Nira wanted better advise for her dragon knew little of firelizards.

Yes but you shouldn't have. I don't like you listening on my personal thoughts but I guess you can't help it. "Nike?" Nira said finally addressing the healer. "Do you think this egg will be a bronze?" she asked pointing to the egg she thought about earlier. She wanted the one Nike was sure was a bronze but Nike said that she was saving it for someone.

Miya stormed out realizing that she was unwanted. "Fine." she muttered to herself as she left. She made her way to her way to make her bed, which she had never done that morning.

Kia looked worriedly at Tokagae. He was disturbing Zim and Kia was upset. She grabbed the flitt gently by the tail and pulled him backwards an inch or two. Then she picked up Tokagae and put him in both of her hands, they were cupped together to fit him. Tokagae had grown a little, oddly. It seemed he should have finished before. She admired the eggs, wishing she could have one of her own, a little flitt. Tokagae looked to Kia and realized what she was thinking, he hissed loudly at her. Kia whispered to her fire lizard, "Hush, I won't replace you." She smiled again at the eggs. As she saw Miya storm out she frowned. Kia stood up and walked after Miya. Perhaps she should have learned from past mistaked but Miya could've changed. Kia caught up to Miya and said, "You are not unwanted. Do you want to come and get a flitt egg? I think you would be great with caring for it. Perhaps you will get a brown or bronze." Kia was sure to be firm yet nice. Miya had been mean for long enough and Kia was not going to let her continue for much longer. Sure, Kia couldn't make Miya leave but she could be sure to keep an eye on her. Kia was a bit rash with her ideas but she couldn't help it.

Daran looked admiringly at each egg, wondering which he would get. He smiled at the glowing queen agg and studdied it. Then he looked to the egg that Nike thought was Bronze. He studdied this beautiful egg and smiled just as large. He rocked back in his chair, awaiting the time he would choose. A couple harpers walked in, obviously wanting eggs.
ooc|| I hope you don't mind but we should have a few extra eggs so I thought we could give it to the other people here (harper,healers, etc.)...

Miya stopped and turned to face Kia. "Not everything has a happy ending." She told the girl. "Not every one is happy, nice, and sweet." Her voice rising with each sentence. " And not everything ends up the way it should." She took a deep breath before continuing. "They don't want me in their and Nike doesn't want me to have one of her eggs." With that she walked off towards her barrack to finish cleaning up.

Kia would not leave it at that. If their was just one thing she knew she knew that not everything ended happily. "You think I don't know that," she almost yelled, "Perhaps not all ends well but it doesn't hurt to try. Ever wonder why she might not want you in there?! It's your own fault! By the first egg, learn to think before you act or speak!" She took a deep breath because she had said this with very few breaths. She looked to Nike's Weyr, hoping Miya had learned that Kia didn't let most things be as they were. Maybe she was imperfect that way but honestly, who is perfect.

G'han was on his way to see the clutch. EVeryone had left to see the eggs but he wanted to finish eating first. On his way he met up with Miya. She seemed upset. ~I am going to regret this but I will try to talk to her and maybe while I am at it reason with her to tone down that attitude~, he said to his dragon. "Hey Miya what's wrong", G'han said. He had his hands behind his back crossing his fingers, hoping she wouldn't snap at him. He wasn't scared of her or anything, he just hoped she would be semi-nice anyway.

Miya stood silent as she looked at Kia. She heard G'han but ignored the boy. "I think you should mind your own buisness. Before going against someone I think you should know the whole story." she paused. "Which you don't" she practiclly yelled as she slightly shoved Kia, challenging the girl.

G'han gave a stern look and a shadow crossed his face, "I think you should learn the whole story too. You think your life was rough try living my past. Quell that attitude of yours or you will make everyone here your enemy and nobody wants that". He saw her push Kia. He stood between the two girls and said to Miya, "You would do well to watch yourself. Starting a fight is not wise especially with me around". He looked over to Kia and gave a smile, "You especially don't want to mess with this girl, she is fierce competition".

Kia looked angrilly at Miya but then G'han stood between them. She smiled a little at the compliment but Kia was not going to stop. "You have a bad past, G'han is a bad past, even I have a bad past! It';s common ground. At least I tried to make sure not everyone suffered from what happened to me! You might learn a thing or two from the others," she yelled.

Nike nodded. 'Yeah but I'd like you to have to queen egg Nira. And you the bronze egg, Daran."
She said softly, hoping not to offend anyone.
THe Healer looked up as the Harpers walked in.
"Oh, you want eggs too?" NIke knew that she might not have enough, but oh well.

Miya glared at G'han. "You both are butting into my life like I am your drudge. You riders think to highly of yourselved, like you are the rulers of Pern. BUT YOUR NOT. Just because she is feirce to you doesn't mean you two are the best on all of Pern. I know I may seem rude but I do set limits for myself. Where as you do not seem to know where to stop. Christae is the weyrleader, not either of you. You don't have the right to punish me or lecture me on these matters. I have not overdone anything, where as if I was as nosy as you two then I would have definately been unable to stand. And to think you are so great is just foolish, for you don't have the most power and you arn't the strongest." She took a breath, staring at them.

Nira heard Kia, Miya, and G'han yelling. She was curious but did not want to get in the middle of whatever the arguing was about.

"The queen egg?" Nira asked. "Are you sure?" she felt for Siarath's thoughts, but the dragon did not reply. "If you want that then it is ok with me." She agreed.

She nodded, then looking at her door.
Nike listened to the yelling G'han, Kia, and Miya.
"I'll be right back." The Healer said getting up and walking outside.
"What is going on here?" She asked sternly. Turns of being a Healer coming back to her,

G'han was enraged, "You listen here. I know I am not the best, far from it. You need to treat everyone with respect not just dragon riders but people in general because that is what we are, people and don't you forget it. Start treating everyone better and you might actually have some friends around here. You would do well to tone that attitude of yours if you want anyone to treat you nice enough. You get treated by others just the way you treat them so don't expect anyone to treat you better if you don't treat them better". He balled his fist but soon let it go, no matter what he couldn't hit a girl, no matter how much one deserved it.
"Life can be good, it can be happy. BUt your too busy being rude and obnoxious and a pain to everyone to notice the finer things in life", he glared at her. He looked at Kia, "Let's go before I do something I regret".

Kia angrily looked at Miya. "You think so highly of yourself! When I am rider, I will know my place and I do as a candidate. True, I cant make you leave, but I can tell you that you are a horrible person," with that last, harsh comment Kia turned on her heel and walked away quickly. She held her nose up and stayed just outside Nike's Weyr. If Miya talked to her Kia was ready to go into Nike's Weyr and ignore the rude girl. Kia did not realize she was being rude herself but Miya had drove her to that.

The girl's different. She doesn't fit in yet, and that gives you no reason to be mean to her! Rude or not, mabey if you are nice to her, she will be nice to you!" NIke said at the two, glaring at them.

Kia was about to chase after Miya and make sure to punch her hard but when Miya walked off Kia restrained herself. She whistled to Tokagae, who went in Nike's Weyr. She roughly held him and was about to go to her barracks. She was just about to get there when she realized Miya was there. She listened carefully. Now, if Kia were the nice person she led everyone to believe she was, Kia would feel sorry for Miya. Sadly, even though Kia wasn't as mean as Miya she was

Nike glared at G'han. "Good, why don't you go get Miya and tell her to come to chose an egg. I'd rather let her have one
then someone I really can't trust." She said to G'han.
