"Sorry." The girl replied her voice convincing. One couldn't tell that she was just faking it. She had perfected it over the years because she knew her attitude would get her into loads of trouble. She couldn't help herself so she perfected a polite tone of voice for when she was facing trouble. "I am Miya. (My-ah)" Her voice wan't harsh but she was no longer using the fake tone she invented. "First I would like to know where I could put Shonu." She reminded Rhia, placing her hand on the beasts neck. He snorted turedly from traveling for so long.

Daran's eyes grew large as he realized there was someone else for him to meet. Obviously a weyrsinger was much appreciated here. "My name is Daran," he said. "And you are?'

Rhia paused as she passed R'dan and heard his question. "Yeah, his name is Daran. He is over by Christae. I have to show the new candidate to the stables and her room."
"The stables are this way." She told the girl. She wasn't entirely satisfied with her apology but she shrugged it off. Mneith stepped forward as Rhia walked out of the cavern.
"Mneith this is Miya. Miya, my dragon Mneith."
The brown dipped his head in greeting.
(mom's laughing at me cause i added pizza sauce to my pasta)

ooc|| pizza sauce sounds funny to me, it could just be 'cause I'm hyper  ic|| Daran called Rhia's name. "I would like a bit of a tour too. I'm not sure where to go for... anything." He grinned toothily. |

Miya nodded at the dragon but said nothing. She looked at the weyrsinger and again said nothing.

((its maranaira sause...however its spelled...its put on pasta anyway...i didnt like the way it originally tasted so i tried it with the pizza sauce.
Rhia paused after introducing Miya to Mneith. "You can come to Daran if you want." She waited patiently. She had nothing better to do until the traders settled their wares to trade.

Daran smiled. "If you all don't mind I am going to get a tour," he mentiond happily as he walked to Rhia and Maya.

Rhia led the two around, stopping at the stables and the Candidates' Barracks. She also showed the harper his rooms and waited long enough for the two to set their things down.

Daran set up all his things, most from his room at Benden. He stood out with Rhia and waited for Rhia to finish. "You don't seem to like her," he said. "Why?'

When the Weyrsinger left with Rhia R’dan turned to Christae. “Have you been able to find a trader that’s selling boots yet have you? Or are they still setting up?”

Daran realized she didn't want to talk about it and layed off. He went to his room to make sure he had everything in place.

Christae looked up. "They have boots and I bought a few pairs. They can be shrunk to fit. I am haggling for prices right now and afterwards the rest of the caravan will show their wares for those who have extra marks."

“Alright. Should I give you what I have to pay right now or wait till later when there’s less on your mind. You seem to be overwhelmed with the candidates arriving and the caravan arriving.” R’dan pulled the marks he had out of his pocket incase Christae wanted the marks now.

R’dan pocketed the marks, “Ok, so I’ll pay you later.” He glanced about at the traders setting up. “Is there anything that I can help you look for? Perhaps I can help you purchase items from the traders and you’ll finish up sooner that way.” He didn’t want to sound annoying but he hated feeling useless.

Kia and Tokagae came running towards Cristae and R'dan, hoping to not have missed anything. They wanted to do something. "Hey you guys, what's up?" Tokagae chirped around the caravan, inquisitive.

She looked around. "You can help the traders bring those barrels of oil into an empty ground floor weyr. Anyone will be good to use."

G'han watched as Rhia left to go show the new candidates around. "I guess I will see you later", he said mostly to himself.
He remembered Kadan was with him and said, "I don't know if there is anything left. You have been to your barracks and the lower caverns". He thought to himself thinking what to do. "Do you want to ride on Gerenanth with me. Ever since he learned to fly I have taken every oppurtunity to ride him", he said to Kadan.

"Sure sounds like fun. How does it feel riding a dragon?", he asked.

"That's something you need to experience for yourself. You might want to leave your firelizard in your barracks or something. Gerenanth be ready Kadan and I are going to ride you", he said.
He waited for Kadan to return from his barracks and the two took off. "Go easy Gerenanth. Don't be a show off", he instructed his bronze. Why not? "Because I said so. Next time when it is me and you then you can", he said.

Kadan's breath was taken away when Gerenanth took off. When he got use to flying he shouted in joy. "Can he go a bit faster?", he asked.

Can I G'han? "Yes you can speed it up a bit, but not too much", he said.
