Ruanth leaped off the bronze and darted to her Mine's side. "Oh she's tiring. Well, I would really like to fix this up." Nike said patting Ruanth's head, then looked down at her arm. "Wanna help now so we can have more time to play later?" Her arm was throbing a bit. Best to fix it up now, then let it get broken again. ((Alright. I know this is what you want to do,  See ya!)) |

Aureth darted away quickly, making a curvy line away.
Suni flapped his wings quickly, catching up but then falling behin the Gold flitt.
D'ran smiled at both of his dragons and looked to Nike.
"My birthingday's next week but I don't want something big so don't tell anybody," he said quietly.
D'ran knew peopel had probably spent everything on the two birthingdays that had recently passed a while ago.
"I think Aureth and Suni want to play but we can leave them out here," he said with a shrug.

"Don't worry I won't. I'll just give you my little gifts to you, then that will be it." NIke said grinning at her Harper friend.
"Yeah same with Ruanth." She added turning towards the Weyrling Barracks.
She entered her own little room, and took out her kit from her wardrobe.
The healer opened it up, and took out this things she needed.

D'ran smiled and let her get set up.
He took note to make sure his two bondeds were okay and started walking to Nike's Weyr.
Aureth looked at his Mine though he was still running around.

Nike smiled and squeezed his hand.
"Alright, here is the numbweed, the splint, sling, and the binding cloth."
She said grinning. "Just slather gthe numbweed on. I need to teach you how to fix a broken bone."

D'ran looked at all the stuff and got a little nimbweed.
He put in on her arm and grinned.
"Wow, I'm certainly learning something right now," he said with a grin.

Nike nodded and grined. When the numbweed touched her skin, she sighed with releif.
"Ah that feels good!" She said. "Pu it all over the bruise, a bit on my hand, and on my upper arm."
The Healer leanded back against her cot, her eyes closed.

D'ran listened to the Healer's instructions carefully.
He didn't want to be too hard with it.
He hoped not to hurt her.
Later he needed to do some training, though.
K'dan and G'han had already trained so he would just do it himself.
D'ran looked to Nike for the next set of instructions.

"Alright, take the cloth and bind it tightly around my forearm. Start at my wrist." Nike said smiling at the Harper.
She handed him the roll of cloth and offered him her forearm.

He took the end of the cloth and started at her wrist.
He kept it tight because he knew it needed to stay on.
D'ran finished after a bit and smiled.
"All done with that," he said with a grin.

"Good, now you're gonna have to make a sling for my left arm. Once you are done with that, put that wood between my arm and the sling."
Nike said pointing to the wood and cloth to make the sling.

D'ran fumbled with the cloth and wood, not tying it to well the first time.
Finally he got it together and slipped in the wood.
He took a step back to admire his work.
"There we go," the Harper said.

Nike smiled as she slip the sling over her head, then rested her arm
in it. The Healer stood up and grinned.
"You could be a Healer, ya know that?" She said. The young rider took a step towards her friend and looped her rigth around his neck. She pulled him into a hug, then gave him a quick kiss on his cheek.
"Thanks!" She said taking a step back.

D'ran was a bit taken back but soon recovered.
"So then," he said slowly, "We better get out before Aureth thinks we died."
Suni continued to chase Zim and moved a little closer.

"Yeah you're right." Nike said with a sigh. "I'll clean all this up later." The Healer nodded to her kit, then led the way out of the barracks. Zim darted to the left and turned her head over her shoulder to taunt the bronze.

Suni chirped at the Gold and sped up a little.
He shouldn't be using all of his energy, though.
He started chasing her towards the two Weyrlings.

Nike smiled as Zim was chased towards her and D'ran. "I thought K'dan and Hydrath were coming out too?" She asked her friend. The Healer laughed and ran out into the wind.
Her short hair blown to one side.
"Hey, B'kin! Remember that you're it!" She yelled to her friend.

D'ran took off in the same direction as Nike, running away from B'kin.
"If he does come he's it.
New person is always it," he said.
Suni sped up a little to try and catch the Queen.
As D'ran ran with Nike he looked over at the two flitts.
"How long ago did Zim fly," he asked.

Nike looked around to talk to D'ran.
"Umm, well let me think. I left the day after Zim's clutch hatched, and that was around three months ago,
around four or five months I should say. Why?" The Healer said to her Harper friend with a grin.
Zim cherped and darted to the left, then right, then darted straight up.

He stopped to catch his breath and see where B'kin was.
Suni followed cloisely to the other flitt.
