Nike said putting her hands on her hips and nodding. "Neither one of you are allowed to go /between/ till you deliver. Every month come see me for a check-up."
The Healer put her things away and closed her kit. "And if you dare go /between/ your children are lost." She wagged a finger and glared at the two riders.

Sh'iron was sitting up straighter and his eyes were glinting proudly. He was going to be a father.

G'han smiled, "See K'dan she is pregnant. Nothing to worry about", he said. HE let Christae's weyrmate take her and stood with Rhia. He raised an eyebrow when Nike turned her attention to Rhia. What was going on here, he thought to himself.
K'dan looked relieved when he heard the news. HE congradulated the weyrleaders.
When G'han heard the news that he and Rhia would have kids he passed out. Gerenanth laughed and said to everyone. I don't think he was ready for that one.

Christae leaned back against Sh'iron. "I'm going to have a baby."
The healer said that.

Rhia rubbed her hand on the side of her face. "I was afraid of that. I just didn't want to say anything. I missed more than just one month. Normally I am just a couple of weeks late." When G'han passed out she sighed. "Someone is going to have to pick him up off the floor."
When Nike said that she couldn't go /between/ Rhia protested. "I have work to do!" When she added that both she and Christae would lose their babies she sighed. "I will fly straight then. How long before I have to stop riding completely?"

When G'han passed out she stoped dead and looked at the bronzerider, head cocked.
Neither do I Gerenanth! The Healer told the bronze.
"Oh you can ride. If you feel any discomfort stop. In your seventh to ninth moth, you gotta stop." Nike said with a grin. "But if you miss it again and don't tell me. I'm gonna make Mneith tell me."

Christae sighed and looked up at her proud weyrmate. Her eyes softened and some color returned to her cheeks. "I guess we'll have to order two cribs when the traders come back around. The last ones they had broke."

K'dan looked astonished. Christae and Rhia were both with child. He watched G'han pass out. He gave a bit of a chuckle when he realized he was ok.

Kia got up and sighed.
"I wish I could help but... now I know how Gerananath felt," she said quietly.
When Kia had arrived Gerananth could not fly.
Rhia was hurt then too.
Tokagae flew to Kia and wrapped his tail around her neck, as usual.

~A festival of people needing the healer. Christae is pregnant, Rhia is pregnant, Kia fell, and G'han fainted.~ Miya thought, mostly to herself, but allowed Reinath to here.
It is pathetic. Reinath snorted.

"C'mon Ruanth. Let's go finsh wasing you." Nike said picking up her kit and wawlked out of the Lower Caverens with a yawn.
The white followed happily. Good. There is a new spot I need you to clean. Ruanth said, Nike groaned.

"Oh, I really need oil so where should I get some," Kia asked.
Kylath had been complaining quite often and Kia didn't care if she had to do a few chores to get some oil.
As if on cue, Kylath waddled in and looked up at her Mine.

G'han sprung up as the water hit his face. He looked at Rhia, "D-did Nike say what I thought she said". HE was still overwhelmed by it. Soon he would be a father. HE was about to pass out again but thankfully somebody caught him. He was still a bit too woozy to realize who.

Rhia laughed at Kylath and Ruanth, guessing what they wanted. "Don't feel bad Mneith was a handful as well. Always itching and needing a bath. Oil is in the store room."
"Yes G'han she did say that I am pregnant. I have been knowing for a month but I wasn't quite sure."

"So you have been knowing but didnt decide to tell me until now or should I say Nike told me", he said. He still felt dizzy, this had all come to him all of a sudden. "I am going to be a father. I am going to be a father. I AM GOING TO BE A FAHTER!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!", he said more excited with each time he said it. He jumped around Rhia and the others hugging everyone. He went from confused to excited almost in an instant. Gerenanth roared with laughter. Why not name the little one Gerenanth. He said this to where everyone could hear. G'han was too excited to answr or hear him.
