Appearance: Standing 3'1", she has neck long jet black hair and intense brown eyes. Her garb is a brown cute long skirt on it and a black tunic shirt. Her face is adorable. She has a unique birthmark in the center of her forehead; in the shape of a flame that she keeps covered with a white bandanna like a headband. She has dimples when she smiles and freckles.She has high cheek bones. Her ears are big, nose is an average for a 9 Turn old. She has a 4 inch deep scar on her stomach.
She is thin, almost malnourished but her mother has been trying to encourage her to eat so she could be strong for her new family. Sometimes she needs to encouragement to do certain things.
Personality: She is friendly as most children are but reserved around strangers. She knows that she is well protected and will protect those who she calls friends. When it comes time to defend, she is very capable of holding her own for a nine year old. She has a small knife hidden in her skirt. She knows how to use it and she knows not to use it but only to protect. Watch out for this one! Don't let her small size fool you! She is a little firecracker and a ball of fire when she gets angry or frustrated which is a lot. Her fits of anger are only sated by Kaine, her chosen. A little hellion to boot, she is very destructive and can make people fear her with just one look. She can look at people and they run the other way, screaming in fear. At 5, she was constantly picked on and she moved from place to place because no one wanted her all because of that mark on her forehead. She cried at night alone with no friends, no one to hold her while she cried. She was caged and treated like an animal at freak shows at festivals. People pointed at her and threw rocks at her. They called her names and was taken care of very often or well. Her name at the freak show was 'Flame, The Fire starter' Even though she couldn't start fires, the name sounded interesting.
At 6, their father had found her and hurt her. She was in her room when it happened. He tried to have his way with her. She got mad and put a good 6 inch cut on his forearm. He sliced her stomach 4 inches and she didn't even cry! Her mother protected her by hitting her husband. She knew then it wasn't safe and had to take her with her She fed her and gave her warmth from the wind and rain. She secretly wanted to leave the child somewhere but she didn't. Kessa was very grateful and loved her, as it should be. When she left again, Kessa was alone again to fend for herself. She sighed and wished that no one would leave her again. She went back and made her go with her. It took a year to find to find it. She put a folded bandanna on her forward to cover her birthmark. She started talk a little with her mother teaching her simple words so she could at least communicate until she had the capability of her talking completely.
Now, she asked Rogin if he could care for her. At first he was reluctant but then he accepted. He took her into a building and told her not leave until he said so. She sighed and agreed. She took off her headband and said, "Flame. No Kessa. Flame." and pointed to the flame birthmark.
