This is the forest of skybroom trees that lies outside the walls of Dark Moon Weyr. A path runs from the ground entrance to the weyr to the nearest hold but it isn't as well-used as it should be.

This is where you can find access to the coast and ocean that borders Dark Moon Weyr.

| Holds, Halls, and Weyrs
Here you can let your character visit Holds, Halls, or other Weyrs.
Or even the warm beaches of the coast, or other places.

Dragonmen must fly when threads are in the sky.
The Tenth Pass is looming closer to Pern.
Here Dark Moon fights Thread over the land they protect.

| Holds and Halls |
| Caspian Hold
Caspian Hold is the third major Hold tithing to Dark Moon. Here people make a living by fishing and gaining bounty from the lake, as well as a small amount of farming. All people there are a hearty bunch who love the water and being out in it on boats. Caspian Hold is located just West of Dark Moon, on the other side of
Caspian Lake. The Hold supplies the Weyr with fresh fish and other sea bounty foods, and cloth. There is a small Weaver Craft Hall to work with the cotton that is farmed in the nearby fields.
